Stuffed Mixed Paneer Bajji Mirchi Curry

Items :-

  • Bajji Mirchi 8 (Big size green chillies)
  • Panner (grated) 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Gram flour (Senagapindi) 1 cup
  • Tomato puri 1/2 cup
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Jerra 1 spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1, 1/2 spoon
  • Green chillies 4
  • Red chilli powder 3 spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking soda 1 pinch
  • Chat masala powder
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Oil 
Method :-
  1. First take mirchi cut and remove seeds and put it a side. Next take a bowl mash the potato and add salt, red chilli powder little bit garam masala powder and mix it well.
  2. Next take a bowl add grated panner, salt, 1/2 spoon red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix well.
  3. Next take a bowl add gram flour, salt, 1/2 spoon red chilli powder mix it well. Then add water and mix like a thick batter.
  4. And then take mirchi stuff panner mixer, then stuff potato mixer close it. 
  5. Take a kadi add oil to heat, when oil is heat then dip in to gram flour mixer and drop in to oil for fry. Golden colour came move it to a paper towel. Than cut the bajji small pieces.
  6. Then take a kadi add 3 spoons oil, then add jerra fry, next add ginger garlic paste fry.
  7. Then add onion paste, green chillies fry it for 5 mins. Then add tomato puri and fry for 5 mins. Then add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix it well for... 
  8. Next add little bit of water and mix it well for 10 mins. Then add coriander leafs and mix it, then add cut mirchi and mix it and then turn to a bowl........
Serve it hot.... U can serve with chapati, roti, naan to serve it.........
