    Hi friends, today one different tasty and delicious curry recipe Nilagiri Mutton Korma. Neelgiri Mutton Korma. Nilgiri Motton Korma. Chili Coconut Mutton Korma. Hot & Spicy Green Mutton Korma. Greenish Motton Korma. Chili Blend Motton Korma. So many name have this curry but taste same...... Now don't ask me why Nilgiri Korma is in Green Color & not in blue!!! Nilgiri literally means Blue Mountain! I happen to taste this interesting korma at Nilgiri, Top slip & Yercaud. All three fascinating hill stations! First thought its some hill staion special food! They said its their regional speciality! Almost through out western ghats...its found in every star hotel menu! On using fresh herbs from the hills, it gets this delectable green color! The recipe is too spicy and hot! Even the spices were got right from the hill's plantations! Lavish use of green chilies and coconut, make it hot + sweet! Sounds yummy, right! Well...the original recipe was prepared from goat/lamb!  The recipe is said to have originated from Nilgiri tribes(Badugans)...who make their curry using only fresh green herbs! Most of their recipes have turned out as restaurant special today!  They are known for their Nilgiri tea and 'Nilgiri Mutton kuruma'. In the olden days even before the masala sachets made their way to the village petty shops, these people would have found a unique way to make their healthy Mutton recipe. Later on, even star hotels master it and earned a lot from this delicious curry. Though this kurma seems more green than our chili powder version, the taste remains more classic than any other one. Here is the recipe for their famous 'Nilgiri Mutton kuruma'. 


Ingredients :-

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Spinach (Palak) 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/6 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/6 cup
  • Green chilies 10
  • Onions 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Shahjeera 1 tsp 
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Poppy seeds paste 2 tbsp
  • Coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for use
    Nilgiri Mutton Curry Recipe How to Prepare
Preparation :

  1. First take a cooker add mutton, salt, turmeric powder and close it with lid and boil it for 2 vissels. when the mutton is boiled then put it a side... 
  2. Next take a mixer jar add spinach leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, some little bit of water and grind it fine paste.
  3. Now take a wok add oil, then add shahjeera, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and fry it for 5 minutes.
  4. And then add boiled mutton pieces, and mix it well, and then add fresh curry leaves and mix it well. And mutton will boil it for 10 minutes..
  5. After 10 minutes, mix the mixture and then add poppy seeds paste, coconut paste and mix it well and fry it for oil will oozes out.... 
  6. And then add curd, salt to taste, grind spinach paste and mix it well for 5 minutes. Fry it for food smell.... 
  7. And now add 1 glass of water and mix it well, then add coriander powder and mix it... And put the lid to boil  the mutton for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes open the lid and mix it well.. Now the curry is almost done then add garam masala powder and mix it, then cook it for 3 minutes. Then add fresh coriander leaves and then turn to a serving bowl and serve it hot........

Ingredients :-
  • Apple pieces 1/2 cup
  • Bread pieces (big size) 6
  • Cashew nuts crashed 3 spoons
  • Almond Crashed 3 spoons
  • Caramel sauce 5 spoons
  • Oil for deep fry
Preparation :-
  1. First take bread slices and cut it sides.
  2. Next take a bowl add some water, and then dip the bread pieces and press it move extra water.
  3. Next add 2 spoons of apple pieces and roll it and close.
  4. Next heat the oil, when oil is heat then drop the bread rolls and fry it for lite golden color.
  5. It came's golden color then move it to paper towel, and then set it in serving plate and and add caramel sauce, cashew nut crash, almond crash and serve it..

Egg Mixed Bread Pakora Recipe How to Make

Ingredients :-

  • Bread pieces 6
  • Eggs 4
  • Milk 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry

Preparation :-
  1. First take a bowl beat eggs, and beat it for 5 minutes, it cames bubbles then add milk, salt, sugar and again mix it for 5 minutes.
  2. Next take fry wok add oil to heat it.
  3. Next take bread pieces cut in to triangle shape. When oil is heated then the bread piece take dip into egg mixture and drop into oil.
  4. Fry it in medium flame, it cames golden color then move it to papper towel.
Now serve it with tomato sauce. Simple and easy to prepare snack item egg bread pakora.... 

Doodh Peda Kheer How to Make Recipe

    Doodh peda kheer or alternatively labelled as a Doodh peda  is a deliciously refreshing dessert consisting of soft and light spongy balls made from milk powder cooked and served in creamy thickened milk and with a pistachio or almond garnish. Doodh peda kheer recipe one more quick sweet dessert recipe of kheer, that can be made for navratri, dussehra and diwali. I plan to add some quick and easy sweets for the upcoming festive season. The Doodh peda kheer is one such recipe that can be made in a milk powder and maida will be done in less than 30 to 40 minutes. All you need is and milk along with some dry fruits. The Doodh peda  kheer has been flavored with cardamom powder, cashew nuts almond crush. cardamom powder is a must, if u want rose essence u can add some fragrance to the kheer. Good to add it, but skip if you don’t have. Strands can be easily skipped if you don’t have these. you can also add your choice of dry fruits.   • Pista pieces 2 tsp

Doodh Peda Kheer How to Make Recipe
preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add milk to boiled. Boil it for 20 minutes in medium flame for the milk is thick.
  2. Next take a bowl add maida flour, baking powder, milk powder and mix  it well.
  3. And then add some water to mix the mixture, and mix it like a smooth dough and then put it a side.
  4. And now the milk is boiled and then add sugar and mix it well for the sugar is melt.
  5. Next take the dough mixture and then prepare it like a small balls, and then press it in middle .
  6. Next add fried raisins and then close it, and then press it like a doodh peda all are same to do like that.
  7. And now take a wok add ghee to heat it, and then add these peda's to fry it for little golden color. (fry it in low flame for good smell)
  8. When milk is boiled it came's thick and then add fried and chopped cashew nuts, almond nuts add and mix it well.
  9. And then add fried pedas to milk and then boiled dhood pedas  for 5 minutes in low flame.
  10. After 5 minutes and then move to a serving bowl and cool it in refrigerate and then cool it for 1 hour..... After 1 hour u can serve this coollllll..... And enjoy it this cool and sweet desert.......

Chicken fried rice is one of my favorites, so I had to try this recipe when I found it. This rice dish is really versatile, you can add pretty much any vegetables you like and is a hit with kids. It is great served on it’s own or part of a main meal. I prepare this recipe in my home it's so good and little spicy and tasty meal... Simple ingredients and preparation also so easy to make.. this recipe.... Lets see the process to make the rice...

  • Bone less Chicken 250 grams
  • Carrot chopped 1 cup
  • Beans 1 cup
  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Turmeric 1/4 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya sauce
  • Aji no moto 1/2 spoon
  • Lemon juice 2 spoons
  • Spring onion 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 1 spoon
  • Oil 4 spoons
  • Ghee 4 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon

Method :-

  1. Take a fry pan add oil to heat, then add chopped chicken pieces, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste add and fry it for 10 minutes.  
  2. When the is chicken boiled, then add chopped carrot, chopped beans and fry it for 5 minutes. When the vegetables also boiled move it a side, and start next process. 
  3. Next take a bowl add 2 spoons of oil, now add egg yolk  then beat it. And then  add salt again mix it well for the salt is melted.
  4. Now take a pan add oil, when oil is heated then add egg mixture and prepare like a omelette to fry it both sides. Then move to a plate cut it in to a small pieces.
  5. And then take a wok add some oil and ghee,  when oil is heated then add fried chicken pieces, omelette pieces and mix it well. 
  6. Then add boiled rice and mix it... When the rice is mixed then add soya sauce, salt, sugar, ajinomoto and mix it and fry it  for 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes mix it, then add chopped spring onions and mix it well, then turn to a serving bowl and serve it hot.....
