Cauliflower And Mint Leaves Curry How to Make

    Hi friends, today recipe is "Podina Gobi" (Mint Leaves Cauliflower) Curry... Its so tasty and easy to make this.... Gobi is one vegetable which I buy often and often end up making the regular sabzi, paratha and I sometimes use it in pulao's. I prepared this some varieties like gobi manchuria, gobi masala curry, gobi mutter masala curry, etc.., my amma prepared so many varieties, so I also tired some different recipes.... Its so tasty and delicious, recipe you can serve it witj chapati, roti... When I saw this recipe here I liked the recipe and the ingredients that went in it giving a typical south Indian touch to the curry. Here comes the recipe of it. 

Ingredients :-

  • Cauliflower medium flower 1
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Mint Leaves 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Red chilies 2
  • Onions 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger pieces 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 
Cauliflower And Mint Leaves Curry How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add cauliflower pieces, water, salt, turmeric powder and then boil it for 15 minutes for the cauliflower is boiled... When the cauliflower is boiled then strain water then put it a side for.. Then start next process....
  2. Now take a jar add ginger, mint, salt, green chilies and grind it fine paste.. When the paste is ready then move it a side...
  3. Now take a wok add urad dal roast it for good smell, then add to jar and grind it fine powder.. Then put a side...
  4. And then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add finely chopped onions, red chilies, salt, curry leaves, to fry it for lite pink color..
  5. And now add mint paste and then fry it for good smell... Oil will oozes out, then add boiled cauliflower and then mix it well..
  6. Then add 1/2 glass water and then boil it for 10 minutes, water will be moisturized then add garam masala powder and then mix it well for... And cook it for 2 minutes, then move it to a bowl and then add coriander leaves and then serve it.....

Andhra Recipe Pesara Vada Curry How to Prepare

    Hi friends, today one different and tasty recipe Andhra style Masala curry "Pesara Vada Curry" recipe... Its a different tasty sour spicy recipe... This is sure a treat to people who like Masala curries like Kurmas. This curry is mostly cooked in the coastal areas of Nellore only (as per my knowledge), I have never tasted it anywhere else, there are other variations...but this is the most simple and delicious curry......I know, the word Masala Vada/ Dal Vada itself sound delicious and that too curyy:)....mmm, it's really tempting.......so friends I'm sharing my favorite. This recipe is my amma  prepare this traditional recipe and tastes excellent. My amma prepared this almost for me only really I love to this recipe.. The mouth watery Pesara masala vada is prepared and hot vada is dropped in curry, while its boiling. This can be taken with white steamed hot rice....  Recipe here... I hope you all enjoy this too.... So friends lets see the process to make the curry.. (Mung bean in telugu Pesaralu, Mung bean in hindi Moong dal)

Ingredients :-

  • Mung Bean 1 cup
  • Besan 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Onions 4
  • Green chilies 5
  • Tomatoes 3 
  • Tamarind puree water 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Pesara Vada Curry Andhra Recipe How to Make
Preparation :-


  1.  First soaked pesaralu (mung bean) for 5 hours a day, then take a jar add pesaralu and then grind it fine paste (grind it like a masala vada mixture). 
  2. Then move it to a bowl add this pesaralu mixture, then add onion pieces, besan powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves and then mix it well....
  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then take a pesaralu mixture take a small ball make it like a small vada and then drop into oil to fry...
  4. When the vada is fried golden color, then move it to a plate and then start next process to make curry....
  5. And then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, curry leaves to fry. Then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt and then fry it for lite gold color.
  6. When the onion are fried then add red chili powder, tomato pieces to fry it for 5 minutes close the lid to cook the tomatoes... 
  7. When oil will oozes out then add tamarind puree water, mix it well for and boil it for one boil... Water will be boiled then add fried vada's, coriander powder and then mix it well for 5 minutes...
  8. Oil will oozes out then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it... Add some coriander leaves also and then serve it hot........

    Hi friends good morning to all...... My marriage work is started so am little bit busy... So am  late to post in blog... My marriage is coming so am little busy that's y am late to post here..... :)  Back to the recipe .. today recipe is what????... "Malabar Paratha" Parathas,  and me are not too close. I do make them, but not on a regular basis. Basically I prepared this paratha some simple occasion.. This layered paratha has been on my list for a really long time and I finally got to it. With some tips this paratha can be made very easily. The parathas were soft and flaky and it was an instant hit with even my me and my dad...  Malabar paratha – soft refined flour dough thin sheets folded to form layered bread, skillet cooked pure ghee. Delicious Paratha is an irresistible recipe & favorite among st  adults alike...! It tastes great when served hot  with any  spicy curry  or onion raitha. Also, It makes a filling & great dish for breakfast or dinner. Its my favorite since my childhood. Whenever, we go to restaurant, we used to order & enjoy lips macking parathas. I tried this recipe at home for the first time, when my friends mom taught this recipe. It  involves kneading wheat flour, maida flour to soft dough by dazzling oil to it. Give a try, everybody in your family from adults to kids would love it...:) We also had friends for dinner that night and they loved it too. Remember more the oil, more the flakiness. :)

  • Maida Flour 2 cups
  • Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste

  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Butter / ghee for use

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add egg mixture, sugar and then beat it... Then add milk again beat it for 2 minutes for bobbules....
  2. Now add in this mixture maida, wheat flour, salt, baking powder, 5 tbsp oil then mix it well... and mix it, if you want to dough prepare then add water also helping for dough...
  3. And make it a soft dough with your knee... And then put it for rest 1 hour... Then make it paratha....
  4. After 1 hour then take the dough again press it with your knee... And then make it small balls.. Then take a rolling pin, take small ball and then press it like a chapati then apply ghee into  chapati....
  5. Then shape it like a zig zag shape to prepare the paratha... And then pin it like paratha with the help of oil.. 
  6. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when pan is heated then add paratha in to pan fry it with ghee / butter to fry both side.. When the paratha is fried both sides then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with aloo, carrot masala curry...

Prawn Masala Curry Recipe How to Prepare Andhra Style

   Fried Prawns with Onion, tomatoes and some whole spice flavor make the dish authentic. This is a very easy recipe which you can prepare quickly when you are going to have guests at home. You normally don’t go wrong with this recipe as it’s that easy !! I learned this prawn masala curry from my mom. She is an expert in this recipe (especially).. This is very easy to prepare. No need to dry roast whole masala spices for this curry. We can use directly the ground masala powders. When it comes to sea food first thing that comes into my mind is 'Prawns'. Really that is the special dish in my house always which is fav by each one of us. The best thing that i like in it is that either if v have little amount of prawns at home that is been stored in the fridge some day the those can be just added to some of our veggies which gives it so much taste. I generally do this by adding it to veggies like bottle gourd, ridge gourd, with any leafy curry, brinjal and so on. But apart form all these dishes when it comes to stir fry oh ma God v really die for it... It tastes that good and i think u can see the color how it is and so give a trial to see Heaven On Spoon... :)

  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds paste 3 tbsp
  • Oil 15 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves 
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
 Prawn Masala Curry Recipe How to Make Andhra Style
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, then add finely chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves to fry... And then add ginger garlic paste and fry it for good smell...
  2. Now take a bowl add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, poppy seeds paste, garam masala powder, water 1/6 glass and mix it well for like a paste..
  3. When the onions are fried then add this spicy paste into that, then mix it well for... fry it for 5 minutes in low flame to boil....
  4. And then add water 1 glass to boil it for oil will oozes out, when the masala is boiled then add cleaned prawns and mix it well...... and then add 1/2 glass water again cook it for 10 minutes for...
  5. Put the lid and then boil it, oil will oozes out for...... And then add finely chopped tomato pieces.... boil it for 10 minutes oil will oozes out then add coriander leaves....  Then move it to a bowl and serve it......

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add chicken pieces, salt, turmeric powder, curd, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and mix it well for and then marinated it for 20 minutes...
  2. And then take a cooker add marinated chicken pieces and mix it well for, then close it, and boil it for 4 vissels to cook then switch off the gas.....
  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add ginger garlic paste, onion paste fry it for red color.
  4. When the onion paste is fried, then take a bowl add garam masala powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, water 1/4 glass mix it well.....
  5. Onion paste is fried, then add this spicy paste in to this onion paste and mix it well for. Then add 1 glass water also add mix it well...
  6. And then add poppy seeds paste, and mix it well for... Then put the lid and boil it for one boil. When the water is boiled then add boiled chicken pieces also to cook for 5 minute.
  7. After 5 minutes, then add tamarind puree water mix it well and then again cook it for 10 more minutes in medium flame. When the chicken is totally boiled then add chopped coriander powder and then move it a side...

Sooji Flour with Wheat Halwa Recipe How to Prepare

   Hi friends, today recipe is "Wheat Sooji Halwa"... Wheat halwa is served mostly in marriages in Tamil nadu and more over it is a basic sweet in sweet stalls. Soft and sweet halwa tastes awesome when served fresh and hot. A favourite sweet for all ages. Try this south Indian regional sweet (Godhuma Pindi Rava Halwa) Wheat Sojji Halwa....  I have already post the recipe for Soojji  halwa. Today I give another procedure for making the halwa. Unlike the other recipe, this is very simple and you will never go wrong in making the halwa. Of course the earlier one tastes awesome, but this one also taste good. There is no much pre preparation for this procedure. I could relate the texture to kesari, so may be it’s named so. I love the south Indian wheat halwa, I recently tried... This north Indian atta halwa I will be add south Indian style also I added in this sweet... Both are totally different in texture, taste and flavour. But I liked both. I loved the simplicity in this method and this can be quickly done, which I loved the most. So you can prepare this recipe (Godhuma Pindi Rava Halwa) Wheat Sooji Halwa... and Enjoy Cooking!!!

  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Sooji 1/2 Cup
  • Ghee 15 tbsp
  • Sugar 1,1/2 cup
  • Cashew Nuts 10
  • Cardamon powder 1 tsp
Sooji Flour with Wheat Halwa Recipe How to make
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add 1 tbsp ghee to heat, when ghee is heated then add sooji to fry... Fry it for good smell.. Then move it to a plate and cool it for..
  2. In same wok add 1 tbsp ghee to heat, when ghee is melted then add wheat flour to fry for good smell.. Wheat so leave raw smell, it will be came good smell then move it to a another plate and then put it a side for cool....
  3. Now add 1 tbsp ghee to heat, then add cashew nuts and fry it for gold color, then move it to a plate.. 
  4. Next take a wok add sugar, water 3 cups and then melt it for the sugar syrup... When sugar is boiled for one boiled then put it in sim flame...
  5. Then add sojji and mix it well, then add fried wheat flour also and then again mix it well... Mix it the mixture will be continues it will be thick... 
  6. And then add ghee and mix it well for the ghee is mixed in to the halwa. Then add cardamon powder mix it well for, then add fried cashew nuts and mix it well for the mixture... 
  7. Now take a plate apply ghee, then move it to a plate and spread it all sides... then cut it small pieces and then cool it for 15 minutes and then take the pieces and then serve it... Or you can eat as you like... 
Now the tasty and sweet recipe, Wheat flour Sooji Halwa ready... to  eat. You can serve it like halwa or pieces as you like to eat this.. So simple to prepare this recipe..
