Its very tasty and different recipe Sorrel leafs sweet corn rice(Gongura sweet corn rice).
- Sorrel leaves boiled (Gongura) 1/2 cup
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Boiled rice 3 cups
- Ginger garlic paste
- Whole garam masala, Bay leafs
- Mint leafs
- Salt to taste
- Green chillies 6
- Red chillies 2 to 3
- Garam masala powder 1 spoon
- Oil 6 spoons
- First take a bowl add water 1/4 glass and boiled sorrel for 15 mins. When the sorrel take add to jar and it fine paste.
- Next put the pan add oil to heat, then add whole garam masalas and fried it....Next red chilli and fry it for. Then add ginger garlic paste fry it for.
- Next mint leafs, boiled sweet corn, salt, sorrel paste, and mix for 5 mins. Then add rice and mix it for.... And now add some garam masala powder and mix it for....
- Next turn to a bowl add some coriander leafs.... And serve it hot..
