Bengal Gram Kabab Recipe Snack Item

Ingredients :-

  • Bengal gram 150 grams
  • Potatoes 100 grams
  • Ginger garlic pieces 3 spoons
  • Cumin seeds (Vammu) 1 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Cheese 50 grams
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Green chillies 5
  • Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • Cardomom powder 1/2 spoon
  • Nutmeg powder 1/2 spoon  
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil for deep fry
Method :-

  1. First take a vessel add soaked bengal gram, red chillies, ginger garlic pieces and then boil it .
  2. After boiling cool it, then take a jar add the boiled gram mixture and salt then grind it till it becomes fine paste(Don't use water).
  3. Next take boiled potatoes and mash it. Then add grind paste and mix it well. Then add some salt, cumin seeds and mix it well.
  4. Then add grated cheese, chopped green chilli pieces, coriander, cardomom, nutmeg powder (jajikaya powder), red chilli powder, garam masala powder, and then mix it well.
  5. Next add bread crumbs also and mix it, then add salt, corn flour powder and mix it.
  6. Then shape it as u like kabab shapes (Owel or round shape).
  7. Then take a wok add oil to heat, When it's properly heated then drop the kababs to oil and fry it carefully.
  8. It becomes golden colour then move it to paper towel.
  9. And then serve it with mint chutney or tomato sauces....... And now the tasty Bengal gram kabab is ready to eat.....
