     Hi friends, today recipe Chicken Kurma... Chicken kurma is another classic Non-vegetarian Dish, that is cooked in creamy coconut...!!! The tempting aroma of all the spices whilst preparing it are amazing. In this traditional style recipe, you’ll love the rich creamy taste that is sure to be a winner. The flavor of this dish is further enhanced by using curry leaves & coriander leaves.... Actually this recipe is my grand mother's recipe... Its so old recipe, I lve chicken, but am love alot fish & prawn  my amma prepared fish curry mmmmmmmhhhhhhh it's amazing guys.. In my blog I will show to u :).. But now am share to u chicken kurma!!!!!!! We are coastal area so we loved very much sea food... Ok lets told to you my grand mother recipe, she a great chef in your home will expert in chutneys.... like green chili chutney, urad dal chutney, tamarind chutney more and more... I will share that recipe's also here..... This chicken kurma is very simple and tasty and delicious spicy recipe...... It makes an unforgettable combo, when served on a bed of  pulao  rice  or with  Roti, Naan or any Indian breads. There are many variations of making a kurma. The main ingredient is coconut,with few spices.

Ingredients :-
  • Bone Chicken 250 grams
  • Fresh Coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Oil 6 tbsp

Preparation :-
  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, we oil is heat then add chicken, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and then mix it well.....
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste and then mix it, fry for 5 minutes in sim flame...

  3. And then add chopped onions, chopped tomato pieces and then mix it well for....... And cook it for 3 minutes....

  4. Now add coconut paste also in to curry and then mix it well........
  5. Close the lid and boil it for oil oozes out.....   
  6. When oil will oozes out and then add 2 glasses of water and then mix it well......    
  7. Curry is boiled then add garam masala powder and then mix it well.....
     And now the chicken kurma is ready to eat...............

Chikkudu Kaya Fry with Rasam Combination recipe

     Hi friends today 2 different recipes combination recipes Chikkudu kaya fry and Rasam.... Its a combination recipe.... Chikkudu kaya in telugu  Indian Broad Beans in english is an all time favorite in my family, not just in my married family, but in my maternal family too.  Back home, specially in the villages, broad beans is very long with big seeds in the pod.  The bigger the seeds, tastier the vegetable is. In my family my dad, my sister, me likes so much... Off course my husband also :)........ Actually this recipe is so old my grand mother, my mother is prepared this chikkudu kaya fry for combination for rasam, pappu pulusu, pappu its so good combination... I love eat seeds very much... I will prepare with seeds fry, masala seeds fry, tomato masala seeds curry, etc...., I will show to u in my blog soon....... Rasam :-

    Rasam in my family  must want regularly... Not only in your family all over south we must want Rasam... Its a complet meal in south... We prepare this for all most veg or non veg recipe we must want this rasam.... I like to have rasam daily  and i dont stick on to one or two recipes but try all creations. Tomato rasam is favourite of all our family members.  This is  good when we recover from fever becos its little tangy and spicy. Tomato Rasam usually tops the list when people think of rasam simple tomato rasam recipe and I realised I haven't shared it in the blog yet! Let me assure you that it's just an oversight and not because it's not part of my lunch menu regularly. First boiled tomatoes and tamarind and ripe tomatoes and tamarind cool then mashed it your hands..., and also, this is one of those rasam recipes that uses no ready made rasam powder. All you need are some basic spices which are sure to be in your pantry already.


Process to Make Chikkudu kaya 
Ingredients :-

  • Chikkudu kaya (Indian Broad Beans) 250 grams
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leafs
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Preparation :-


  1. First take chikkudu kaya and cut it into small pieces and then clean it... Now take a bowl add water and then add chikkudu kaya pieces, salt, turmeric powder and then boil it for 15 minutes in medium flame.... (check it the pieces, its soft chikkudu kaya pieces cooked).

  2. When the pieces is cooked then strain water and then put it a plate and cool it for leave a side...

  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, curry leafs and fry.
  4. Then add boiled chikkudu kaya pieces and then fry it for 5 minutes....
  5.  And then add red chili powder, crushed garlic, little bit salt and then mix it well.....
  6. And then move it to a bowl and then serve it hot........
Rasam Ingredients :-


  • Tomatoes 2
  • Tamarind lemon size
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Red chilies 4
  • Black pepper 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 5 to 6
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Curry leafs
  • Coriander leafs
    Rasam Andhra style How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add washed tomatoes, tamarind, water and then boil it for 5 minutes. When tomatoes are boiled then move to a side cool it for.....

  2. Tomatoes are cool then mash it with your hands, and then strain puree water to a bowl... then add water 1 glass and then check the taste.....(it will be so sour then add some water)

  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leafs, red chili pieces to fry.
  4. Then add tomato tamarind puree in it, then add turmeric powder, salt and then mix it...
  5. Now take a jar add 1,1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garlic cloves, red chilies 2, black pepper seeds and then grind it fine powder....

  6. Rasam is boiled then add this rasam masala powder and then mix it well... And boil it for one boil then add chopped coriander leafs and then move it to a serving bowl.....

Now the tasty and delicious spicy Rasam is ready to sip..... Not only for rice you can take this soup also it so good to drink this rasam.... Especially in this rainy season its so good to sip and eat with rice....... Here is 2 different combination recipe......        Hi friends, today one different and special recipe Coconut Rice recipe.... My husband recipe.. He prepare so many recipes for me mmmmmhhhhhh really he is a great chef.. He love's cooking, when he is free in home then he prepare some special for me guys.... I am so happy to be here.... He love's me a lot ;)..... Ok lets tell to my husband's recipe "Coconut Rice" its first recipe form my husband... Actually my husband  love's coconut sweet, coconut rice coconut burfi.... So I asked today Coconut Rice for me, he prepared to mmmmmhhhhh the taste wow its really amazing guys, so I will show to u my husbands recipe's also here see and enjoy the taste........ Its very simple ingredients and easy to make this... I think all people know's this recipe... But little some change's...., since it is so easy peasy to make.. Actually it taste so great as it is.. So you don’t need any side dish with this.. If you want some thing to go also with this, you could make Potato Roast... But now am eat this plain...... :) Lets see the process to make the rice......

Ingredients :-

  • Coconut Grated 1cup
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Green chilies 4
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Bengal gram 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leafs
  • Curry leafs

  1. First take a wok add oil & ghee to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, bengal gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cashew nuts to fry...
  2. All are fried then add curry leafs, chopped green chilies, grated coconut and then fry if for 2 minutes...
  3. Now add boiled rice, salt to taste and then mix it well for... Then add chopped coriander leafs and then mix it well...... 
  4. Mix it for 1 minute and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot.......

Actually I learned this recipe from my best friend... She is north indian so I learned so many variety recipe, it's one of the recipe Kadhi Pakodas.... There are many versions of Kadhi having a little difference with one another, prepared in every region of the country. The combination of Kadhi and Rice, Wow!It’s one of the best combinations in the Indian cooking that provides unparalleled taste and texture. I am very sure that your mouth starts to drool on hearing the name of this classic combination!! Now, the fact that it’s Punjabi Kadhi makes it obvious that it will be quite delicious and tempting. Infused with lots of tangy flavour having deep, spiced and mild pakora’s immersed in thick gravy.   • Oil for deep fry
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder half tsp, salt to taste, chopped green chilies 2, cooking soda, chopped coriander leafs, chopped onions, cumin seeds now mix it well for.... 
  2. And then add water mix it like a pakoda mixture... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then make pakoda's in oil... fry it for brown color... When it came brown color then move it to a bowl.....
  3. Next take a pan add oil, then add 1 glass water, yogurt, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well..... Boil it for one boiled (boil it in slow flame only).. when the yogurt is boiled then add fried pakoda's in the yogurt mixture...
  4. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic pieces, hing powder, red chili pieces, curry leafs fry..
  5. When the mixture is fried then add to yogurt mixer and then mix it well then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it... 

Finely the dish is ready to eat, you can eat this in evening tea time are dinner time as you like :) But am eat this in dinner time ha ha ha..... Rice flour Chiroti Sweet Recipe How to Prepare

         Chiroti is the sweet prepared during Diwali.... Chiroti is a popular dessert made during Diwali and other occasions. It is quite popular in Karnataka, Maharashtra and Andhra.... Actually this traditional recipe... My grand mother prepare this recipe in festivals especially she prepare in diwali... In my we prepare for this dish for "Lakshmi pooja"... Not only this dish we prepare Sweet Pongal, Pulihora, Purnallu and more..... First time am learned this recipe for my amma... Really I loved it simple and easy preparation recipe... Not only simple ingredients also.... Then I tried this recipe wow its really amazing guys.... So I prepared this recipe to my husband also he likes very mush then I prepared twice these chiroti and every time they gets vanished very much quickly, once these chiroti are ready to enjoy I simply rolled them over the powdered sugar instead of sprinkling while serving as per the original recipe went for and conserved them in an air tightened box, my teddies just loved it.... It can be prepared by two methods one is by dipping chirote in sugar syrup and the other one is using powdered sugar on the top of chirote. Here is the recipe of the second type.

Ingredients :-

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Sugar powder 1/2 cup
  • Dalda 50 grams
  • Salt little bit
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Maida flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil for deep fry

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add rice flour, sugar powder, dalda, salt and mix it... Then add water (water or milk as u like) mix it soft dough..... and soak it for 30 minutes.....
  2. After 30 minutes take the dough and then mix it and make small balls and roll it like chapati's made 5 to 6 chapati's....
  3. Now take first chapati apply dalda, and then sprinkle maida flour... Then take another chapati apply dalda, maida flour... Like same to do all chapaties.....
  4. All are completed then roll it, then cut it small or medium pieces and then press it puri.. Same to do all......
  5. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add this small puri's into oil and fry it for brown color..... When it came brown color then move it to a plate.....
  6. Chiroti is ready then sprinkle sugar powder both sides...... And then serve it..... 
So chiroti's are ready to bit...... It's so simple and so easy to prepare, it will be store in a tight container.. and use this for 8 to 10 days...... So friends try this recipe in Diwali...... Happy Diwali to all my reader's and friends.........

           Hi friends good afternoon to all, today one tasty and delicious recipe Rajastani / Gujarati dish Dal Dhokli.... Chilly temperatures always call for especially delicious treats and comfort foods. I decided to treat us to some hearty Dal Dhokli. Now Dal Dhokli is basically a Gujarati dish, though I believe that there are some Rajasthani versions of it too. My  dad was went to Rajastani for office tour.. He will stay here co officer's house for 4 days... One day my dad co officer prepare this recipe in home for dinner time, for my dad.. He eats this recipe wit roti, my dad loved it so much then he asked the recipe details and then he note in here book... What recipe you know Dal Dhokli recipe :)... When my dad return to my home town... He will told to me the recipe details to me... I really impressed... Then I asked my dad please try that recipe in home!!!!! my dad sed ok... I really happy.... Then my dad told to me the ingredients to me, and then prepared in your home first time... Actually my dad also great cook I love so many recipe my dad cooking recipes.. My dad prepared Pachi pulusu, egg omlate, dal curry, roti... really I love it so much..... I help to my dad for this taste recipe and also am learning, how to he prepare's.... Wow the taste is so great and delicious... Taste is mouth watering to me guys......... So friends I share my dad & me special recipe here....... So try this and share this........   • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Ground nuts 1/4 cup
  • Tamarind pure 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow Lentil 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick small pieces 4
  • Cardamoms 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste 
  • Coriander leafs & curry leafs
Rajasthani Dal Dhokli Recipe How to make
Preparation :-


  1. First take cooker add yellow lentils, water and then cook it for 3 to 4 vissels... When the dal is cooked then open the lid and mash it... 
  2. Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt to taste, ghee 2 tbsp mix it well... Then add water again mix it soft dough and then keep a side for...
  3. Now take a wok add oil & ghee to heat, when oil is heated then add cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, cloves fry. 
  4. Then add ground nuts, ginger garlic paste, curry leafs and then fry it for lite... And then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, boiled dal and then mix it well...
  5. And now add 2 cups of water, tamarind puree, red chili powder, salt to taste and then mix it well for boiling....
  6. Now take dough, make small balls and then press it like chapati, and cut it small diamond or square shape (as you like cut)... 
  7. When the mixture is boiled then add this dough pieces and mix it lite, and then put the lid and boil it for 10 minutes in low flame......
  8. After 10 minutes open the lid once mix it, then add chopped coriander leafs and then mix it... Now take a serving bowl move it to the bowl and then add some chopped coriander leafs and then serve it......
Now the taste and delicious mouth watering Gujarati / Rajastani recipe Dal Dhokli is ready to eat.......... You know this one of my favorite dish....... Why means this recipe I learn to my dad....
