         Chicken fry is a delicious dish with great aroma and taste. It has very little,thick gravy or to say it is a rather dry roasted form. I have added lots of chili powder to give a nice spice kick to the chicken fry. You can reduce the amount of chilly powder and add more of onions if you like the spicy flavor. Spicy Andhra Chicken is another roast recipe its my family favorite dish. It is a dry version and is great accompaniment with rice, chapathi or fried rice. The chicken in this recipe is usually deep fried or shallow fried, (some times whole stuffed chicken ) and then coated with the masala. Here I have shallow fried the chicken. It  tasted delicious with fried rice.  In my home we eat this recipe with plain rice for side dish recipe... Give this recipe a try... This goes well with rice, parattas and chapati.... Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onions 3 
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies 4
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut powder 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leafs
  • Curry leafs 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl add 3 tbsp oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, chicken pieces, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and then mix it well.... Put the lid and cook it for dry the chicken....
  2. When chicken is totally cooked then switch off the gas put it a side, now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add boiled chicken fry it for...
  3. Fry it in medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes... Chicken will be totally fried then add garam masala powder, coriander powder, coconut powder and then mix it well for....
  4. Again fry it for 10 more minutes in medium flame... Chicken absorb all the masala powder, then add chopped coriander leafs and curry leafs then mix it well..... Then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot.....

Bitter Curry (Kakarkaya Pachi Pulusu) recipe How to Prepare

       Hi friends.... today one traditional desi recipe "Bitter Curry (pulusu)"... Its very traditional recipe in Andhra... Mainly prepared this curry in villages... My grand mom prepare this recipe... Actually I love bitter vegetable, I will prepare it like fry, red chili masala stuffed fry, coconut masala fry, etc... But my grand mom prepare this taste recipe for me, when he will came to my home.. Or went to my grand mom home she most be prepare that recipe.. Its really so sweet and sour... So I will show today my grand mother's recipe....  In this pulusu (curry) we used tamarind raw with out any cooking involved. Tamarind is soaked in water and the extracted water is mixed with jaggery to help cut the bitterness of the fried bitter gourd. Pulusu (curry) is finally tempered and is served with steamed rice...

  3. Then add red chili pieces, bitter pieces, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry it for....... When bitter is fried, then add chopped onions mix it then switch off the gas...
  4. Now take bowl add soaked tamarind puree, salt, jaggery crush and mix it well... When jaggery is melted then add fried onion mixture in it. Then mix it well for...

     Hi all, today recipe "Garlic Red Chili Chicken", as the name suggests, is cooked in lots of Garlic and has a distinctive flavour. It can be found in different forms across India.  I have provided my style of this popular dish in this recipe. Well having got up at 6 this morning to take missus to work i couldn't get back to sleep so i thought i'd have another look at the specials board to try a new dish and decided on garlic chili chicken The curry can be made hot or medium depending on the amount of red chilies. I did change it slightly as I am not too keen on seriously hot currys, so i reduced the chilis to 5 (de-seeded) and the red chili paste to 1 tbsp and for me it was absolutely spot on... I know most people probably want to increase the heat but personally I feel too much heat spoils the overall flavour. I also added a good pinch of red colouring which gave it much nicer visual appeal. And also I use in this recipe black pepper also for more taste, and also I use some capsicum pieces also for taste and combination to chicken..... So lets see the process to make the Hot & Spicy Chicken Garlic Curry.........

  • Boneless Chicken 250 grams
  • Capsicum 1
  • Red chili paste 1 tbsp

  2. After 15 minutes chicken will be soft and juice... Now take a pan add oil for deep fry, when oil is heated and then take chicken pieces dip into corn flour powder and then move it to oil and then fry it for golden brown color..

  7. Water is boiled, add red chili paste, tomato paste and boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame.... 
  8. After 5 minutes, then add fried chicken pieces and then mix it well for.. And cook it for 5 minutes, now take a bowl add corn flour powder 1 tbsp, add some water mix it well then add to chicken and mix it...
  9. Cook it for 5 more minutes, when the chicken will be dried then move it to a bowl and then serve it.........

Jackfruit vendors sell just the seeds as well if you don’t fancy the fruit. I remember old times when we’d buy a whole jackfruit and my dad and grand mother would oil their hands  and prepare themselves for the jackfruit wrestling, cutting open the fruit and then pulling out the segments. Jackfruits have a tough outer covering with little spikes all over their surface. Inside they’re sticky and slippery. It’s a great family bonding exercise too and its fun. Try it sometime. The seeds are fleshy and are between an oval and a kidney bean shape. The seed usually has a plastic shell like inner covering and a sticky elastic outer covering. The outer covering is easy to rip off but the inner shell like peel is a little tricky to pull apart.   2. Pressure will gone then open the lid then take seeds to a cold water and then put for 10 minutes in cool.. After it cool then remove the skin then cut it into medium pieces...
  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry. Then add finely chopped onions to fry.
  4. Onions are fried then add chopped green chilies are fry for 2 minutes.. Next add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well for 5 minutes in low flame..
  5. Then add garam masala powder, soya sauce, salt, cashew nut powder then mix it well for. Next add red chili powder mix well and then fry it for 2 minutes in low flame.
  6. After 2 minutes mix the masala then add boiled jackfruit seed pieces and then mix it well. Fry it for 2 to 3 more minutes.
  7. Next take a bowl add corn flour powder, water little bit then mix it well... then add corn water in to curry then mix it well. Now add 1 glass water also then mix it again and then boil it for low flame for 5 minutes...
  8. Now the curry is over then move it to a serving bowl and then coriander leafs and then serve it hot.....

  2. Now take a pan add coriander seeds, sesame seeds to fry for 2 minutes in low flame, then add dry coconut powder again fry for good smell. 
  3. Then add hing powder also again mix it well, and fry it for 1 minute in low flame then move it to a side and then cool it for.
  4. When the seeds are cool then move it to a jar and then grind it fine powder and then move it to a bowl. Then add salt, red chili powder, lemon juice 1 tsp, amchur, cashew nuts crush, raisins, chat masala powder and then mix it all spices well.
  5. After 30 minutes take dough and then make it small chapatis, then cut it in middle take the chapati half make it cone shape and close sides...
  6. Then take mixed spices in to cone and then close it with the help of water. And then put it a side. 
  7. Now take wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add stuffed samosa into oil then fry it in medium flame. Fry it for golden color, when it came golden color then move it to a paper towel and then serve it hot.....

  2. Then add salt, turmeric powder mix it well... Then add 1/2 glass water mix it, then put the lid to boil the prawns for 15 to 20 minutes...
  3. Now take a pan add oil and ghee to heat, when oil is heated then add finely chopped onions, chopped green chilies to fry.
  4. When onions are fried then add 1,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, then mix it well. Ginger garlic is fried then add coriander leafs.
  5. The add chopped tomatoes and mix it well. Then add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder mix it well, then boil it for 5 minutes in low flame.
  6. After 5 minutes mix it, then add boiled prawns also add and then mix it well. Then add water 1/2 glass, garam masala powder and then mix it well... 
  7. Boil it for water will be vapor, then add black pepper powder also add and then mix it well for. Then add curry leafs, coriander leafs also add then mix it... Put it for 2 minutes in medium flame.. Then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it...

I love apples very much, my husband also so I tried this healthy recipe in my home... Carrots are one of the significant special foods that we are encouraged to eat. In Yiddish the word for carrots is mehren, which means to increase. Soup is one of the easiest starters for family meals. Carrots, sweetened with apples and a teaspoon of honey provide a delicious warming soup. Carrot soup garnished with apples and thyme. I did not think that I would like this soup.  I really do not like carrots.  I have tried and tried, but I do not like them. However, this soup was really great!  It has a bit of “zing” to it, so go light on the ginger or spices if you prefer it less hot. Really its a great combination of this both.. One fruit one is vegetable.. Actually my husband like carrot but am so so, he asked to me you can prepare some different soup with me.. I saw this soup in T.V. so I tried this soup in my home...   • Garlic Pieces 1 tbsp

    Carrot  Apple  Soup Recipe
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add water, carrot pieces and then boil for soft... When the carrot is boiled then move it to a side for cool.... 
  2. Carrots a cooled then take carrots to a jar and then grind it fine paste. When carrots are totally pasted then move it to a side. Next in same jar add half apple cut into small pieces, and then grind it fine paste....
  3. Now take a sauce pan add butter, when butter is melted then add garlic pieces to fry, then add carrot paste, apple paste, 1 glass water, salt, pepper powder, sugar and then mix it well...
  4. And then boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame, it will be thicked then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it... When your are serving this carrot apple soup add chopped apple pieces into soup.... And also add honey also then serve it tasty and yummy Carrot Apple Soup is ready to sip......

            Hi friends good evening, its time to dinner... What special today in your home... :-)... Today one different and tasty easy to make this curry in dinner time its Stuffed Capsicum Curry.... Its so good to eat with chapati, roti, rice, pulov as you like..... Growing up, we ate a lot of mouth watering curries with rice and Indian breads, rotis.  May be that defines why a plate of rice with a well made curry is comfort food for me.  Add a bowl of yogurt to this and I’m one happy soul. This stuffed capsicum curry stands out in my mother’s repertoire of recipes. It is one of her dishes that I enjoy the most. Stuffed with a onion paste, peanut, coconut powder, sesame powder and garam masala, it is simply delicious! And it has my mothers masala powder.  It has a bit of both the special women in my life.
    Bell peppers are widely known as capsicum in India. The big sized bell peppers (genetically engineered!) are commonly available these days and indigenous varieties are hard to find. It is important to use small sized capsicums for this preparation for this curry... So you must take small size capsicums only... I will add some Andhra spices also for more taste in this curry... Lets see the process to make the curry.....

  • Onions 3
  • Peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Coconut Powder 4 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 5 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a jar add peanuts, sesame, coconut powder and then grind it fine powder and then move it to a bowl.
  2. Next add chopped onions to jar, and then grind it fine paste... Now take a bowl add tamarind paste, onion paste, grind peanut powders, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and then mix it well for...
  3. Now take capsicums cut it for stuffed (cut it in top of the capsicum) then remove seeds in it, then add mixed spices paste into capsicum...
  4. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds fry it for... Then add chopped green chilies to fry..
  5. Then add onion paste also add then fry it for oil oozes out, when oil will oozes then add stuffed capsicums and then close it with lid... And cook it in slow flame for 10 minutes...
  6. When the capsicum is fried, then add tamarind and peanut spice mixture mix it lite... Then put the lid again and then cook it in low flame oil will be oozes out... 
  7. Oil will oozes then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot......

So I tried this tasty and spice recipe "Thill Paneer Butter Masala Curry"... Any paneer gravy is my family fav and I love to make variations with paneer sabzi but are all time fav is paneer butter masala, no gravy can beat the rich and yummy taste of paneer butter masala and it is an awesome side for naans. The soft and succulent paneer soaked in mildy spiced rich gravy is wat a soft naan needs and this is the perfect side which marry so well with Indian breads. Thill Paneer butter masala is one most famous gravy served in any restaurants and dhabas,   and is another punjabi fav side dish. I love made them with naan and we enjoyed it a lot.

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add 8 tbsp butter to heat, when butter is melted then add chopped paneer cubes and then fry it for red color, when the paneer is fried then move it to a plate...
  2. In same pan add butter, then add chopped onions and fry it for lite brown color... When the onions are fried then add ginger garlic paste and then fry it...
  3. Then add chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and then mix it well...
  4. Now take a pan add white sesame seeds, cashew nuts and fry it for good smell... Then move it to a jar, grind it fine paste...
  5. When the onions are cooked then add chopped tomato pieces and then mix it well.. And cook it for 2 minutes, then add sesame paste and mix it well for...
  6. Cook it for butter will be oozes out, when butter will oozes out then add fried paneer pieces mix it well... then add 2 glasses water, again mix it...
  7. It came thick then add garam masala powder mix it, add chopped coriander leaves also and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it.....
