Bread Ice Cream Sandwich How to Prepare

      I like bread what ever to sandwich, fried bread, bread with jam, or any sweets like double ka metha like what ever we know.... Today one different and easy to prepare one desert recipe that  is one of my favorite I combined my classic recipe with bread ice cream with apple and dry fruits so bring you a decadent treat. The Apple, bread and ice cream are both delicious on their own but together, well, it’s a heavenly match! It’s time once again for the Improv Cooking Challenge. Two “secret” ingredients were bread and butter. Because I LOVE bread and I had a difficult time deciding whether to make a traditional bread with a fancy butter or do something a little more out there. I ended up with “out there” with Apple, Bread, Butter and  Ice cream which was definitely worth it. I then put together the ice cream sandwiches carefully, and then take fry with butter bread and then use to  sandwiching slightly softened ice cream between each piece. The sweetness of the Aplle pieces and dry fruits of the ice cream and the texture of the sandwich  was perfect. The dessert, just colder! in refrigerator. Both the Apple, bread and the ice cream are each perfect all on their own and I’ve certainly made them separately in the past, but for the ‘Bread Ice cream Sandwich” challenge, they were the ideal combination and such a tasty treat! Ha ha. What do you know? Ice cream and bread makes a nice pairing! So try this Bread Ice cream Sandwich in this summer and enjoy it.......

Ingredients
 :-

  • Bread pieces 8
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Ice cream 6 scoops 
  • Apple pieces
  • Tutti frutti
  • Almond crush 
Bread Ice Cream Sandwich How to Prepare
Preparation :-
  1. First take a fry pan add butter, and then add  bread pieces (Thick bread for use this recipe) to fry it both sides, and then move it to a side and cool it for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes and then apply chopped apple pieces, and then take 2 scoops of ice cream and then apply to bread and then close it with another bread. 
  3. And then take almond crush  and roll it the ice cream bread into. Next add some tutti fruit and then move it to freezer... 
  4. Freez it for 4 hour minimum for the bread will be also so soft to eat.... After 4 hours u can serve it with cooll...
  5. It's very soft and delicious and be tasty try this............
And now the desert is ready to bite.... So soft and so cool... In hot summer eat it cool... Kids will be love it so much... Children will got new taste, they also so happy to eat this desert.. Enjoy this desert in after dinner so good to eat....... So try this sandwich and enjoy it..........

Morning Break Fast Weight Loss Soup (Ragi Soup)

Ingredients :-
  • Ragi Flour 1/4 cup
  • Ginger small piece
  • Saindhava lavana salt (or) salt to taste
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Lemon 
  • Green chilli 1
  • Curry leafs 
Method :-
  1. First green chilli fry,  ginger also fry, then curry leafs also fry then turn to a jar and grind it fine powder.
  2. Next take a bowl add 1 glass of water boil it. Then take a bowl add ragi flour add some water also mix it, when water is boiled, and then add ragi water mix it. (put it in sim flame)
  3. Then add saindhava lavana powder mix it. Next add grind curry leaf powder, and mix it.
  4. Then move it a side add butter milk and lemon juices... Next turn to a serving bowl add some curry leafs powder coriander leafs add and sever it.......
Its very healthy soup. And weight also morning or night u take it u will weight loss ur body, healthy and natural. It so good to health.......

Christmas and New Year Pine Apple Cake Reciepe

Ingredients :- 
  • Maida 200 grams 
  • Sugar powder 200 grams
  • Eggs 4
  • Butter 200 grams
  • Baking powder 2 spoons
  • Vanilla powder 2 spoons
  • Pine apple essence 2 sponos
  • Icing cream for decorate   
Pine Apple Pulp :-

Pine apple pieces 1 cup, sugar 2 sppons add it in jar and grind it fine paste.      

Icing Cream Preparation :-

1) You will need 2 cups of sugar powder, 2 to 3 spoons butter mix it fine paste.
2) Then add 2 spoons of cream / cream milk again mix it.
3)  And then add 1 spoon vanilla essence add again mix it for cream contains. Its came fine good shine cames. And now your icing cream is ready to apply the cake.    


Method :-
  1. First take a bowl beat eggs mix it for 10 mins. 
  2. And then add butter beat the mixer fine paste. Next add sugar powder and again beat for few more mins.
  3. Next add maida and beat it, and now add baking powder, vanilla powder and mix it fine paste. And then add pine apple essence also once mix it well.
  4. Then take a cake box apply butter to the bowl and add cake mixer in that and cook it for. 40 to 45 mins. 
  5. Now the cake cooked move it a side put for rest of mins.
  6. Then cut the cake 2 pieces same size, then spread sugar syrup and add pine apple pulp apply the first layer. Then put next layer set it the spread sugar syrup.
  7. Then apply icing cream all the cake and some pine apple pieces, cherrys, decorate and serve it cool.....
And now your cake is ready to bite........ Yummy and tasty pine apple cake to my friends enjoy... Try this new year or Christmas.... Marry Christmas to all my friends........... Enjoy the festival...

Snack Item Tomato Bajji Stuffed Mixer Recipe

      TOMATO BAJJI, For tomato bajji the recipe is the same as we do it for normal bajji.But instead of Banana or potato slices I used the whole tomato. I saw this recipe in a book, I liked so much then I prepared this recipe in my home. One's the batter will be so thick to catch the tomato. Its like a chat item so spicy and juicy. And moreover the batter we use for this tomato bajji should be thicker than we use for Banana bajji. A  half tsp of chilli powder can be added to the batter. Besan powder 1 cup, Rice flour 1/2 cup, salt, red chilli powder 1 tsp, cooking soda a pinch. Tomatoes should be firm and well washed Mix all these materials in a bowl and add water in low quantities.The bajji batter should be thick just like idli batter.If reqd add 1 tbsp more,water. Now place oil in a wok for deep frying,after the oil... So lets watch the recipe and then try this and enjoy it.........

  • Besan flour (Gram flour)1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Cooking soda little bit
  • Onions finely chopped 1
  • Green chilli chopped 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon
  • Peanut crush 2 spoons
  • Lemon 1 spoon
  • Coriander leafs chopped
  • Puffed rice 1 cup
Snack Item Tomato Bajji Stuffed Mixer Recipe how to prepare
Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add besan, cooking soda, salt, rice flour, red chilli powder and mix it well.
  2. And then add water to mix the batter, the batter will be so thick paste.
  3. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated and then start then process to prepare bajji. 
  4. Next take tomatoes and then dip into batter and then drop it in oil to fry the tomatoes.
  5. Boil it in  medium flame only for the tomato is boiled. When golden colour came move to paper towel. 
  6. Next cut the tomato half, then remove the seeds to jar and then add some salt, red chili powder and then grind it paste.
  7. Then take a bowl add salt to taste, onions, green chillies, peanut crush, garam masala powder, lemon juice, puffed rice, chopped coriander leaves, grind tomato paste and mix it well for.
  8. Next take the fried tomato cups stuffed the tomato mixer to the tomato packets. And then add some corinder leaves. And then serve Tomato bajji stuffed mixer is ready to eat........
Its evening snack item... U can serve it with tea it so delicious and different bajji and also its chat item ..... In this season it really taste food. 

Pressure Cooker Apple Bread Pudding Dessert Recipe

   Hi friends Apple bread pudding dessert recipe how to prepare easily in pressure cooker... Lets see the magic... Bread Pudding is one of those old fashioned classic desserts, and this recipe for  Apple Bread Pudding is exceptional. Its very to prepare in u r home, Some people don't have ovens, that's I tried this type its so magical... U also try  this delicious, good aroma, and healthy break fast is ready to have in morning break fast or U have in dinner time also, it so high and nutrients food.... Children will like so much try this easy recipe and enjoy it...

Ingredients :-
  • Apple 2 chopped 
  • Bread pieces 6
  • Eggs 4
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essences 1 spoon
  • Butter 
  • Honey 2 to 3 spoons
Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add eggs to beat, and beat it well for 3 minutes it came's bubbles. 
  2. And  then take a bowl add milk to heat  for 2 minutes then switch off it.
  3. Next add sugar in milk, sugar is melted, then add beaten egg mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. And then add vanilla essences mixture and mix it well for. 
  5. And then add apple pieces and mix it for, and then put a side and then start next process.
  6. Next take a bowl apply butter, and then add bread pieces to apple mixer, then spread to the batter  bowl and spread it to all sides.
  7. Next take a cooker add 3 glasses of water in it, then put the bowl in the water and close the bowl wit lid. And then close the cooker lid also. (Don't put vissel) 
  8. And now boil it in medium flame, cook it for 20 minutes.  
  9. After 20 minutes check the pudding is ready r not, once's check it then move it to a side cool for 5 minute. And then serve it cool.....
When u serving the apple pudding then add honey and then serve it........ Cut the small pieces and serve it... The tasty and delicious aroma recipe, Apple pudding recipe is ready to eat.....

Stuffed Brinjal Curry Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare

   Delicious stuffed brinjal curry where in brinjals stuffed with bengal gram and coconut paste. It makes a special delicacy on every ones platter and goes well with rice. This recipe of stuffed brinjals is a regular at my home. I love to eat (Guthivankaya curry) stuffed brinjal.. My amma prepared this so many type's.. Actually I will share 2 types stuffed brinjals in this blog this 3 rd recipe in stuffed brinjal... My amma prepare this recipe regularly in my home... Of course today also that curry na.. mmmmhhh!!!!!! my marriage date coming one side happy.. But I miss my family :(.......  Ok then lets the process to make this curry prepare.....

Ingredients :-


  • Brinjal small size 500 grams
  • Onions big size 1 chopped
  • Bengal gram  (Sanaga papu) 4 spoons
  • Urad dal 2 spoons  
  • Cumin seeds (Jerra) 2 spoons
  • Coriander seeds 2 spoons
  • Red chillies 10 
  • Oil 10 to 12 spoons (This wants oil)
  • Dried Coconut  Pieces 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried Peanuts 4 to 5 spoons
  • Tamarind 2 spoons
  • Mustard seeds 1 spoon
How to Prepare Stuffed Brinjal Curry recipe
Method :-

  1. First take a wok add urad dal, bengal gram, cumin seeds, coriander seeds & red chilies, roast all. It came lite golden color move to a side cool it for couple of mins.
  2. Next take jar add fried masala's, fried peanuts, tamarind, coconut and grind. Use water to fine paste.
  3. Next take brinjals cut 4 sides for stuffing the masala. Then stuffed all brinjals. Take a cooker add oil heat it, when oil is heat add mustard seeds, curry leafs fry. Then add onions fry for. 
  4. Next add grind masala and fry for 5 mins. Then add stuffed brinjals in cooker fry for 10 minutes. 
  5. Then add water to boil the brinjal, and put lid and boiled for 2 or 3 vissels. And then switch off the gas. Put it for 10 mins then open the lid add fresh coriander and serve it.....
