Hi friends, rainy season hot hot snacks recipe Mirchi bajji... Today's recipe one snack item.. Actually this is street food recipe, famous in Andhra... I love it to this recipe... In my college day am really enjoyed street food "Mirapakaya Bajji". When I went to my home after college we definitely eat this bajji wit my friends we all are enjoyed to eat this spicy bajji... In your Nellore city its very famous street food.. We loved very mcuh....Its so spicy and delicious recipe... Specially we eat in rainy days and off course we eat regularly :-)... And also sip hot cup of tea with combination of snack... In south street bajji don't have stuffed inside the chilli.. But in home we tried this recipe we can stuffed potato, some masala's as we like.... In this easy recipe, the long green chillies are stuffed , coated with besan flour mixture and deep fried in hot oil until crisp. The batter consistency is very important for preparing nice , crispy Bajji’s.. Mirchi bajji also called as mirapakaya bajji in telugu, milagai bajji in tamil or chilli bajji is a popular street food of South India. So lets see this hot and spicy green chili bajji preparation easy to cook... And then enjoy this spicy snack in evening tea time......
- Green chillis 10
- Ajowan (Vamu in telugu)4 tsp
- Besan flour 250 grams
- Cooking Soda 1/4 tsp
- Onion 1
- Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
- Oil for deep fry
- Coriander leaves
Method :-
- First take green chilies and then clean it well, next cut it straight for stuffing mixture to the chilli.
- Next take a jar add ajowan, salt for it only and then grind it fine rough power.
- And then take the chilies, remove seeds and then put the ajowan powder in to that and close it.
- Next take a bowl, and then add besan flour, salt, cooking soda and mix it well.
- And now add water for mixing the batter like a thick paste and then put a side.
- Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat and then take chili dip into bean flour and then move it to oil to fry the chili...
- Fry it in medium flame to fry the bajji to cook well, and then it came's golden color and then move it to a paper towel...
- Next take onion finely chopped it, and then cut the bujji straight and then stuffed onion pieces, chopped coriander leaves, sprinkle chat masala powder. And then turn to a serving plate to set all the bajji and then serve it with tea.....
