Andhra Style Gutti Vankaya Kura (Stuffed Brinjal Curry)

Ingredients :-
  • Brinjal's  1/2 kg
  • Coconut 1 cup
  • Onion 2 chopped 
  • Onion 1 (for paste)
  • Tomato 1
  • Red chilli powder 3 spoons
  • Green chillies 4
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Cinnamon 1small piece
  • Cloves 6
  • Bay leaf 3
  • Coriander seeds 2 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1,1/2 spoon
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil 10 spoons
 Andhra Style Stuffed Brinjal Curry
Preparation:-

  1. First take a jar add fresh coconut pieces, onion pieces, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds, cloves 3, cinnamon 1/2 and then grind it fine. Then add little bit water and grind it thick paste.
  2. And then the will turn to a bowl add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it well. 
  3. Next cut the Brinjal and stuff the masala paste to Brinjal completely and then take pan add oil to heat, then add cloves cinnamon, bay leaf fry for. 
  4. Next add chopped onions fry for lite golden colour, then add tomato, and fry it for 2 mins.
  5. Then add masala paste and fry it for.. When oil is came out then add brinjals and fry for 10 mins.(Mix it for the brinjal is fry for.)
  6. Next add water and mix it.. Then put the cooker lid for only 1 vissil. And then turn off the gas. Open it after 10 mins. Then add some coriander leafs and then move to a serving bowl and serve it....... 

Onion Chesse Paratha Recipe Indian style

Ingredients :-
  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Chesses grated 1 cup
  • Onions 1 cup
  • Green chillies 3
  • Oil / Butter 
  • Salt to taste
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add flour, salt, oil 3 spoons and mix for. Then add water to mix it dough. Like a smooth dough....
  2. Then take a bowl add chopped onions, grated chesses, Chopped green chillies, salt little bit and mix it for, then put a side.
  3. Next take dough and then mix it well for 15 mins. Then dived small doughs. 
  4. Then roll out one portion of the dough, and then into a circle using flour for rolling.
  5. Next one portion of the stuffing in the centre of the circle and close it both sides. And then roll out again in to a circle for using flour.  
  6. Then take a chappati pan heat it, when the pan is heat and then move it paratha and cook it... Both sides for using oil... It cames brown colour and then move to a serving plate and serve it hot.... It take with raita, or aloo curma, or else.., i like to eat.......

Sorrel Leaves Sweet Corn Rice (Gongura)

Its very tasty and different recipe Sorrel leafs sweet corn rice(Gongura sweet corn rice).

 Items :-
  • Sorrel leaves boiled (Gongura) 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Boiled rice  3 cups
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Whole garam masala, Bay leafs
  • Mint leafs
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chillies 6
  • Red chillies 2 to 3
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Oil 6 spoons
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add water 1/4 glass and boiled sorrel for 15 mins. When the sorrel take add to jar and it fine paste.
  2. Next put the pan add oil to heat, then add whole garam masalas and fried it....Next red chilli and fry it for. Then add ginger garlic paste fry it for.
  3. Next mint leafs, boiled sweet corn, salt, sorrel paste, and mix for 5 mins. Then add rice and mix it for.... And now add some garam masala powder and mix it for....
  4. Next turn to a bowl add some coriander leafs.... And serve it hot..

             Hi, today one different non veg recipe... Its tasty and delicious recipe, this recipe prepare my sister.. My sister prepare non veg very tasty I love it so much...... So I share the recipe here, see and try this tasty recipe in u r home's and give me u r feed back to me.... :-)

Items :-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 3 spoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 6 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Coriander leafs

Method :-
  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, and then add onions to fry. Then add turmeric powder and mix well.
  2. And then add chicken pieces, salt and mix it well. When the chicken is boiled. (Cooked it for water is vaporised)  
  3. Next add tomato pieces to fry for 5 minutes. And then add red chilli powder and mix it for and boil it for 5 minutes.                                                        
                                                                                   
  4. When the chicken is cooked add ginger garlic paste and mix it well for good smell.
  5. Next add coconut milk, one and half glass of water and mix it well and cook it for 10 minutes. In medium flame to cook.                           
  6. After 10 minutes add garam masala powder and mix it. And now put it for 5 minutes, then add coriander leaves and mix it, when the curry is ready. And then turn to a serving bowl and serve it..... 
Serve this with biryani, rice, roti..... And now the chicken curry is ready to eat...... Try this with chicken biryani and feel the fragrances..... & Taste it....

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Rice 3 cups (750 grams)
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Red chilli powder 3 tbsp(Tika lal chilli powder)
  • Green chillies 8
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut milk 500 ml (1 cup rice u take 1/2 cup coconut milk u take 1/2 glass water)
  • Cardamom 6
  • Cloves 6
  • Cinnamon sticks 8 
  • Bay leaf 5
  • Shahjerra 1 tbsp 
  • Oil 15 tbsp
  • Mint and coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add oil to heat, then add whole cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks, shajerra, bay leafs fry it for 2 minutes. 
  2. Then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies  and fry it for lite brown color for 2 minutes.

  3. Next add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder fry for it 5 minutes. When the tomatoes are boiled, then oil will came out side. 
  4. When oil is came out side then add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, Salt and then mix it well, and then put the lid to boiled the chicken.

  5. When chicken is boiled, now add fresh coriander leaves, Mint leaves and then mix it well and then cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame.

  6. And then take a vessel add water to boiled. And then start next process.
  7. When the chicken is cooked and then add boiled water 3 cups, next add coconut milk 3 cups and then mix it well. Once's check the salt and then start the process.
  8. And now add soaked rice and mix it well for, and then  put the lid to boiled the rice well. Cook it in medium flame for 15 minutes.

  9. After 15 minutes just check it the biryani and then mix it well care fully. And again put the lid and bowl it for 10 minutes in low flame...  
  10. After 10 minutes and then rice is boiled and then mix it once's care fully and then turn to a serving bowl and serve it with raitha....

Sweet corn Paneer Masala Spicy Curry How to Prepare

Ingredients :-
  • Panner 200 grams
  • Sweet corn 150 Grams
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Coconut grated 1/4 cup
  • Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
  • Sesame seeds 6 spoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Oil / Olive oil / 8 spoons (If u use butter add 4 to 5 spoons)
  •  Curry, Coriander leafs

Preparation :-

  1. Take a jar add coconut, sesame seeds, cashew nuts and grind it fine paste.(use water to paste the mixture.)  Next turn to a bowl and then add onions to jar grind it paste, move it to a bowl. And then add tomatoes also to grind fine paste. 
  2. Take pan add oil fry panner cubes for lite golden colour. Next take bowl add water boil sweet corn. (Add some salt for sweet corn to boil)
  3. And now take a pan add butter to heat, then add green chilli pieces, curry leafs fry. Then add onion paste, ginger garlic paste and fry it for little golden colour. Now add tomato paste and mix it well.(When the butter is came out side the start next process)
  4. Next add salt, turmeric powder,mix it. Then add coconut, cashew paste and fry it for good smell. 
  5. When the butter is came out side then add boiled sweet corn, fried panner, garam malasa powder and mix for 1 min.
  6. Then add water to cook curry for 10 to 15 mins. When the curry is boiled add some fresh cream and coriander leafs and then move to bowl and serve it hot........
Its combination is chapati, rotti, naan, puri,... If u can take with fried rices also it's very tasty... Try this in dinner time with candle light dinner... Its so nice looking like a Restaurant type try it once and enjoy the curry with u r family members.....
