How to Prepare Prawn Masala Curry Recipe Andhra Style

          Hi friends good after noon to all........ Today am sharing Prawn Masala Curry recipe.... In my blog am share so many types of prawn curry recipe.. But now this is different type and taste also mmmmmmmhhhhhhh yummy guys..... So friends see the process to make this tasty recipe... Here is the ingredients and process lets see guys....... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Prawns 500 grams
  • Coconut pieces 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Ginger  
  • Garlic cloves
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 4
  • cloves 8
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Red chilies 2
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cardamoms 2 or 3
  • Mint leaves 
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp (as u like to take spice) 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a jar add fresh coconut pieces, ginger pieces, garlic cloves, cloves, cinnamon stick pieces, coriander seeds and then grind it fine paste... (add some water again grind)...
  2. Now take a bowl add oil to heat, then add mustard seed, cumin seeds to fry. Now add red chilies, bay leaf, curry leaves, mint leaves to fry.... When all ingredients are fried, add finely chopped onions mix it well for...., fry it for soft.......
  3. Onions are softed then add turmeric powder, rock salt mix it well... Now add prawns mix it again... Then add red chili powder mix it and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame......
  4. After 5 minutes, add chopped tomatoes mix it well for and boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame... Tomatoes are soft now add grind coconut paste and mix it again... Fry it for oil oozes out...... 
  5. Oil will oozes out it will be came good smell.... Then add water mix it well then close with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame... After 5 minutes open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves and close it with lid and boil it for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame..
  6. After 10 minutes open the curry (oil is release) mix it, when gravy is thick then switch off the gas leave it for 5 minutes.... After 5 minutes move it to serving bowl and serve it.....
Now so yummy and delicious recipe Prawn Masala curry is ready to eat... Its good combination to eat with hot steam rice and plain biryani, roti, pulka, chapati......., So friends try this recipe in your home enjoy the taste......  Yours Neha Satish...........

Note:- You can add some boiled potatoes also its good taste....... :)
