Hi friends today one different masala gravy Cauliflower and Drumstick curry recipe...... Actually my amma prepare so many types of masala gravy recipe she prepared.. like gobi aloo, all veges, only aloo or only gobi, or she prepare with beet root and aloo also prepared.. But I am prepared gobi drumstick curry... Its so yummy and tasty masala recipe.. Especially we prepare these type of recipes prepare in saturdays special items... So I am sharing one of my signature recipe here.... Lets see the process to make this......
Ingredients :-
- Cauliflower medium flower 1
- Drumstick 1
- Tomatoes 3 medium
- Onions 2 big
- Green chilies 3 to 4
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger pieces 3 tsp
- Garlic 10
- (or u can use ginger garlic 2 tbsp)
- Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
- Cloves 5
- Cardamoms 3 to 4
- Cinnamon stick pieces 3
- Coriander seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilies 2
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Rock salt to taste
- Curry leafs
- Coriander leafs
Preparation :-
- First take a pan add coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom fry it for good smell.. then switch off the gas. Now take a jar add coconut, ginger garlic, fried masala ingredients and grind it fine paste like this......
- Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chili pieces, cumin seeds to fry, then add onion pieces, green chilies to fry.. Then add curry leaves, rock salt, turmeric powder again mix it well......
- Onions are soft then add cleaned cauliflower pieces, tomato pieces, red chili powder and then mix it well for..... then close it with lid and boil it 5 minutes in low flame...
- After 5 minutes, open the lid and mix it again slowly.. Then add grind masala paste again mix it then fry it for good smell.......
- It came good smell then add drumstick pieces mix it again fry it for 5 minutes... Then add 2 glass water then mix it and close it with lid and boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame...
- After 10 minutes open the lid it will be thick oil will oozes out then switch off the gas and move it to a side and leave it for 5 minute......
