            Hi friends good evening, its time to dinner... What special today in your home... :-)... Today one different and tasty easy to make this curry in dinner time its Stuffed Capsicum Curry.... Its so good to eat with chapati, roti, rice, pulov as you like..... Growing up, we ate a lot of mouth watering curries with rice and Indian breads, rotis.  May be that defines why a plate of rice with a well made curry is comfort food for me.  Add a bowl of yogurt to this and I’m one happy soul. This stuffed capsicum curry stands out in my mother’s repertoire of recipes. It is one of her dishes that I enjoy the most. Stuffed with a onion paste, peanut, coconut powder, sesame powder and garam masala, it is simply delicious! And it has my mothers masala powder.  It has a bit of both the special women in my life.
    Bell peppers are widely known as capsicum in India. The big sized bell peppers (genetically engineered!) are commonly available these days and indigenous varieties are hard to find. It is important to use small sized capsicums for this preparation for this curry... So you must take small size capsicums only... I will add some Andhra spices also for more taste in this curry... Lets see the process to make the curry.....

Ingredients :-

  • Small capsicums 10
  • Onions 3
  • Peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut Powder 4 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 5 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Oil 10 tsp
  • Green chilies 5
Stuffed Capsicum Masala Curry Recipe How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a jar add peanuts, sesame, coconut powder and then grind it fine powder and then move it to a bowl.
  2. Next add chopped onions to jar, and then grind it fine paste... Now take a bowl add tamarind paste, onion paste, grind peanut powders, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and then mix it well for...
  3. Now take capsicums cut it for stuffed (cut it in top of the capsicum) then remove seeds in it, then add mixed spices paste into capsicum...
  4. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds fry it for... Then add chopped green chilies to fry..
  5. Then add onion paste also add then fry it for oil oozes out, when oil will oozes then add stuffed capsicums and then close it with lid... And cook it in slow flame for 10 minutes...
  6. When the capsicum is fried, then add tamarind and peanut spice mixture mix it lite... Then put the lid again and then cook it in low flame oil will be oozes out... 
  7. Oil will oozes then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot......

So I tried this tasty and spice recipe "Thill Paneer Butter Masala Curry"... Any paneer gravy is my family fav and I love to make variations with paneer sabzi but are all time fav is paneer butter masala, no gravy can beat the rich and yummy taste of paneer butter masala and it is an awesome side for naans. The soft and succulent paneer soaked in mildy spiced rich gravy is wat a soft naan needs and this is the perfect side which marry so well with Indian breads. Thill Paneer butter masala is one most famous gravy served in any restaurants and dhabas,   and is another punjabi fav side dish. I love made them with naan and we enjoyed it a lot. 
       Paneer Butter Masala is a classic all time favorite dish of the North Indian Cuisine. In this recipe the Paneer, the Indian Cottage cheese is simmer in creamy tomato based gravy. Paneer Butter Masala is one of the most popular vegetarian dish in the menu of restaurants in the Northern province. Paneer butter masala also goes well with any rice varieties, I  usually finish out my left over sabzis with plain rice just mix them and I finish them. Most of the Indian gravies are prepared with onion tomato gravy and I have made this paneer butter masala with the same base. Some people omit onion in this and make them with tomato base only which is absolutely fine it will taste gud still. Lets move on to this irresistible Punjabi gravy again.   • Onions 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Sesame seeds 8 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 10 no's
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • Butter 10 cubes or 10 
    Thill Paneer Butter Masala Curry How to Make
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add 8 tbsp butter to heat, when butter is melted then add chopped paneer cubes and then fry it for red color, when the paneer is fried then move it to a plate...
  2. In same pan add butter, then add chopped onions and fry it for lite brown color... When the onions are fried then add ginger garlic paste and then fry it...
  3. Then add chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and then mix it well...
  4. Now take a pan add white sesame seeds, cashew nuts and fry it for good smell... Then move it to a jar, grind it fine paste...
  5. When the onions are cooked then add chopped tomato pieces and then mix it well.. And cook it for 2 minutes, then add sesame paste and mix it well for...
  6. Cook it for butter will be oozes out, when butter will oozes out then add fried paneer pieces mix it well... then add 2 glasses water, again mix it...
  7. It came thick then add garam masala powder mix it, add chopped coriander leaves also and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it.....

  1. First take cooker add cleaned yellow lentils, some water and then cook it for 3 to 4 vissels then switch off the gas and then cool it for...
  2. Now take a wok add oil & ghee to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, garlic pieces to fry for lite brown color.. 
  3. When the garlic pieces is fried then add chopped onions, to fry for lite brown color... Then add chopped green chilies again fry it for...
  4. And then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, curry leaves and then mix it well for...
  5. Then add chopped tomatoes and then fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame.. Now add water 1/2 glass and then mix it well...
  6. When water is boiled then add boiled lentils paste, then mix it well for.. Again boil it for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame... It came thick like pappu...
  7. Lasooni is came good smell then add chopped coriander leaves and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it with rice / roti it's great combination to eat this recipe....

After marriage this is my first post here... am so happy to share... Actually my husband likes tradition recipes only... now he will eat my special recipes also... :) Today I will share one different snack item "Soya bread rolls" its very easy to prepare... Its a healthy and tasty recipe.. Stuffed Bread are our favorite snack cum breakfast. I tried so many stuffing with bread. Healthy­ Proteinicious theme first ingredients came to my mind was "Soya".. It is very healthy and good to eat this.. Children will love it so much... Not only in snack time you can prepare this recipe in morning break fast recipe also... As we all know that soya are rich in proteins when compared to milk, meats, egg n other things. So I tried sauted soya granules stuffing in rolls of bread n Dosa. Bread rolls, I tried Bread roll for easy and crispy to eat.. if you like to dosa also... I use for stuffing soya granules, carrot, boiled potato... Its great to fit the rolls and taste also...  For sealing i used maida water instead of plain water... Ok lets move on to the soya bread n dosa roll recipe...

  2. Now take a bowl add boiled potato and then mash it for... then add grated carrot, garam masala powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic, green chili paste and then mix it well for...
  3. And then shape it as you like oval or round as you like... Then start next process to make bread roll...
  4. Next take a bread cut it side and then dip in to water press it.... Now take a stuffed mixer and then put it in center and then close it... same to prepare all the bread pieces...
  5. Then take a bowl add maida flour, add water and then mix it like a lite paste... Now take stuffed bread roll dip in to maida water and then move it to a side...
  6. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then drop the bread rolls to fry, fry it in medium flame only... When it came golden color then move it to a paper towel... Then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with tomato sauce...

     Hi friends, today one different and tasty recipe "Palak Rice"... Palak rice also called Spinach rice is an easy and yet healthful recipe blended with rice and palak. There are probably many ways to prepare this recipe. I am sharing the simpler way which I have tried. The Spinach Rice Recipe, is a simple, healthy preparation of cooked rice, mixed and spiced up with spinach and spices. I moist often like to use cardamom, cloves as the main ingredients to make the spinach rice, but you can use a combination of spices and experiment to suit your taste. The Spinach Rice makes a great lunch box meal filled with nutrition of spinach and rice.... In my kitchen, it's easy to get excited about rice. Oftentimes, I just make up a pot and fluff it up with a generous quantity of butter and some cracked green chilies. Sometimes that is just what you want to go along with the rest of your meal. This time around I dressed it up a bit as I had some lovely fresh spinach in the fridge that I didn't want to go to waste. Pretty much as easy as boiling up some rice with few adornments, you get some earthy vegetables here in the mix that doesn't overpower curries you may wish to serve with the dish.... So lets see the process to make the Palak rice........

  • Cardamom 5
  • Cloves 6
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Coriander leaves  
Spinach Rice Recipe How to Make
Preparation :-
  1. First take a pan add oil & ghee, to heat, when ghee is heated then add cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, shah jeera,  cashew nut and then fry it for 5 minutes...
  2. Now add chopped onions, green chilies to fry.. When onions are fried then add ginger garlic paste to fry it for good smell........
  3. Then add spinach paste and then fry it for good smell... Oil will oozes out then add 4 cups water, salt and then mix it well for... 
  4. When water is boiled then add soaked rice, then mix it well then put the lid to cook the rice...  Rice is boiled 90% then mix it once then put it in low flame.......
  5. Cook it for 5 more minutes in low flame, when the rice is totally cooked then add chopped coriander leaves and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it with potato kurma or paneer kurma or raita....
And now the tasty and delicious recipe Palak Rice (Spinach rice) is ready to eat... Its so delicious recipe simple to make a simple to prepare... If u can add in this rice like paneer pieces or sweet corn also add to this rice for more taste.......
