Beerakaya Kandi Pappu Pulla Kura / Ridge Gourd Toor Dal Recipe

        Hi friends "Happy Pongal" to all my viewer's.. Today am sharing very easy to prepare recipe "Beerakaya pappu pulla kura" / Ridge Gourd Toor Dal... This recipe is so tasty and so fast.. Actually this recipe prepared my sister-in-law, I taste it in here home I like it so much then I asked her how it will be prepare, then she told to me... :).. So I will prepare this and taste it wow its so tasty and delicious so am so happy to share my new recipe to my friends and viewer's... See it how to prepare this curry..... Ingredients :-

  • Ridge Gourd 250 grams
  • Toor dal 1cup
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3 big size
  • Red chilies 10 to 15
  • Garlic cloves 10 to 12
  • Bengal gram 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Oil 7 tbsp
  • Hing powder
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. Take a cooker add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add coriander seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, urad dal, bengal gram to fry... Then peel garlic, red chili pieces to fry......
  2. When red chilies are fried like this, then add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes mix it well for.. Then add turmeric powder mix it then fry it for tomatoes are soft..
  3. Mix it then add toor dal mix it well for, now add rock salt, curry leaves mix it well for and fry it for good smell.....
  4. When it came good smell then add ridge gourd mix it again, and fry it for soft then add 1 glass water and mix it well for.
  5. Now close it lid boil it for 4 vissels. After 4 vissels then switch off the gas and live it for pressure will be leave.. Now open the lid mash it like this and mix it well for then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot......
Now the tasty and delicious recipe is ready..... Its good to serve with steam rice also add some ghee and sever it hot..... And also good to eat with roti and chapati.. Beetroot Fried Gram Fry / Vepudu Andhra Style

        Hi friends, today am sharing very easy and fast to prepare recipe "Beetroot Fried Gram"... Its very tasty and delicious recipe, little bit spicy and sweet.. Simple ingredients to use in this recipe... Its time also save you can serve it this in lunch box also its to fast guysssss so friends lets move to recipe...... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Beetroot 250 grams
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Fried gram / Tenesanaga pappu 3 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Bengal gram 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilies 6 to 7 (spicy as you like)
  • Dry Coconut pieces 3 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 5 to 6
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat it, then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry. Then add chopped onions, chopped beetroot mix it well..
  2. And now add salt, turmeric powder again mix it fry it for 1/2 minute... Then add 1/4 glass water mix it then close it with lid and boil it for water will be vapour......
  3. Now take a jar add fried gram, salt little bit, garlic cloves, red chilies, dry coconut pieces and grind it fine powder like this and put it a side...  Now open the lid, water will vapour then mix it well......
  4. And then add grind powder again mix it.... Then add curry leaves mix it then leave it for 30 sec then switch off the gas and move it serving bowl.....
Now the tasty delicious recipe is ready to serve..... Its good to eat with steam rice, roti, chapati etc.., you can serve this side dish in rasam also so tasty...... Andhra Spicy Rasam / Charu Recipe How to Prepare

         Hi friends, today recipe is Rasam its spicy and sour... In south side is must and famous recipe.... This recipe prepared daily in every home must and should.. This is very important in all time like functions, marriages we must and should prepare this recipe... Rasam recipe so many types like tomato rasam, tamarind rasam, pepper rasam, raw mango rasam, dal rasam like so many...... But today am prepare tamarind and tomato rasam recipe..... So lets move to recipe details...... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Tomatoes 2
  • Tamarind lemon size
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Pepper seeds 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Red chilies 2
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Hing powder
  • Oil 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add tomatoes, tamarind, water 1 glass and boil it for 8 minutes and then switch off the gas and cool it for......
  2.  When tomatoes tamarind is cool, then mash it with your hands and make puree movie it only juice and pulp is here again mash it and add some water like this again mix it and add to bowl (now check sour...  In this quantity am used water is 2 to 2 1/2 glass only sour as you like) 
  3. Now the rasam mixture is ready... And then add turmeric powder rock salt, curry leaves mix it well.. Now take a tadka add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies pieces, hing powder to fry... 
  4. All are fried, then add to rasam mix it well for..... And then put it in stove and boil it in low flame....
  5. Now take a jar add garlic cloves, pepper seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and grind it powder or crush.... like this... Now add this masala into rasam and boil it for one boil like this...... Then add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.......

Now tasty and delicious recipe rasam is ready.... Its good to eat steam rice.. Its so good to eat in this winter.. When your are cold, fever that time eat this so good to you...... Aloo Dum Masala Biryani Recipe Andhra Style

         Hi friends, today am sharing biryani recipe Aloo Dum Biryani recipe my style.... My husband love to different type's of rice's, biryani so am try to prepare rices, curry recipes, biryani's... This very simple to prepare time also so saved.... So friends lets move to recipe...

Ingredients :-

  • Aloo 250 grams
  • Basmati rice 1/2 kg
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon sticks 3 pieces
  • Shajeera 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 cubes
  • Cloves 5
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Marathi mokku 2
  • Coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Ghee or Butter 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
Masala Ingredients :-

  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
Masala Preparation :-

First take a wok add black pepper seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds to fry.. Fry it for good smell for.. When it came good smell then switch off the gas, now cool it for... Then take a jar add this and grind it crush powder......

Preparation :-

  1. First take potato peel it and cut it medium cubes.. Now take a plate add curd, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, masala crush powder, potato cubes and mix it well for.. And leave it for 30 minutes.....
  2. Now take a wok add water, butter 2 cubes, cardamoms, shajeera, cinnamon stick, marathi mokku, salt, clove and boil it for... When water is boiled then add green chilies 4, mint leaves, soaked rices and boil it for 80%...... 
  3. Rice is boiled 80% then strain the rice and put it a side......
  4. Now take a cooking pot add oil to heat, oil is heated then add cumin seeds, chopped onions and mix... Then add green chilies to fry......
  5. When onions are fried brown color then add chopped tomatoes mix it well for...... Then add marinated potatoes, coriander, mint leaves and mix it well for...... 
  6. Now close it with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in low flame....... After 5 minutes open the lid mix it, then check potatoes are fried 50% then add coconut paste and mix it well for....
  7. And now add salt mix it well for, then add water mix it and then close it with lid and boil it for 5 more minutes......
     
  8. After 5 minutes open the lid water will be vapour, oil is oozes out then mix it, now add garam masala powder again mix it........ like this...
  9. Now add rice spread it like this, and then add ghee, coriander leaves, mint leaves close it with lid and put it in dum like this and boil it for 5 minutes in high flame......
  10. And switch off the gas leave it for 2 minutes, then open the lid mix it lightly......
Now the dish is ready....... Its good to eat with lunch or dinner serve with raitha...  So friends try this simple dum biryani recipe..... 


Andhra Style Mixed Vegetable Kurma Curry Recipe for Rice and Chapati

     Hi friends to recipe Mixed Vegges Kurma Masala curry...I think all are know this recipe.. :) This is very simple and easy to make this curry recipe..... So try this my style also guys..... So lets move to recipe details....
carrot cauliflower masala curry recipe andhra style

Ingredients :-
  • Carrots 4
  • Cauliflower medium size
  • Ginger small pieces 2 tbsp 
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Fresh Coconut half (1/2 cup)
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Shajeera 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tsp
  • Oil 7 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Masala powder Ingredients :-
  • Coriander seeds 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 
  • Cloves 
Preparation :-
  1. First take a wok add coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves fry it in low flame for 3 to 4 minutes fry then cool it for.. Now it will be cool then move it to a jar and grind it fine powder like this......, then store it for.........
  2. Now take a jar add coconut pieces, ginger garlic pieces and grind it fine paste like this, put it a side.....
  3. Then take a wok then add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add shajeera to fry.. Now add chopped onions mix it well for, then add curry leaves, green chilies, chopped tomatoes mix it well for..... 
  4. When tomatoes are soft then add salt, turmeric powder mix it well for. Then add roughly chopped carrot mix it well then close it with lid and boil it for 3 minutes in low flame....
  5. After 3 minutes carrots pieces also soft then add grind coconut paste mix it, then add chili powder mix it.. And now add cleaned cauliflower pieces and mix it well....
  6. Mix it, then close with lid and boil it for 2 minutes in low flame.... After 2 minutes open the lid again mix it......
  7. Now water 2 glasses mix it again, then close it with lid and boil it for oil will oozes out......
  8. When oil is oozes out, add grind masala powder and mix it well for.. And then add chopped coriander leaves again mix it well and leave it for 1 minute.
  9. After 1 minute then switch off the gas and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl.......
Now the dish is ready, its good to eat with hot steam rice, roti, chapati, fried rice, flavored rice, etc..., So friends try this taste and delicious recipe in your home and taste it serve it to our friends enjoy the taste guyssssss.......                 Hi friends, today am sharing one side dish fry item 'Dry Fish Fry'... Very simple to prepare this fry... This very good to eat with side dish like, dal curry(pappu), rasam, lady finger gravy, brinjal gravy, pulla kura, etc..., any gravy items perfect combination.. So friends lets see the process to make this...... This fry item serve it with Pulla kura recipe see in my page... 

Ingredients :-

  • Dry fish pieces 7 to 8 pieces
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp (spicy as u like)
  • Salt pinch
Preparation :-

  1. First take dry fish pieces and put a side. Now take wok add oil to heat, then add fish pieces to fry both side......
  2. Both side are fried, then add sprinkle salt, red chili powder and mix it well for....... then switch off the gas and move it to a bowl and serve it...
