          Bringing to you another famous dish from the north Indian state of Punjab…Made from gram flour called Pakodas.“Kadhi”, I think so this North Indian dish does not require an introduction, at least in India. Everyone knows it well, most love it, especially children and it’s cooked regularly most in Indian households. But in Andhra we know some people only that's y am choosing this recipe... Actually I learned this recipe from my best friend... She is north indian so I learned so many variety recipe, it's one of the recipe Kadhi Pakodas.... There are many versions of Kadhi having a little difference with one another, prepared in every region of the country. The combination of Kadhi and Rice, Wow!It’s one of the best combinations in the Indian cooking that provides unparalleled taste and texture. I am very sure that your mouth starts to drool on hearing the name of this classic combination!! Now, the fact that it’s Punjabi Kadhi makes it obvious that it will be quite delicious and tempting. Infused with lots of tangy flavour having deep, spiced and mild pakora’s immersed in thick gravy. So, we recommend you to try it at home and experience the blissful feeling of the Indian comfort!! It is a spicy yogurt-based gravy which is often enjoyed best with rice or  chapatti…

Ingredients :- 

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Hing powder 4 pinches 
  • Green chilies 5
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cooking Soda 1/6 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilies 2 
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Garlic pieces 6
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Coriander leafs
  • Curry leafs 
    Kadhi Pakoda Recipe How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder half tsp, salt to taste, chopped green chilies 2, cooking soda, chopped coriander leafs, chopped onions, cumin seeds now mix it well for.... 
  2. And then add water mix it like a pakoda mixture... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then make pakoda's in oil... fry it for brown color... When it came brown color then move it to a bowl.....
  3. Next take a pan add oil, then add 1 glass water, yogurt, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well..... Boil it for one boiled (boil it in slow flame only).. when the yogurt is boiled then add fried pakoda's in the yogurt mixture...
  4. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic pieces, hing powder, red chili pieces, curry leafs fry..
  5. When the mixture is fried then add to yogurt mixer and then mix it well then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it... 

Finely the dish is ready to eat, you can eat this in evening tea time are dinner time as you like :) But am eat this in dinner time ha ha ha..... Rice flour Chiroti Sweet Recipe How to Prepare

         Chiroti is the sweet prepared during Diwali.... Chiroti is a popular dessert made during Diwali and other occasions. It is quite popular in Karnataka, Maharashtra and Andhra.... Actually this traditional recipe... My grand mother prepare this recipe in festivals especially she prepare in diwali... In my we prepare for this dish for "Lakshmi pooja"... Not only this dish we prepare Sweet Pongal, Pulihora, Purnallu and more..... First time am learned this recipe for my amma... Really I loved it simple and easy preparation recipe... Not only simple ingredients also.... Then I tried this recipe wow its really amazing guys.... So I prepared this recipe to my husband also he likes very mush then I prepared twice these chiroti and every time they gets vanished very much quickly, once these chiroti are ready to enjoy I simply rolled them over the powdered sugar instead of sprinkling while serving as per the original recipe went for and conserved them in an air tightened box, my teddies just loved it.... It can be prepared by two methods one is by dipping chirote in sugar syrup and the other one is using powdered sugar on the top of chirote. Here is the recipe of the second type.

Ingredients :-

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Sugar powder 1/2 cup
  • Dalda 50 grams
  • Salt little bit
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Maida flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil for deep fry

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add rice flour, sugar powder, dalda, salt and mix it... Then add water (water or milk as u like) mix it soft dough..... and soak it for 30 minutes.....
  2. After 30 minutes take the dough and then mix it and make small balls and roll it like chapati's made 5 to 6 chapati's....
  3. Now take first chapati apply dalda, and then sprinkle maida flour... Then take another chapati apply dalda, maida flour... Like same to do all chapaties.....
  4. All are completed then roll it, then cut it small or medium pieces and then press it puri.. Same to do all......
  5. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add this small puri's into oil and fry it for brown color..... When it came brown color then move it to a plate.....
  6. Chiroti is ready then sprinkle sugar powder both sides...... And then serve it..... 
So chiroti's are ready to bit...... It's so simple and so easy to prepare, it will be store in a tight container.. and use this for 8 to 10 days...... So friends try this recipe in Diwali...... Happy Diwali to all my reader's and friends.........

           Hi friends good afternoon to all, today one tasty and delicious recipe Rajastani / Gujarati dish Dal Dhokli.... Chilly temperatures always call for especially delicious treats and comfort foods. I decided to treat us to some hearty Dal Dhokli. Now Dal Dhokli is basically a Gujarati dish, though I believe that there are some Rajasthani versions of it too. My  dad was went to Rajastani for office tour.. He will stay here co officer's house for 4 days... One day my dad co officer prepare this recipe in home for dinner time, for my dad.. He eats this recipe wit roti, my dad loved it so much then he asked the recipe details and then he note in here book... What recipe you know Dal Dhokli recipe :)... When my dad return to my home town... He will told to me the recipe details to me... I really impressed... Then I asked my dad please try that recipe in home!!!!! my dad sed ok... I really happy.... Then my dad told to me the ingredients to me, and then prepared in your home first time... Actually my dad also great cook I love so many recipe my dad cooking recipes.. My dad prepared Pachi pulusu, egg omlate, dal curry, roti... really I love it so much..... I help to my dad for this taste recipe and also am learning, how to he prepare's....   • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Ground nuts 1/4 cup
  • Tamarind pure 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow Lentil 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick small pieces 4
  • Cardamoms 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste 
  • Coriander leafs & curry leafs
Rajasthani Dal Dhokli Recipe How to make
Preparation :-


  1. First take cooker add yellow lentils, water and then cook it for 3 to 4 vissels... When the dal is cooked then open the lid and mash it... 
  2. Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt to taste, ghee 2 tbsp mix it well... Then add water again mix it soft dough and then keep a side for...
  3. Now take a wok add oil & ghee to heat, when oil is heated then add cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, cloves fry. 
  4. Then add ground nuts, ginger garlic paste, curry leafs and then fry it for lite... And then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, boiled dal and then mix it well...
  5. And now add 2 cups of water, tamarind puree, red chili powder, salt to taste and then mix it well for boiling....
  6. Now take dough, make small balls and then press it like chapati, and cut it small diamond or square shape (as you like cut)... 
  7. When the mixture is boiled then add this dough pieces and mix it lite, and then put the lid and boil it for 10 minutes in low flame......
  8. After 10 minutes open the lid once mix it, then add chopped coriander leafs and then mix it... Now take a serving bowl move it to the bowl and then add some chopped coriander leafs and then serve it......
Now the taste and delicious mouth watering Gujarati / Rajastani recipe Dal Dhokli is ready to eat.......... You know this one of my favorite dish....... Why means this recipe I learn to my dad....         Hi friends, today one tasty and simple recipe Ginger green chili paste vankaya cury... Its very taste and delicious recipe... Preparation also so easy, actually this recipe is my grand mother's recipe... My grand mother recipes is so simple and taste recipe she will prepared... When I went to my office I tried this recipe in my working day's.. Now am a housewife, so I have so much time to prepare more and more recipe... Who working people want fast and tasty recipe want so tried this recipe..... This brinjal curry spiced with ginger green chili tastes wonderful with plain rice. The spiciness of both green chilies and ginger add a nice flavor to the curry. Its so taste, I use only for spice green chilies and ginger paste only am not use in this curry red chili powder.... Its good smell and good aroma... So friends try this taste and easy to prepare recipe Brinjal Ginger Green chillies Curry........ Lets see the process to make the curry......

  • Brinjal's - 250 grams
  • Ginger - 20 grams
  • Green chilies - 6
  • Onions - 2
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 5 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leafs
     Andhra style Brinjal Ginger Green chillies Curry
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry.
  2. Then add curry leafs also to fry it... And now add finely chopped onions, turmeric powder, salt and then fry it for lite pink color.
  3. When the onions are fried then add ginger green chili paste, to fry it for good aroma...
  4. Good aroma will came then add chopped brinjal pieces also then mix it well for... Then put the lid and then cook it for 5 minutes in low flame....
  5. After 5 minutes open lid then mix it well, when brinjal is totally cooked then add coriander powder and then mix it well for...
  6. Now add finely chopped coriander leafs and then mix it well, and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot.....

  1. First take one day after dosa batter to a bowl, then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, soaked bengal gram, salt, curry leafs, cooking soda and then mix it well.
  2. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then take a round spoon and then take batter and then drop into oil and then fry it for golden color...
  3. When it came golden color then move it to a paper towel and then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with red chutney and coconut chutney it good to eat.....

  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Urad dal (black dal) tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/6 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leafs
    Dosakaya Pappu Andhra Style Recipe How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add red gram cleaned it, then add chopped cucumber pieces, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, tamarind, 1 glass water and close to lid and boil it for 4 to 5 vissles.... 
  2. After 4 vissels switch off the gas and then put it a side for 5 minutes, pressure will gone then open the lid... 
  3. Now add salt to taste and them mash it, then take a wok add oil to heat when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, garlic clove pieces, red chili pieces and curry leafs to fry...
  4. When mixture is fried then add cucumber dal to the mixture and then mix it well, and then cook it for 2 minutes then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it with hot rice and ghee......
Now the tasty and delicious cucumber dal recipe is ready to eat..... Its good to eat with steam rice, roti, chapati.... You can serve this dal with rice, you can serve ghee also its really tasty and so great taste.........
