Rabri Sweet Recipe How to Prepare

So so so much than q....... :) Love you all my sweet viewers...... Today recipe is sweet item, today we are celebrating na so I prepared this taste sweet recipe....  that's "Rabri sweet" recipe. Rabri is one of the easiest desserts, Rabri is a sweet, condensed milk based dish by made by boiling the milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its color to pinkish. Sugar, spices and nuts are added to it to give it flavor. It is chilled and served as dessert Rabdi is the main ingredient in several desserts, such as rasmallai, chhena kheeri, and kheer sagar. Everyone who has had the Rabri has fallen in love with it! Who wouldn’t? It is just too tasty to resist! You will rarely find someone who doesn’t like rich and creamy rabri having nice aromatic flavor of kesar (saffron), and elaichi (cardamom). This recipe uses traditional cooking methodology to prepare nice and thick rabri that has delicious small pieces of solidified milk cream. The abundant usage of almonds and pistachio adds to it texture providing something to chew on in every spoon that in turn fills up your mouth with aroma of saffron. So friends lets see the process to make.....

Ingredients :-

  • Milk 1 ltr
  • Sugar 60 gr
  • Badam 10
  • Pista 10
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Raisins 10
  • Ghee 4 spoons
  • Saffron milk 10 tsp
Rabri sweet How to Make
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add milk to boil for it. Boil its in low flame for 1 ltr to 1/2 ltr came's. (Milk is boiled take time to prepare so care fully prepare.)
  2. And then the milk is came lite pinkish color came's and now add sugar and mix it well. 
  3. And boil it for 20 minutes for the milk constancies came's thick.
  4. When the milk is came's  thick contains, and then start next process...  
  5. And then take a wok add ghee to heat it, when the is heat then add cashew nuts, almond pieces to fry, and then add pista pieces also add and then move it to a side. 
  6. Now the milk is contains thick and then turn to  mixture and mix it, and then add soak saffron milk and mix it well.
  7. And then move it to a severing bowl and put it in freezer for 1 hour. After 1 hour u can serve it coollll..
So yummy and cool desert recipe Rabri is ready to serveit coolllllll..... U can sever this item with gulab jam also, it's really so nice. Combination to serve this item. Or u can serve  directly also and enjoy the new delicious sweet. So join with me and celebrate the 1st year.........
