            Hi friends today one different masala gravy Cauliflower and Drumstick curry recipe...... Actually my amma prepare so many types of masala gravy recipe she prepared.. like gobi aloo, all veges, only aloo or only gobi, or she prepare with beet root and aloo also prepared.. But I am prepared gobi drumstick curry... Its so yummy and tasty masala recipe.. Especially we prepare these type of recipes prepare in saturdays special items... So I am sharing one of my signature recipe here.... Lets see the process to make this......

Ingredients :-

  • Cauliflower medium flower 1
  • Drumstick 1
  • Tomatoes 3 medium 
  • Onions 2 big 
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger pieces 3 tsp 
  • Garlic 10 
  • (or u can use ginger garlic 2 tbsp)
  • Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Cloves 5
  • Cardamoms 3 to 4
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3
  • Coriander seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Curry leafs
  • Coriander leafs

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom fry it for good smell.. then switch off the gas. Now take a jar add coconut, ginger garlic, fried masala ingredients and grind it fine paste like this......

  2. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chili pieces, cumin seeds to fry, then add onion pieces, green chilies to fry.. Then add curry leaves, rock salt, turmeric powder again mix it well......

  3. Onions are soft then add cleaned cauliflower pieces, tomato pieces, red chili powder and then mix it well for..... then close it with lid and boil it 5 minutes in low flame...

  4. After 5 minutes, open the lid and mix it again slowly.. Then add grind masala paste again mix it then fry it for good smell.......

  5. It came good smell then add drumstick pieces mix it again fry it for 5 minutes... Then add 2 glass water then mix it and close it with lid and boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame...

  6. After 10 minutes open the lid it will be thick oil will oozes out then switch off the gas and move it to a side and leave it for 5 minute......
After 5 minutes, move it to a serving bowl and add some coriander leafs and then serve it with hot steam rice or chapati...... Peanut Drumsticks Fry Recipe How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today recipe is Peanut Red chillies Roast Drumstick fry recipe my style.... I will share some different types of drum stick fry's and drum stick gravy.. But now am sharing one different type of fry... In this am using some peanuts, red chilies roasted then grind it like crushed its very taste for this fry..... First time I will prepare this fry in my home my husband like it very much :)..... Its good combination for dal curry's, rasam etc..,  its good to eat steam rice also...... Ingredients :-

  • Drum sticks 2
  • Peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Red chilies 7 to 8
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Garlic cloves 6 to 7
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 7 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add water, then add drum stick pieces, salt (only for drum stick), turmeric powder and then boil it for 5 to 8 minutes in medium flame... When drum stick is boiled then move it to a plate......

  2. Now take a pan add peanuts, red chilies to dry roast... for 5 minutes in low flame..... It will be roast then move it to a plate cool it for 2 minutes.. After 2 minutes move it to a jar add fried peanuts, garlic cloves, rock salt and grind it fine crush like this.......
  3. Now take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry.. and then add boiled drumsticks mix it well fry it for 1 minute.... Then add grind peanut crush mix it well for...
  4. Fry it for 2 minutes in low flame, then add curry leaves mix it then switch off gas move it to a serving bowl and serve it.......   
Now the dish is ready to serve..... Its good to eat all types of dals, like tomato dal, leafy dals etc...., not only for dal you can serve it with rasam and steam rice also........           Hi friends, today I am sharing pickle or chutney recipe Gongura (pitwa / red sorrel leaves) Pickle (pachadi).. In Andhra its name is "Andhra Matha" its very old and traditional pickle.. My grand mother will learn to me how its prepare... My grand mother prepare very different style.. My amma prepare another style :) I will share next time... But today I will share my sister- in- law prepare this pickle here style so friends try this...... So lets see the process to make this simple single pan..    
How to Make Gongura Pickle Andhra Style Chutney

Ingredients :-

  • Gongura 2 big bunches (red sorrel leaves)
  • Red chilies 10 to 15
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Bengal gram 2 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Hing powder 2 to 3 pinches
  • Onion 1 big

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add 1 tsp oil then add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and now fry it for roast.... When all ingredients are roasted then move it to a side and cool it for..... After ingredients are cool then move it to jar, now add rock salt and then grind it rough powder like this........

  2. Now take same wok add 10 tbsp oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, bengal gram, mustard seeds, hing powder, 2 red chili pieces and fry it... And now add gongura leaves mix it well slowly....

  3. Boil it for oil will oozes out like it (gongura is totally fried or cooked like this...)... Gomgura is totally mashed then add grind chili powder and mix it well for..... like this......

  4. And fried it for 5 minutes in low flame.. Oil will oozes out, then add chopped onions mix it well for....... Then switch off the gas leave it for cool...... When it will be cool then store it in a tight container it will be store 10 to 15 days...... 
Now the pickle is ready.... After 2 days it will be store in refrigerator (why mean we using fresh onions na that's y u must store in freeze it will be store 15 days or more.....) If you use garlic cloves you will store in room temperature it will be store 10 days.......  (But taste is onion only guys..) How to Prepare Prawn Masala Curry Recipe Andhra Style

          Hi friends good after noon to all........ Today am sharing Prawn Masala Curry recipe.... In my blog am share so many types of prawn curry recipe.. But now this is different type and taste also mmmmmmmhhhhhhh yummy guys..... So friends see the process to make this tasty recipe... Here is the ingredients and process lets see guys....... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Prawns 500 grams
  • Coconut pieces 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Ginger  
  • Garlic cloves
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 4
  • cloves 8
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Red chilies 2
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cardamoms 2 or 3
  • Mint leaves 
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp (as u like to take spice) 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a jar add fresh coconut pieces, ginger pieces, garlic cloves, cloves, cinnamon stick pieces, coriander seeds and then grind it fine paste... (add some water again grind)...
  2. Now take a bowl add oil to heat, then add mustard seed, cumin seeds to fry. Now add red chilies, bay leaf, curry leaves, mint leaves to fry.... When all ingredients are fried, add finely chopped onions mix it well for...., fry it for soft.......
  3. Onions are softed then add turmeric powder, rock salt mix it well... Now add prawns mix it again... Then add red chili powder mix it and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame......
  4. After 5 minutes, add chopped tomatoes mix it well for and boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame... Tomatoes are soft now add grind coconut paste and mix it again... Fry it for oil oozes out...... 
  5. Oil will oozes out it will be came good smell.... Then add water mix it well then close with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame... After 5 minutes open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves and close it with lid and boil it for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame..
  6. After 10 minutes open the curry (oil is release) mix it, when gravy is thick then switch off the gas leave it for 5 minutes.... After 5 minutes move it to serving bowl and serve it.....
Now so yummy and delicious recipe Prawn Masala curry is ready to eat... Its good combination to eat with hot steam rice and plain biryani, roti, pulka, chapati......., So friends try this recipe in your home enjoy the taste......  Yours Neha Satish...........

Note:- You can add some boiled potatoes also its good taste....... :)

         Hi friend's today am sharing my amma recipe Cauliflower and Potato Masala curry recipe... In my childhood am not interested cauliflower,  I don't like to eat this veg.. My amma prepared this veg in my home, then she will prepare another curry for me... :) (she loves me alot love u amma and I miss u so much :( ) First time I eat this curry in my family function, wow it's really yummy I like it.... Then I told to my amma she told to me I only prepare this recipe in this function..... That day to now am loving it so much........ I can prepare this veg so many variety's like cauliflower masala, dum cauliflower, cauliflower fry etc..., My amma told to me here secret in kitchen ;) Now am sharing with all my viewers.... So friends lets see the process to make this curry..........

  • Potatoes 250 grams (or) 3
  • Coconut Milk 1 cup
  • Crushed Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  •  Green chilies 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Shajeera 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves

  1. First half boil cauliflower. Next boil potato and put it a side.. Now start the curry... First take a bowl add oil to heat, then add shajerra, finely chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder and mix it well, fry it for onions are softed....

  2. When onions are softed, then add ginger garlic paste mix it, then add chopped green chilies, chopped tomatoes mix it well for......

Mixed Vegetable Curry Andhra Style How to Make

         Hi friends, today recipe is Mixed veg kurma recipe.... Its Andhra type... This recipe is my amma recipe... My amma prepare this recipe in my childhood days saturday she will prepare compulsory... My amma added in this curry potatoes, cauliflower, carrot, peas, beans etc.., we take in lunch, and dinner time also.. In dinner time we take with roti / chapati good combination... Today am showing my amma recipe, I used in this same ingredients, but little bit changes... So lets see the process to make this curry step by step pics....

Ingredients :-

  • Potatoes 2
  • Cauliflower 1/2
  • Carrots 2
  • Beetroot 1
  • ginger medium piece
  • Garlic cloves 6 to 7
  • Fresh coconut 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom 2
  • Cloves 4 to 5
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Shajeera 1/4 tsp
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Curry leaves  
    Mixed Vegetable Curry Andhra Style How to Cook
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add water, turmeric powder, chopped carrot, chopped, cauliflower, chopped carrot and boil it for 70%.. When the vegges are boiled then strain water put it a side... In same bowl add chopped beetroot and boil it for 70% and strain it move it to a side..... Now take a jar, add chopped coconut, ginger, garlic add then grind it fine paste add some water also.......
  2. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cardamom, cloves, bayleaf, shajeera fry it for... Then add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for 2 to 3 minutes fry..... And then add chopped tomatoes mix it and boil it for soft.........
  3. When tomatoes are softed then add coconut paste mix it well...... Now add chopped green chilies, curry leaves mix it again.. Then add red chili powder mix it well.. Fry it for good smell......(oil will oozes out) 
  4. When it came's good smell then add water 1 glass mix it, now close it with lid boil it for 5 to 10 minutes in slow flame..... Water will came bubbles......
  5. Bubbles came then add boiled vegges and boil it for 2 minutes in low flame... Then add beetroot mix it again then close it lid and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame....... After 10 minutes open the lid mix it once then move it to a serving bowl.........
