Cheesvan Rice, Its variety Recipe How To Cook Easily

   It is very tasty and delicious and simple recipe. I use only simple vegetable's, to use in this recipe. Prepare this recipe in night dinner time. It's good to health also i take vegetables boiled once's. Children will enjoy to eat this recipe, u can serve with panner masala curry, are take with raitha also. U can surprise childrenin in lunch box also children will be so happy to eat this recipe cheesvan rice.....  

Ingredients :-
  • Boiled Rice 2 cups
  • Boiled Cabbage 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Carrot grated 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Beans chopped 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1 chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste 1, 1/2 spoon 
  • Oil 5 spoons
  • Ghee 5 spoons
  • Cashew nuts, Raisins 
  • Soya sauce 1/2 spoon
  • Vinegar 1 sppon (or used lemon 1 spoon)
  • Chilli sauce 1 spoon
  • Tomato ketchup 2 spoons
  • Tandoori colour 1/2 spoon (or) 1 spoon
  • Onions chopped 1 cup
  • Dry red chillies 3
  • Ajinomoto 1/4 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander 
Method :-
  1. Take a wok add ghee and oil, when oil is heat then add cashew nuts, raisins, dry red chillies, onions and fry for 2 mins. 
  2. And then add ginger garlic paste and fry it for golden colour. 
  3. Next add capsicum, beans, cabbage, carrot mix it. Vegetables also cooked add salt and mix it well for.
  4. And then add chilli sauce, soya sauce, Ajinomoto , tomato sauce, vinegar, tandoori colour, and mix it for well, fry it for 2 minutes.
  5. After 2 mins add boiled rice mix it. Fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. And then add some fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot........
