    Chicken Majestic recipe is made with long thin chicken strips that are very well marinated with Andhra spices then deep fried and then add some onions and then shallow fry coated with spices to make it super spicy starter. At one time (5 or 6 years ago) Mayuri Restaurant Catering Food was famous at our parties in Nellore. I like their Babycorn Majestic ( appetizer that is made with BabyCorn) on their catering menu. When i saw this Chicken Majestic recipe at Mayuri restaurant, that took me back in time and reminded me of Babycorn Majestic flavors. So I couldn't resist  ( i mean to cook, not to eat ;-)) and tried this Chicken Majestic recipe on the following weekend. I wonder how I forgot to share this awesome chicken majestic recipe with you all, though I made it several times. This is one of the Andhra chicken starters that is not known to many since it is mostly popular only in Hyderabad. For hyderabadis this is not a new dish, but for the others iam sharing today how to make andhra chicken majestic or majestic chicken. This is a  egg recipe that yields soft and tender chicken that is fried or baked first and then seasoned like the popular street food chicken 65. Chicken can be baked or pan fried or deep fried before seasoning. If you do not have much time to soak the chicken in buttermilk then just marinate it for about 20 mins and then deep fry.   • Bone less chicken 200 grams
  • Maida flour 6 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Egg 1
  • Aji no moto (Tasting salt) 1/4 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red chili paste 1,1/2 tbsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry

Ingredients :-

  1. First take bone chicken breast cut it into small straight stripes (like finger shape) and then put a side.
  2. Next take a bowl add 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce 1/2 tbsp then mix it well. Then add maida flour, corn flour, egg then mix it well for, then add little bit aji no moto also again mix it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Now take a wok add oil for deep fry the marinated chicken, when oil is heated then take each chicken stripes add to oil for fry (fry it in medium flame only).. When it came golden color then move it to a paper towel and then put it a side..
  4. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add finely chopped ginger garlic pieces, chopped spring onions, soya sauce, red chili paste, water 1 cup and then mix it well.
  5. Then add little bit water, aji no moto, pepper powder then boil it for 5 minutes. Then add fried chicken pieces, garam masala powder, coriander powder, coriander leafs and then mix it well.
  6. Boil it for dry the chicken, when chicken totally dried then move it to a serving paste then add some coriander leafs and then serve it hot.....

      A thick curry made out of jackfruit seeds is a delightfully tasty side dish that we make quite often at home during the jackfruit season. Jackfruit vendors sell just the seeds as well if you don’t fancy the fruit. I remember old times when we’d buy a whole jackfruit and my dad and grand mother would oil their hands  and prepare themselves for the jackfruit wrestling, cutting open the fruit and then pulling out the segments. Jackfruits have a tough outer covering with little spikes all over their surface. Inside they’re sticky and slippery. It’s a great family bonding exercise too and its fun. Try it sometime. The seeds are fleshy and are between an oval and a kidney bean shape. The seed usually has a plastic shell like inner covering and a sticky elastic outer covering. The outer covering is easy to rip off but the inner shell like peel is a little tricky to pull apart. That's first cook the seeds in cooker then remove the skin and then use this seeds to curry.... Jackfruit seed curry is a simple and tasty dish.  In this Jackfruit seeds pieces are cooked in a mildly, onion, tomato. Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add water, jack fruit seeds, salt to taste then boil it for 5 to 6 vissels. After 6 vissels then switch off the gas and then put it a side for cool...
  2. Pressure will gone then open the lid then take seeds to a cold water and then put for 10 minutes in cool.. After it cool then remove the skin then cut it into medium pieces...
  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry. Then add finely chopped onions to fry.
  4. Onions are fried then add chopped green chilies are fry for 2 minutes.. Next add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well for 5 minutes in low flame..
  5. Then add garam masala powder, soya sauce, salt, cashew nut powder then mix it well for. Next add red chili powder mix well and then fry it for 2 minutes in low flame.
  6. After 2 minutes mix the masala then add boiled jackfruit seed pieces and then mix it well. Fry it for 2 to 3 more minutes.
  7. Next take a bowl add corn flour powder, water little bit then mix it well... then add corn water in to curry then mix it well. Now add 1 glass water also then mix it again and then boil it for low flame for 5 minutes...
  8. Now the curry is over then move it to a serving bowl and then coriander leafs and then serve it hot.....

  1. First take a bowl add maida flour, salt, ghee, ajowan seeds and mix it well. Then add water and then mix it like a dough and put it a side for rest of 30 minutes.
  2. Now take a pan add coriander seeds, sesame seeds to fry for 2 minutes in low flame, then add dry coconut powder again fry for good smell. 
  3. Then add hing powder also again mix it well, and fry it for 1 minute in low flame then move it to a side and then cool it for.
  4. When the seeds are cool then move it to a jar and then grind it fine powder and then move it to a bowl. Then add salt, red chili powder, lemon juice 1 tsp, amchur, cashew nuts crush, raisins, chat masala powder and then mix it all spices well.
  5. After 30 minutes take dough and then make it small chapatis, then cut it in middle take the chapati half make it cone shape and close sides...
  6. Then take mixed spices in to cone and then close it with the help of water. And then put it a side. 
  7. Now take wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add stuffed samosa into oil then fry it in medium flame. Fry it for golden color, when it came golden color then move it to a paper towel and then serve it hot.....
My cooking style is greatly influenced by my mother, a true inspiration!  Of course they taste out of this word when served hot. Serve with sweet chutney or green chutney it good to eat this snack.. Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil 6 tbsp to heat, when oil is heated then add ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp, chopped coriander leafs, cleaned prawns and then mix it well for...
  2. Then add salt, turmeric powder mix it well... Then add 1/2 glass water mix it, then put the lid to boil the prawns for 15 to 20 minutes...
  3. Now take a pan add oil and ghee to heat, when oil is heated then add finely chopped onions, chopped green chilies to fry.
  4. When onions are fried then add 1,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, then mix it well. Ginger garlic is fried then add coriander leafs.
  5. The add chopped tomatoes and mix it well. Then add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder mix it well, then boil it for 5 minutes in low flame.
  6. After 5 minutes mix it, then add boiled prawns also add and then mix it well. Then add water 1/2 glass, garam masala powder and then mix it well... 
  7. Boil it for water will be vapor, then add black pepper powder also add and then mix it well for. Then add curry leafs, coriander leafs also add then mix it... Put it for 2 minutes in medium flame.. Then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it...

I love apples very much, my husband also so I tried this healthy recipe in my home... Carrots are one of the significant special foods that we are encouraged to eat.             Hi friends good evening, its time to dinner... What special today in your home... :-)... Today one different and tasty easy to make this curry in dinner time its Stuffed Capsicum Curry.... Its so good to eat with chapati, roti, rice, pulov as you like..... Growing up, we ate a lot of mouth watering curries with rice and Indian breads, rotis.  May be that defines why a plate of rice with a well made curry is comfort food for me.  Add a bowl of yogurt to this and I’m one happy soul. This stuffed capsicum curry stands out in my mother’s repertoire of recipes. It is one of her dishes that I enjoy the most. Stuffed with a onion paste, peanut, coconut powder, sesame powder and garam masala, it is simply delicious! And it has my mothers masala powder.  It has a bit of both the special women in my life.
    Bell peppers are widely known as capsicum in India. The big sized bell peppers (genetically engineered!) are commonly available these days and indigenous varieties are hard to find. It is important to use small sized capsicums for this preparation for this curry... So you must take small size capsicums only... I will add some Andhra spices also for more taste in this curry... Stuffed Capsicum Masala Curry Recipe How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a jar add peanuts, sesame, coconut powder and then grind it fine powder and then move it to a bowl.
  2. Next add chopped onions to jar, and then grind it fine paste... Now take a bowl add tamarind paste, onion paste, grind peanut powders, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and then mix it well for...
  3. Now take capsicums cut it for stuffed (cut it in top of the capsicum) then remove seeds in it, then add mixed spices paste into capsicum...
  4. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds fry it for... Then add chopped green chilies to fry..
  5. Then add onion paste also add then fry it for oil oozes out, when oil will oozes then add stuffed capsicums and then close it with lid... And cook it in slow flame for 10 minutes...
  6. When the capsicum is fried, then add tamarind and peanut spice mixture mix it lite... Then put the lid again and then cook it in low flame oil will be oozes out... 
  7. Oil will oozes then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot......
