But today I share Natu kodi curry its very special item in Andhra & Telangana... Its Desi Chicken Curry recipe or natu kodi pulusu in telugu whatever it is called but the taste is awesome rather than normal boiler chicken recipe. We are extremely enjoyed the desi chicken curry recipe | Natu Kodi Pulusu at home specially sunday this afternoon. and i would like to share how to make desi chicken curry recipe or Natu Kodi Pulusu at your home in little time of about one hour. I know its little time taking but the fact is that after making this you forget how much time it takes to make Andhra kodi kura recipe or desi chicken curry recipe or Natu Kodi Pulusu. Ingredients :-


  • Country chicken 1 kg
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Red chilli powder 5 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  • Garam masala powder 1, 1/2 spoon
  • Jerra powder 1 spoon
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Onions 2 (paste) 
  • Tamarind paste 1 spoon
  • Poppy Seeds paste 2, 1/2 spoon
  • Oil 8 spoon

Festival Recipe Mysore Pak How To Prepare In Home

Ingredients :-
  • Besan (Senaga Pindi) 1cup
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Ghee 2cups
  • Cooking Soda 1/4 spoon
Preparation :-
  1. First take a bowl add besan and fry for nice aroma. After getting good aroma take the fried one into another bowl and allow it to cool for few minutes.
  2. Next take a kadai add ghee to heat.
  3. Next take a bowl add sugar and some water mix it well. Till it contains one thread consistence.
  4. Then add cooking soda in besan mix it well.          
  5.  Now mix the syrup and beasn well for 2 minutes.(Don't stop mixing.)
                                                                                                                                                             
             
  6. Then add boiling ghee in the besan and mix it well for.                                                                                                     
  7. When the process is completed, then turn to a plate or mould (apply ghee to plate before putting the mixture).
  8. Spread it and allow it to cool down for few minutes then cut in to small pieces. Now it is ready to serve. Enjoy your delicious sweet.

Andhra Style Kanda Gadda Curry Recipe

Ingredients :-
  • Elephant foot yam (kanda gadda) 250 grams
  • Onions 2
  • Tomato 3
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 
  • Turmaric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 2, 1/2 spoon
  • Urad dal 1 spoon
  • Jerra 1 spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Fenugreek seeds (menthulu)1/2 spoon
  • Curry leafs, coriander leafs
  • Oil 6 spoons
Preparation :-
  1. First peel the kanda, and cut in to small pieces. 
  2. Take pan add oil to heat, then add urad dal, mustard seeds, jerra, fenugreek, curry leafs fry.
  3. Then add chopped onions fry for 3 mins. Then add chopped tomatoes fry for 5 min.
  4. Than add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix it well. When oil is came out then start next process.
  5. Then add chopped kanda fry it for 5 mins. Then add tamarind juice and water mix it well.
  6. Then put the lid boil it for 15 mins. When then kanda is boiled the gravy also came little bit contain add coriander leafs and out to a serving bowl.

    Its so sweet and hot recipe..... Andhra kanda curry is ready to eat for rice, rotti, chappati to serve........

  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Coriander curry leafs
How to make Coconut milk with Vegetable Soup
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add water to boiled for vegetables, and also add salt, turmeric powder and mix it, and put the lid for boil vegetables.
  2. Take a pan add butter to heat, then add cloves, cinnamon, elachi fry it for 1 min. And then add ginger, garlic pieces  for fry.
  3. Next add chopped onions, chopped green chillies fry for 5 mins. And also add salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for....
  4. And then add boiled vegetables and mix it. After 5 mins add water and mix it well for 5 mins.
  5. Then add coconut milk, curry leafs and mix well, and boiled for 10 mins in medium flame. When the batter came little bit thick then add coriander leafs and mix it. Then turn to a serving bowl and serve it hot.......... 
U can eat it in evening dinner time is good to serve........ U can sever with chappati also its different taste.... Try this recipe... Children will like it so much.......

Bone less Chicken Fry Recipe How To Prepare
Method :-


  1. First take a bowl add chicken, salt, turmeric powder, aji no moto, egg white, oil 2 spoons, white pepper, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, maida flour and mix it well. Put for rest 1/2 hour.
  2. Next take a wok add oil to heat it, then take chicken pieces  one by one drop it in oil for deep fry. Fry it in medium flame, it came golden brown color move it to a paper towel.
  3. Next take a pan add 3 spoons oil to heat, then add garlic pieces,curry leafs to fry it, and then add green chili sauce, red chili sauce, sugar, soya sauce and mix it well, and now add some little bit of water and mix it well.
  4. Then add fried chicken pieces and mix it well for..... 5 minutes. And then move it to a sever bowl add coriander leaves and then serve  it hot.....
Serve it like snack item or dinner time take it side dish with chappati, rotti, nana, rice...... What u like it..... And aslo add some lemon juice to serving this item..... So guys try this recipe in home and enjoy it the new recipe.........
