Ingredients :
- Semolina (rava) 1cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Water 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Maida 2 cups
- Salt 1/2 spoon
- Cashew nuts 10
- Badam 5
- Raisins (kismis) 10
- Cardamom powder 1 spoon
- Oil 5 spoons
- Ghee 50 grams
Method :-
- First take a wok heat it and then add semolina fry for 5 mins. It came's good smell and then add sugar in this mixture and mix it well.
- And then add milk, water and mix it well.
- It will come together like a thick pudding. It will take 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cook it in medium flame, and then add some ghee also and then mix it.
- Next take a wok add 2 spoons ghee, fry chopped cashew nuts, badam, raisins fry for lite brown color.
- And then add fried dry fruits to kasari mixture and mix it well.
- And then cool it kasari for 15 minutes and then start next process.
- Now take a bowl add maida, salt, oil and mix it like a smooth dough. Put it for 15 mins for rest.
- Next take a plastic paper (or) oil paper, and apply ghee to help dough making small balls.
- Now spread it to ur hands like small chappati shape. And then put the kesari balls in that chappti and close it both sides.
- Next spread it the ball with help of ghee, like chappati shape with u r hands.
- Next take a dosa pan add little bit of ghee, and then add stuffed chappati's to pan and fry, it in medium flame with help of ghee.
- Fry it both side's and then turn to a serving plate and serve it Hot......
