How to Prepare Punugulu With Dosa Batter Andhra recipe

                Hi friends.... Its tea time so one different and easy Punugulu / Bonda recipe... In your Andhra so many varieties like potato bonda, masala bonda, like so many types... This is street recipe in your A.P..... Especially  Nellore bonda is very famous in Andhra, not only fish curry this bonda also so famous.... :) This Nellore bonda is in the top of delicious breakfast recipes list also... Nellore (a city in Andhra, India) people brought it from for the first time in to position. This item is so old recipe... A delicious breakfast which we like a lot. I remember my mom making the batter and leaving it overnight. That makes bajjis come out soft and tastier, says amma. My grand mother will prepare this recipe in your home in evening time... Dosa batter, morning prepare dosa evening prepare this donda / punugugulu... Its so crispy and tasty,  these crispy fritters, Punugulu prepared with dosa batter.. Today, I am blogging a variation of the same. They are quick and easy to make crispy snacks, especially for a rainy day, with a cup of warm chai. Crispy on the outside, savory and tangy on the inside, these fritters are great snack on anytime of the day! 

Ingredients :-

  • Dosa batter 1 cup
  • Finely chopped Onions 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Soaked bengal gram 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Curry leafs
  • Cooking soda pinch
  • Oil for deep fry
    How to Make Punugulu With Dosa Batter Andhra
Preparation :-

  1. First take one day after dosa batter to a bowl, then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, soaked bengal gram, salt, curry leafs, cooking soda and then mix it well.
  2. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then take a round spoon and then take batter and then drop into oil and then fry it for golden color...
  3. When it came golden color then move it to a paper towel and then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with red chutney and coconut chutney it good to eat.....
