CRISPY VEGETABLES FRY..

Ingredients :-


  • Capsicum 1
  • Beans 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Corn flour  6 spoons
  • Maida flour 2 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Butter 2 spoons
  • Garlic cloves 3 
  • Onions 1/2 cup
  • Green chillis 3 (cut it small pieces)
  • Tomato sauce 2 spoons
  • Chili sauce  1/2 spoon
  • Tasting salt
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leafs
  • Chili powder
  • Water
  • Spring Onion 
  • Soya sauce 1/2 spoon


Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add vegetable pieces all, then add salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, maida flour, tasting salt little bit of water and mix it.
  2. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add vegetable each pieces to deep fry. It cames golden brown colour move to papaer towel.
  3. Next take a pan add Butter & some oil heat it. Next add garlic pieces, green chilli pieces fry it few sec. Next add onion pieces fry it lite brown colour. 
  4. Then add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, chilli powder, salt, Coriander. Mix it well for few more sec.
And now add fried vegetables and mix it for 5 mins. And move it a plate and serve  it tomato sauce......... Its taste good. Eat it hot only...... In lunch time are dinner time u will try this tasty crispy veg recipe........
