Cocktail Samosa Recipe Evening Snack Item How to Prepare

    Cocktail spicy samosas are very tasty treat. These bite-sized crispy samosas are filled with spicy Indian masala's.  With the romantic cocktails, your taste buds will demand something to munch. The famous cocktail starters can fulfill your wish in a jiff. Cocktail samosa is an excellent starter and is one of the best recipes preferred across world. So easy to prepare this cocktail recipe.. I use for stuff only powders and chat masala powder, and lemon for little sour.. So interesting recipe, so easy to prepare this "Cocktail Samosa"... First time I eat this item in exhibition, so I search this recipe in some sites, some many varieties... But I eat this recipe so sour and chat masala only... One day I tried this recipe in my home first time so so, next time I tried it wow its really yummy.... My amma prepared onion samosa, onion potato samosa I love it so mush... Now we tried this recipe so friends try this...  Here is the easy and quick recipe.   Of course they taste out of this word when served hot.

Ingredients :-


  • Maida flour 2 cups
  • Ajowan seeds (vamu) 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coconut Powder 3 tbsp
  • Hing powder pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Amchur (dry mango)powder 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Raisins 10
  • Chat masala powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add maida flour, salt, ghee, ajowan seeds and mix it well. Then add water and then mix it like a dough and put it a side for rest of 30 minutes.
  2. Now take a pan add coriander seeds, sesame seeds to fry for 2 minutes in low flame, then add dry coconut powder again fry for good smell. 
  3. Then add hing powder also again mix it well, and fry it for 1 minute in low flame then move it to a side and then cool it for.
  4. When the seeds are cool then move it to a jar and then grind it fine powder and then move it to a bowl. Then add salt, red chili powder, lemon juice 1 tsp, amchur, cashew nuts crush, raisins, chat masala powder and then mix it all spices well.
  5. After 30 minutes take dough and then make it small chapatis, then cut it in middle take the chapati half make it cone shape and close sides...
  6. Then take mixed spices in to cone and then close it with the help of water. And then put it a side. 
  7. Now take wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add stuffed samosa into oil then fry it in medium flame. Fry it for golden color, when it came golden color then move it to a paper towel and then serve it hot.....
My cooking style is greatly influenced by my mother, a true inspiration!  Of course they taste out of this word when served hot. Serve with sweet chutney or green chutney it good to eat this snack..
