In the Pongal Festival all the new and old son-in-laws will come to father-in-laws house. In that occassion this Natu Kodi Pulusu and Vada will be prepared compulsorily in your Andhra homes. My grand mother used to prepare this curry specially for my dad. Natu kodi means " Village Chicken" in English. Compared to the broiler this chicken has the unique and strong flavor. When you make this curry smell of it will reach all the houses at your street. She used to prepare this curry in mud pots and they are known as "Matti Kundalu" in our regional language Telugu. The curry cooked in these pots makes this curry even more flavorful. This curry is specially prepared in the villages for "Sankrathi". Sankrathi is the Harvest festival celebrated in some parts of India. Its taste is so spicy and delicious... Ingredients :-

  • Desi Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Onions 2 (paste)
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 12 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 4 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds paste 3
  • Tamarind puree 1/6 cup
  • Coriander leaves 
Andhra Style Desi Chicken Curry Recipe How to Make
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add chicken pieces, salt, turmeric powder, curd, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and mix it well for and then marinated it for 20 minutes...
  2. And then take a cooker add marinated chicken pieces and mix it well for, then close it, and boil it for 4 vissels to cook then switch off the gas.....
  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add ginger garlic paste, onion paste fry it for red color.
  4. When the onion paste is fried, then take a bowl add garam masala powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, water 1/4 glass mix it well.....
  5. Onion paste is fried, then add this spicy paste in to this onion paste and mix it well for. Then add 1 glass water also add mix it well...
  6. And then add poppy seeds paste, and mix it well for... Then put the lid and boil it for one boil. When the water is boiled then add boiled chicken pieces also to cook for 5 minute.
  7. After 5 minutes, then add tamarind puree water mix it well and then again cook it for 10 more minutes in medium flame. When the chicken is totally boiled then add chopped coriander powder and then move it a side...

Sooji Flour with Wheat Halwa Recipe How to Prepare

   Hi friends, today recipe is "Wheat Sooji Halwa"... Wheat halwa is served mostly in marriages in Tamil nadu and more over it is a basic sweet in sweet stalls. Soft and sweet halwa tastes awesome when served fresh and hot. A favourite sweet for all ages. Try this south Indian regional sweet (Godhuma Pindi Rava Halwa) Wheat Sojji Halwa....  I have already post the recipe for Soojji  halwa. Today I give another procedure for making the halwa. Unlike the other recipe, this is very simple and you will never go wrong in making the halwa. Of course the earlier one tastes awesome, but this one also taste good. There is no much pre preparation for this procedure. I could relate the texture to kesari, so may be it’s named so. I love the south Indian wheat halwa, I recently tried... This north Indian atta halwa I will be add south Indian style also I added in this sweet... Both are totally different in texture, taste and flavour. But I liked both. I loved the simplicity in this method and this can be quickly done, which I loved the most. So you can prepare this recipe (Godhuma Pindi Rava Halwa) Wheat Sooji Halwa... and Enjoy Cooking!!!

  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Sooji 1/2 Cup
  • Ghee 15 tbsp
  • Sugar 1,1/2 cup
  • Cashew Nuts 10
  • Cardamon powder 1 tsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add 1 tbsp ghee to heat, when ghee is heated then add sooji to fry... Fry it for good smell.. Then move it to a plate and cool it for..
  2. In same wok add 1 tbsp ghee to heat, when ghee is melted then add wheat flour to fry for good smell.. Wheat so leave raw smell, it will be came good smell then move it to a another plate and then put it a side for cool....
  3. Now add 1 tbsp ghee to heat, then add cashew nuts and fry it for gold color, then move it to a plate.. 
  4. Next take a wok add sugar, water 3 cups and then melt it for the sugar syrup... When sugar is boiled for one boiled then put it in sim flame...
  5. Then add sojji and mix it well, then add fried wheat flour also and then again mix it well... Mix it the mixture will be continues it will be thick... 
  6. And then add ghee and mix it well for the ghee is mixed in to the halwa. Then add cardamon powder mix it well for, then add fried cashew nuts and mix it well for the mixture... 
  7. Now take a plate apply ghee, then move it to a plate and spread it all sides... then cut it small pieces and then cool it for 15 minutes and then take the pieces and then serve it... Or you can eat as you like...

   Hi friends good morning to all, today one interesting recipe "Bread Dahi Vada". Its a  instant dahi vada is easy and quick alternative of the traditional urad dal dahi vada. Preparation :-
  1. First take a bowl add curd and mix it well, then add 1/6 glass water, salt again mix it well for 2 minutes.
  2. Then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add finely chopped garlic pieces fry it, then add urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilies, bengal gram to fry... 
  3. And then add to curd again mix it well... And then same wok add oil, then add cashew nut fry it for lite red color.. then move it to a plate...
  4. Next take a wok add oil to heat, then take a bowl add bread pieces, cut sides then sprinkle water then make it a small balls... Same to do all bread pieces... 
  5. Now take a bowl add carrot grated, salt pinch, red chili powder, chat masala powder chopped onions, and mix it well... Then take bread balls press it then put the carrot mixture in side, again close it...
  6. When oil is heated then take bread balls and then drop it into oil to fry it in medium flame... fry it golden color then move it to a plate...
  7. And cool it for the bread, bread is cooled then move it to curd mix it well... And then put it for 10 minutes in freezer the serve it cool......

Masala Bhath Recipe How to Prepare Indian Style

  One fine day, I was left to do lunch for a couple of people. One is of course myself and another one special person is my sister. I should talk few words about my sister at this point. She is a picky eater, specially when she comes to my house. If she sees some boring lunch menu, she starts whining at me..She always want something special from me.... My sister (my amma sister daughter) is so foodie she wants variety variety recipes she want... She asked me I want Masala Bhath Rice... actually my sister will this recipe in here friend marriage she will love it so much then she told to me akka i went my friend marriage there i eat Masala Bhath recipe its really so tasty.. So you pls prepare this recipe... to me... I know the recipe but she asked me she want Ivy Gourd veg... I don't no that... Then I search it in net then I note it, but I change some in this recipe and then I tried this in my home..... You can add any vegetables like cauliflower, beans, carrot, cabbage, brinjal, potato or matar. In this recipe I have used only Ivy Gourd, capsicum veg only. Why means my sister is asked me Ivy Gourd, capsicum only so that I use these only... You will find different recipes of masala bhath but this is how I make it.

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Ivy Gourd 50 grams
  • Capsicum 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Shah Jerra 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Ground nuts 3 tbsp
  • Black Pepper seeds 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 6
  • Poppy seeds powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chilies 4
  • Cloves 5
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onions 2
  • Dry coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Hing powder 2 pinches
Masala Bhath Recipe How to Cook
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add rice, water and soak it for 1/2 minute. Now take a cooking vessel add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, Shah jerra, gound nuts, black pepper, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf fry it for.
  2. And then add red chilies, Ivy gourd pieces and fry it for 5 minutes.. When the Ivy gourd pieces fried. Now add capsicum pieces also to fry for good smell (it will be leave  raw smell).
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves to fry. Now add coconut powder and fry it for 2 minutes. And then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, hing powder, coriander powder and mix it well for.
  4. Next add water 4 cups, salt to taste and mix it well, then put the lid and boil it for one boil. After one boil then add soaked rice and then mix it well, again put the lid to boil...
  5. When the rice is boiled 80% then put it in dum.. (take a pan put the cooking vessel and then cook it for). When the rice is totally boiled then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot........

Idli Upma Recipe Andhra Style with LeftOver Idlis

     Hi friends, Today different and tasty recipe "Rava Idli Upma" it is very simple and to prepare this very easy... Idli Upma is made from left over idlis. Rava Idli Upma is similar to Idli Upma except that we use rava idlis. I made this dish from the leftover idlis made from instant rava idli mix. It was very delicious and has become my favorite go to upma recipe. It was a relaxed holidays for children there will be scene at home. Breakfast was the usual Poori, chapati, idli, dosa mmmmhhhhhh always to kids its a boring break fast.. Actually my akka children oooohhhh god... to much they are asked to akka amma pls try some new varieties for don't repeated boring idli, dosa... Then my akka asked me then I told to her you can prepare upma.. Then my akka told to me, my akka son will not eat umpa, pongal recipes (I know that) some little change is 'Idli Upma'.... She prepared that recipe in home, which the kids enjoyed. 
This quick Umpa from Leftover Idlis proved to be the best suited. These Idlis were made with Idli rava and urad Dal and were also seasoned. But you can make this Upma with the regular idlis that you make. After seasoning, the plain idlis turn into a tasty dish that one can't expect. Its very to prepare first make idlis then mash it then make upma... Kids also love to eat this recipe... When you are prepared idli kids are bored so this idli upma, like kids... You can serve this with chutney or  pickle. Lets see the process to make it........

  1. First take a bowl add idli's and then mash it with your hands, put it a side for... then start next process to make upma.....
  2. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and then fry it for...
  3. When dal is fried, then add chopped onions, green chili pieces to fry for 5 minutes in medium flame.. 
  4. And then add salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for... And then add mashed idli mixture and mix it well, then add coriander leaves.
  5. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame and then move it to a plate and then serve it hot..... 
And now the tasty and delicious recipe "Idli Upma" is ready to eat... You can serve this recipe in morning break fast or evening to eat this recipe... So simple and taste is yummy...      Hi friends good morning to all.. Today one different and tasty recipe. weight loss recipe "Orange Kheer" so simple and tasty recipe... When I decided to make recipes with orange for this theme I drought 12 oranges from the market. I thought they will be sweet but no they are really very sour and I can not eat them as it is. Then I thought of making pulihora and these sour oranges worked so very well for pulihora. Then my second recipe is a kheer with oranges. I was little scare to make kheer with this sour oranges. But when I peal the oranges surprisingly they are really very sweet and my kheer turned out really... Orange Kheer  is a very nice and simple dessert. This Kheer recipe contains a fantastic taste of oranges..... A simple, delicious fresh kheer with oranges is one of the unique kheer I have ever had. This can be prepared during fasting time. It can be flavoured with different ingredients like cardamons, saffron and dry fruits. But I like to keep it simple only with flavour of the fruit. As we all know oranges are citric fruit, the main point to be noted is whenever you use citric fruit,  it should not be added when the mixture is hot. So do remember, only after cooking it completely it should be added at last. Not only that its good for weight loss also... You can take in break fast time and night time it's good to health and also we weight loss guys....  Its so delicious so let's check the recipe..

  1. First take a bowl add milk and boil it for one boil, one boil will came then take a cup add corn flour powder, little bit milk and mix it well... Then add milk into boiled milk and mix it well.
  2. When the milk is boiled totally it will be thick, then switch off the gas, then move it to a side for...
  3. Now add to milk, honey (I prefer in this honey only its good to weight loss)... and then add soaked saffron milk also and mix it well....
  4. And then add cardamon powder, also add and mix... Now take a bowl add orange pulp pieces into bowl then add lemon juice and mix.
  5. Milk is totally cooled then move it to orange pulp and mix it well.. and then put it for 5 minutes and the serve it.....
