Toady Different Recipe Egg Payasam

Ingredients :-
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits u r choice
  • Eggs 4
  • Ghee 10 spoons
  • Elachi (Cardamom) 5
  • Kessar colour 1/4 spoon
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add milk & sugar mix and boil it.
  2. Take a bowl add eggs beat it.
  3. Take kadi add 6 spoons ghee fry dry fruits. And put a side.
  4. When milk is boil add beated egg. Don't mix for 30 sec.
  5. Then mix it, boil for few more mins add elachi powderalso and put it for 5 mins. Then turn to a serving bowl......... And serve it cool (or) hot. 
Its very tasty and yummy. Children will enjoy to eat this........ Try it once and enjoy to eat it......
