Simple Dry Fish Fry Recipe for Side Dish How to Prepare

                Hi friends, today am sharing one side dish fry item 'Dry Fish Fry'... Very simple to prepare this fry... This very good to eat with side dish like, dal curry(pappu), rasam, lady finger gravy, brinjal gravy, pulla kura, etc..., any gravy items perfect combination.. So friends lets see the process to make this...... This fry item serve it with Pulla kura recipe see in my page... 

Ingredients :-

  • Dry fish pieces 7 to 8 pieces
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp (spicy as u like)
  • Salt pinch
Preparation :-

  1. First take dry fish pieces and put a side. Now take wok add oil to heat, then add fish pieces to fry both side......
  2. Both side are fried, then add sprinkle salt, red chili powder and mix it well for....... then switch off the gas and move it to a bowl and serve it...
Now the fry is ready to serve... It will be store 4 to 5 days... Put it in a tight container then you use........ So friends try this simple fry recipe in your home........... :) Your's Neha Satish
