It is known by various names in different regions of India. Is a rice pudding, which is a traditional South Asian sweet dish. It is made by boiling rice or broken wheat with milk and sugar, and flavored with  raisins,  cashewnuts, pistachios or almonds. It is typically served during a meal or also consumed alone as a dessert. Indian festival without this Kheer. "Kheer" in Hindi denotes sweet pudding commonly referring to Rice Pudding. Although there exists myriad varieties, this rice pudding rules the roost. You might even call it the King of the Indian sweet puddings. Any celebration, any traditional function and what more, even for day to day entertaining this Rice pudding finds its way into the menu. It is also known as "Pal Payasam" in the South of India - "Pal" denotes milk and "Payasam" is for Pudding. Unlike most of its counterparts, this is one Indian sweet which is very simple and easy to make. Rice Sweet Payasam With Dry Fruits Recipe How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add rice, water and soak it for 20 minutes.. After 20 minutes drain rice and then take a cloth add rice in to cloth, and spread it rice and then put it for 15 minutes for air...
  2. After 15 minutes, take a jar add rice and then grind it for little crush (don't grind fine powder). Then move it to a bowl.
  3. Now take a pan add boiled milk, grind crush rice flour and mix it well. Then put it into gas and bowl it in low flame for 15 minutes.
  4. When the rice flour is boiled then add sugar again mix it well for.. The rice will be totally boiled, then add cardamom powder and mix it well.
  5. The kheer is totally cooked, then take a pan add ghee to heat, when ghee is heated then add chopped almonds, cashew nuts, raisins, pista and fry it.. Then move it to kheer and then mix it.
  6. Again boil it for 1 minute, and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it cool or hot..... Its good to eat...

    Hi, today one different and tasty recipe Chicken Dum Biryani... I am lover of chicken, really I like it so much... Especially my sister make this dum biryani mmmmmhhhh!!!!! I love it so muchhhh... Anyway, anyhow, getting back to making biryani. There are a lot of different kinds of biryani all over the world. Dum is a way of cooking and it involves cooking something at low heat for a long time. The ingredients are usually inside a pot and is sealed. One could call it a way of baking. And it sure did turn out delicious and just perfect. The rice was well cooked and separated, the chicken so succulent and tender and the flavors and aroma was just mind boggling. we ended up over eating :D.
   Now there are all sorts of chicken biryanis – the awadh style, sindhi style and many more. But of all the kinds of biryani, hyderabadi biryani tops my list. I just love the flavors and spices in this Biryani. There are many recipes on the internet, but not all the recipes will bring out the exact dish. I have tried so many recipes and ultimately found the exact procedure to cook a delicious, yummy and authentic hyderabadi chicken biryani. I my blog I share some biryani, to day one special chicken briyani hyderabadi style... See the process and then try this recipe in your home and then enjoy the taste. U have mud pot u can prepare that its so good smell and taste also be great...Here is the recipe. So, moving ahead, here is a list of what you will need for the biryani.

Items For Recipe :-
  • Chicken 250 grams
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Curd 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Ghee 5 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • cinnamon sticks 3 small pieces
  • Cloves  5
  • Cardamom 6
  • Marati moggu 4
  • Star Anise 2
  • Bay leafs 2
  • Mint leaves 1/6 small cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/6 small cup
  • Green chilies 8
  • Onions 2 big size
  • Lemon juice 2 spoons

Preparation :-
  1. First take a jar add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies and then grind it fine paste and then put a side.
  2. Next take a bowl add chicken and then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, curd, mint & coriander paste, garam masala powder and mix it well for. Marinate the chicken for 20 mins.
  3. Next take a bowl add water to boil . (In water add salt to rice, 2 spoons ghee). When water is boiled and then  add soaked rice and then boil it for 70% cook, and now strain the rice put it a side.
  4. Next take a cooker add oil & ghee to heat, and then add cinnamon stick, cardamom, star anise, marati moggu, cloves, bay leaf fry it for. 
  5. And then add chopped onions to fry, then add chopped green chilies, some coriander leaves, and then fry it for...
  6. Next add marinated  chicken, red chili powder and then mix it well, and boil it for 10 minutes. Chicken will fried it for...
  7. When chicken is fried, and  then add 70% boiled rice in to chicken fry. (Don't mix it) 
  8. And then put in dum for 10 minutes, next  close the lid and cook it medium flame for 1 0 minutes in dum. Easy process to dum for take a chapati pan.
  9. And then move the chicken rice bowl to the pan and then boil it for 15 minutes... For dum the chicken is cooked good..... And the aroma is so good.... 
  10. After 15 minutes one's check the rice and then move it and then put it for 10 minutes and then serve it hot......   
And now "Special Chicken Dum Biryani" is ready to eat....... And then serve it raitha... Onions, mint, tomato rings  to decorate... Enjoy the chicken biryani.....

Bread Ice Cream Sandwich How to Prepare

      I like bread what ever to sandwich, fried bread, bread with jam, or any sweets like double ka metha like what ever we know.... Today one different and easy to prepare one desert recipe that  is one of my favorite I combined my classic recipe with bread ice cream with apple and dry fruits so bring you a decadent treat. The Apple, bread and ice cream are both delicious on their own but together, well, it’s a heavenly match! It’s time once again for the Improv Cooking Challenge. Two “secret” ingredients were bread and butter. Because I LOVE bread and I had a difficult time deciding whether to make a traditional bread with a fancy butter or do something a little more out there. I ended up with “out there” with Apple, Bread, Butter and  Ice cream which was definitely worth it. I then put together the ice cream sandwiches carefully, and then take fry with butter bread and then use to  sandwiching slightly softened ice cream between each piece. The sweetness of the Aplle pieces and dry fruits of the ice cream and the texture of the sandwich  was perfect. The dessert, just colder! in refrigerator. Both the Apple, bread and the ice cream are each perfect all on their own and I’ve certainly made them separately in the past, but for the ‘Bread Ice cream Sandwich” challenge, they were the ideal combination and such a tasty treat! Ha ha. What do you know? Ice cream and bread makes a nice pairing! So try this Bread Ice cream Sandwich in this summer and enjoy it.......

Bread Ice Cream Sandwich How to Prepare
Preparation :-
  1. First take a fry pan add butter, and then add  bread pieces (Thick bread for use this recipe) to fry it both sides, and then move it to a side and cool it for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes and then apply chopped apple pieces, and then take 2 scoops of ice cream and then apply to bread and then close it with another bread. 
  3. And then take almond crush  and roll it the ice cream bread into. Next add some tutti fruit and then move it to freezer... 
  4. Freez it for 4 hour minimum for the bread will be also so soft to eat.... After 4 hours u can serve it with cooll...
  5. It's very soft and delicious and be tasty try this............
And now the desert is ready to bite.... So soft and so cool... In hot summer eat it cool... Kids will be love it so much... Children will got new taste, they also so happy to eat this desert.. Enjoy this desert in after dinner so good to eat....... So try this sandwich and enjoy it..........

Morning Break Fast Weight Loss Soup (Ragi Soup)

Ingredients :-
  • Ragi Flour 1/4 cup
  • Ginger small piece
  • Saindhava lavana salt (or) salt to taste
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Lemon 
  • Green chilli 1
  • Curry leafs 
Method :-
  1. First green chilli fry,  ginger also fry, then curry leafs also fry then turn to a jar and grind it fine powder.
  2. Next take a bowl add 1 glass of water boil it. Then take a bowl add ragi flour add some water also mix it, when water is boiled, and then add ragi water mix it. (put it in sim flame)
  3. Then add saindhava lavana powder mix it. Next add grind curry leaf powder, and mix it.
  4. Then move it a side add butter milk and lemon juices... Next turn to a serving bowl add some curry leafs powder coriander leafs add and sever it.......
Its very healthy soup. And weight also morning or night u take it u will weight loss ur body, healthy and natural. It so good to health.......

Christmas and New Year Pine Apple Cake Reciepe

Ingredients :- 
  • Maida 200 grams 
  • Sugar powder 200 grams
  • Eggs 4
  • Butter 200 grams
  • Baking powder 2 spoons
  • Vanilla powder 2 spoons
  • Pine apple essence 2 sponos
  • Icing cream for decorate   
Pine Apple Pulp :-

Pine apple pieces 1 cup, sugar 2 sppons add it in jar and grind it fine paste.      

Icing Cream Preparation :-

1) You will need 2 cups of sugar powder, 2 to 3 spoons butter mix it fine paste.
2) Then add 2 spoons of cream / cream milk again mix it.
3)  And then add 1 spoon vanilla essence add again mix it for cream contains. Its came fine good shine cames. And now your icing cream is ready to apply the cake.    


Method :-
  1. First take a bowl beat eggs mix it for 10 mins. 
  2. And then add butter beat the mixer fine paste. Next add sugar powder and again beat for few more mins.
  3. Next add maida and beat it, and now add baking powder, vanilla powder and mix it fine paste. And then add pine apple essence also once mix it well.
  4. Then take a cake box apply butter to the bowl and add cake mixer in that and cook it for. 40 to 45 mins. 
  5. Now the cake cooked move it a side put for rest of mins.
  6. Then cut the cake 2 pieces same size, then spread sugar syrup and add pine apple pulp apply the first layer. Then put next layer set it the spread sugar syrup.
  7. Then apply icing cream all the cake and some pine apple pieces, cherrys, decorate and serve it cool.....
And now your cake is ready to bite........ Yummy and tasty pine apple cake to my friends enjoy... Try this new year or Christmas.... Marry Christmas to all my friends........... Enjoy the festival...
