Andhra Idly Pindi Attu How To Make Tasty le

Hi friends good morning to all.... Today Am  telling to a one new recipe. In andhra people know this recipe, but north side people don't know that's y am tell this easy and tasty morning break -fast recipe. (First day u can prepare idly next day u can prepare idly attu it's so tasty and delicious food.)
Ingredients :-
  • Idly batter 3 cups
  • Ghee / oil
  • Salt to taste
Method :-
  1. First take idly batter add salt to taste and mix it well.
  2. Next take a dosa tava add 1 spoon ghee / oil to heat, when is heat then add 2 ladle spoons of batter and spread it like a dosa.
  3. Little thick to spread it, and then add 2 spoons of oil  and roast it both sides with the help of lid.
  4. Both sides fry then move it to a plate and try another attu also in same process.
Serve with chatni, karapodi, sweet chatni what u like take it....

Prepare for Karapodi :-

I prepare to u for this break fast eat karapaodi. Its very hot and spicy podi. Not for attu, u can eat with hot rice adding with ghee, dosa, vada, idly.. Its good combination is ghee... To sever with this karapodi........

Ingredients :- 
  • Red chillies 8
  • Coriander seeds 4 tbsp
  • Jeera 3 tbp
  • Urad dal 2 tbp
  • Tamarind small size lemon
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Salt to taste
  1. First take wok add 2 spoons of oil, when oil is heat then add dry red chillies to fry.
  2. Next add coriander seeds, jerra, urad dal and fry it for golden colour. Then put it a side for cool it for.... 
  3. And then cool the mixture now turn to a jar, add salt to taste, tamarind  and grind it fine powder.
  4. Next add cloves and then grind it powder. 
  5. And then turn to a jar and close it lid, the smell will not gone. 
When ever u use the smell be same....... It will be 10 to 15 days store.

And now the karapodi is ready to serve with ur break fast, ghee and karapodi so nice taste. In also serve it idly, vada, etc...,, serve it enjoy the taste and smell......... If u take idly and also use ghee. It so tasty and delicious................
