Ingredients :-
- Boiled sweet potato pieces 1 cup
- Corn flour 3 spoons
- Maida 2 spoons
- Garam masala powder 1 spoon
- Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
- Red chilli powder 1, 1/2 spoon
- Red food colour
- Oil for deep fry
- First take a bowl and add maida, corn flour, salt, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, red orange colour (just a pinch) and mix it well. Then add some water and mix it well till it becomes thick batter.
- Next take boiled sweet potato pieces (cut it like round pieces), then add to batter and mix it.
- Then heat the oil, when the oil is heated take the sweet potato pieces and deep fry them well.
- Fry the potatoes in medium flame untill golden colour.
- Then take a pan add 5 spoons of oil and heat it, when the oil is heated properly then and green chilli pieces, curry leafs, pepper powder, curd, salt and mix it well for 2 minutes.
- When the mixer is well fried then add golden fried sweet potatoes to the mixer and fry again for 5 minutes and sweet potatoes 65 is ready
You can serve it with coriander leaves as a garnish.............
