  Hi, today one different recipe My dad recipe "Pachi Pulusu".  I am so happy to share my dad recipe here.. Its a simple recipe, and it is a desi recipe.. In Andhra and Telangana states... Actually this recipe is my grand mother (Nana amma) recipe. My dad will learn this recipe in my grand mother.. This is desi recipe simple to prepare and taste also so good.. Simple ingredients, simple process.. In this recipe main ingredient is tamarind puree, onions and jagarry... This is so sour and sweet.. like khatta mitha.. Pachi Pulusu is an unheated version of pulusu. This is a prominent and traditional Andhra dish prepared using simple ingredients like tamarind, onions, red chilies, and jaggery.Andhra pachi pulusu or raw rasam recipe, no cooking required. the the traditional village recipe - pachi pulusu... So good to eat with steamed rice, roti... Its great taste and spicy recipe... Simple dish and taste also so good,  this recipe is prepared my dad.. so friends see the process step by step...

  • Tamarind big size
  • Onions 2
  • Red chilies 3
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Jagarry grated 8 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add red chili pieces to fry, chilies are fried then move it to a bowl. 
  2. In same wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds fry it for and put a side.

  3. Then take a bowl add fried red chilies, fried cumin seeds, soaked tamarind, salt and then mix it well.

  4. Mix it like a paste, then add finely chopped onions and then mix it well.

  5. Then add water and mix it.. Then add jagarry powder and then mix it well for the jagarry is melted.

The quick meal of Indian street as well as Indian restaurants served with butter fried pav,or some more varieties like Cheese Pav Bhaji,Paneer Pav Bhaji and Mushroom Pav Bhaji. Pav Bhaji is one of the most common snack to have between lunch and dinner, it is also a party favorite food item.
  The famous Mumbai street food. Now an easy and healthy recipe to make it right at home. Have you heard that making pav bhaji is tedious? It requires a lot of advance preparation? Cut several vegetables, boil/blanch them, then cook them and again mash them? You might be right. Does this recipe also require all that effort? I we went shirdi in my college days there is one bombay stall, we will go to there my sister is order that recipe but I don't know the taste.. They given to me a plate of curry and separately given pav.. How can we eat, my sister I eating but I can't... K then I take just a piece eat wow....... its amazing taste then I order another plate also it so good taste... I my college gate have bhaji food have we that one but the taste is so so... Then I ask my Amma pls u must prepare for amma, so amma tried this first ha ha ha.... Sorry the taste not good then my amma again tried this recipe with simple veggs take and then add some masala and then tried again so good... taste.... But the bombay stall taste not... Ya it also so good and easy to prepare this in home now we also prepare this tasty pav bhaji to eat....... K friends lets see the process to make this simple ingredients and simple veggies..... 

Ingredients :-

  • Pav breads 4
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Carrot grated 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Yellow Lentils 1 cup
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala powder 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger, green chili paste 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Shah jerra 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste 
  • Butter 6 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 4 tbsp
  • Coriander leafs 
Simple Pav Bhaji Snack Recipe How to cook
Method :-

  1. First take a pan, add olive oil, 4 tbsp butter to heat it for, when the oil is heated then add shah jerra to fry.
  2. When shah jerra is fried, then add ginger green chili paste to fry it for.. Now add grated carrot, and fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
  3. And add tomato pieces and fry it for 2 more minutes for the tomatoes are boiled. Then add boiled green peas and then mix it well.
  4. And now add 1 glass water and then mix it well for, and boil it 5 more minutes close the lid.
  5. After 5 minutes the veggies are boiled then add boiled yellow lentils paste and then mix it well for. Then add boiled potatoes also add again mix it...
  6. Now add some glass of water and mix it, then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and again mix it well and again put the lid and boil it for 10 more minutes in medium flame.
  7. Then check the veggies are totally cooked then add garam masala powder and then mash it like a paste.. Then add coriander powder, cumin seeds powder again mix it well.. When the bhaji is thick then add coriander leafs, finely chopped onion pieces, chat masala powder mix it well.
  8. Then check once the salt, and then boil it for 2 more minutes in low flame...  Now take a pan add 1/2 spoon butter cut pav fry it both side... Then move it to a plate and then serve it with bhaji.....
   Now the tasty and spicy chat item "Pav Bhaji" is ready to bite...... I love chat items very.. Of course I love all varieties :)... This also so good friends I will tried in my home..     Hi friends... Today one different combination recipe "Dosakaya Egg Curry". Dosakaya ( in english Cucumber). This a desi curry recipe. We prepare with dosakaya like dosakaya pappu, dosakaya pachadi, dosakaya fry, dosakaya tomato gravy, dosakaya chicken curry etc... we prepare so much recipes with dosakaya... It occurs to me that this might as well be named Dosakaya (Cucumber) Curry with Eggs. But I was inspired by the notion of making egg curry, a staple peasant dish of Andhra that can incorporate as many spice blends and vegetable. It is a decidedly vegetarian main course in a distinctively vegetarian (and vegan)-friendly cuisine, and I first learned about egg curry. My amma prepared many varieties with dosakaya recipes. This is very good to health in this dosakaya water contestant is more... This simple and taste curry to see the process to make the curry.....

Ingredients :-

  • Cucumber (Dosakaya) medium size 1
  • Eggs 6
  • Onions 3
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leafs
  • Oil 8 tsp

  1. First take bowl add water, now add eggs and then boil it. Next take cucumber cut it into small pieces. 
  2. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry. 
  3. Then add curry leafs, chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder and then fry it for pink color.
  4. Now add chopped cucumber pieces, and mix it well for. Put the lid and then boil it for 8 minutes in medium flame.
  5. After 8 minutes then open the lid then mix it well for, then add boiled eggs and then again boil it for 5 more minutes.
  6. Then add red chili powder mix it well. And cook it for 1 more minute and then move it to a bowl and then serve it.......

   French Toast or Bombay Egg Toast as it is usually called was one of my favorites during school days. Later on gave it a miss as it is high in calories. Finally, after years I made this French toast for breakfast.I made what is commonly called French toast in India. I have no idea why since the original French toast is nothing like this spicy version. Fusion at its best perhaps?  I love breakfast foods, especially pancakes and traditional french toast with creme fraiche and preserves. But, that can get pretty fattening and I like to keep my mornings hearty yet healthy. But some different, some Indian style, so I start of with sauteed onions, eggwhites and coriander leafs. It’s time to spice up your mornings a bit! Here’s my recipe for Indian Bombay egg Toast! Do you have bread and tea in the morning and want to have a change? A lovely treat to have in the morning for a change and its easy to make and takes only a few minutes to prepare. You can enjoy this with your family at the breakfast table. In this busy life there is no time to take break fast to your family.. Children went to 8 a.m, husband office 9 a.m so there is no time to take all are set to eat.. I think in morning time house wife or working women will be running in home... In that time also she thick what the break fast today?  Teen girls will not eat morning break fast, they will drink only milk or juice... Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl beat eggs, beat it for 1 minute. Then add milk, sugar, salt, again beat it for 1 more minute.
  2. Next add pepper powder, finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander leafs and beat it for.
  3. Then take pan to heat it, when the pan is heated then apply butter.
  4. Then take a bread slice apply butter to bread slice. 
  5. And then dip in to egg mixture, and then move it to a pan for fry it both sides, with help of butter.
  6. When the bread is roasted both side then move it to a plate and then cut it two pieces, add some fresh coriander leafs. And also sprinkle the red chili powder and then serve it hot.....

Andhra Style Pine Apple Rasam Recipe How to Prepare

   Pineapple Rasam is very special variety of rasam as it is absolutely unique by its flavor, aroma and taste. It makes a nice variation from the regular rasams. In this recipe, the pineapple chunks (grated pine apple) are cooked along with tomato and other spices. It tastes yummy when.. served hot with white rice, pappad and any spicy curry. Also you can drink it as soup as it is. So go ahead and give a try, sure you'll love this..:) This pineapple rasam is a sweet and sour combination mixed with ripe pineapple pieces, rasam powder, pineapple puree and toor dal. This recipe is very easy with little ingredients and tastes amazing. Actually we prepare rasam normal only, in south side its compulsory. Any functions, any party rasam is must.. In south side this regular recipe.... But today so different rasam.. Its  sweet and spicy... I saw this recipe in telugu t.v. channel, I will tried it in my home wow so good.... Nice aroma flavor and taste also so good to eat.. Rasam is a spiced, thin soup from South India. There are several varieties of rasam recipes. The basic spices are the same but proportions and other additions vary according to region. Pineapple Rasam is an variety of rasam which we going to see today. It is really good to have when you have cold. We enjoyed pineapple rasam with hot steamed rice and vadas....quite a comforting meal!!  You can also eat with chapati so good taste and special also.....   • Salt to taste
  • Oil 6 tsp
  • Coriander, curry leafs

Pine Apple Rasam Recipe  Andhra Style how to prepare
Preparation :-


  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, 1/2 spoon cumin seeds fry it for. Then add curry leafs, dry red chili pieces and fry it for.
  2. Water 2 glasses, tamarind paste, finely chopped tomato pieces and mix it well, then add pine apple juice, pine apple grated mixture and then mix it well.
  3. Then add salt, turmeric powder mix it and boil it for 5 minutes. Then add red chili powder and then mix it well and boil it.
  4. Next take a pan to heat it, then  add  yellow lentils fry it for good smell then move it to a jar. 
  5. Then add coriander seeds, pepper seeds, dry red chilies, cumin seeds and fry it good smell and then move to a jar and add garlic cloves and grind it fine powder. 
  6. When the rasam is boiled then add grind masala powder mix it well and then boil it one boil.
  7. Rasam will be boiled then add coriander leafs and then mix it, move it to a serving bowl and serve it.........

Coconut Milk Moong Dal Pappu How to Prepare

     Moong Dal is one of my Dad favorite dals or lentils. He love's alot moong dal pappu. This Moong Dal Coconut Milk Pappu Recipe is yummy I can assure you that. You can eat this dal as soup or as a meal upto you. Also this recipe is mild, light spiced, low fat yet yummy and delicious. My mom loved it, I also like it this recipe. I was overwhelmed by her response…Do try this Moong Dal Recipe! Moong is very healthy even infants can have them. Sprouted moong bean has more nutritive value. There are lot of dishes made in India from Moong. Some of them are dals, vegetable, soup, Moong dosas, dried moong dal and the list goes on and on. And also my mom add some vegges and prepare pappu... If your household in anything like mine, where any dish with lentils has to be a part of the everyday meal – be it in rasam, sambhar, kootu or sabji – here is a recipe for a quick dal prepared with yellow mung dal. This simple non-spicy dish would go with rotis, rice or any south Indian meal and would generally compliment a spicy dish. And also use some people in south side fresh grated coconut also used. But now I used only milk some different and special item. The coconut in this yellow moong dal gives it such a unique flavor.... Its so tasty and quickly prepared recipe. In Andhra side this very special food for baby's.. My amma prepare this recipe for my sis son, my amma prepare this rice, little bit salt, moong dal and then boil it like a paste... Then add ghee in it wow its also good.. :).. My sister son food.. is ready, this food will give to baby in evening time so healthy food.. Actually this almost know my means this old recipe........   • Moong Dal 1 Cup
  • Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  • Red chilies 2
  • Green chilies 5
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Curry leafs
  • Coriander leafs
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 5 tbsp
Coconut Milk Moong Dal Pappu
Preparation :-

  1. First take cooker add moong dal, water and then cook. When the dal is cooked then start next process.
  2. Next take pan add oil  to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chili pieces, to fry then add green chili pieces also to fry it.
  3. Then add curry leafs, boiled dal paste,coconut milk, 1/2 glass water, salt, turmeric powder then mix it well.
  4. And boil it for 10 minutes in low flame. After 10 minutes check salt and then move it to a bowl and then serve it with hot rice with ghee... Or take with chapati also you can take it..
