  I am sharing a healthy sweet "Oats sweet Pongal". Oats Sweet Pongal is quicker and easier than the regular Sweet Pongal using Rice. I saw this recipe in book and then I tried to cooked it on stove top without pressure cooker method. Jaggery Paired well with Oats and the pongal turned out finger licking good. For all Oats Recipes lover this sweet pongal is a must try. I thoroughly enjoyed this delicious Pongal and even My family loved it a lot. Actually we eat oats with dry fruits are fruits.. are eat directly add milk to oats and then eat it. I saw this tasty recipe in book its so good. So I tried this recipe in my home. This oats sweet pongal takes very less time to get ready and an excellent. Oats sweet pongal goes for a quick preparation, dry roasted rolled oats cooked with already prepared jaggery syrup and cooked moongdal makes this wonderful,delicious as well as healthy sweet pongal. This oats pongal is definitely a wonderful twist to our usual rice pongal, give a try friends. This is so easy to prepare when we prepare fast and quickly we prepare this oats pongal.. Not only that you can prepare this for "Prasadam"to god... Its so healthy and delicious recipe... Lets see the process to make this tasty recipe prepare..

Ingredients :- 
  • Oats 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Moong dal 1/4 cup
  • Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Badam  10
  • Raisins 10
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Pista 10
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 spoon
  • Finely chopped / Grated apple 1/2 cup
Method :-
  1. First take a wok add moong dal to fry, fry it in medium flame it came's good smell. And then move it to a bowl.
  2. Next take a wok add 3 spoons of ghee, and then add cashew nuts pieces, almond pieces, raisins and fry it for golden colour, and then move to a bowl. 
  3. Next  take  same  wok add 2  spoons of ghee, and then add oats  fry it for good smell.
  4. When oats came good smell and then take to a bowl, and then put it a side to start next process. 
  5. Next take a thick bottom bowl add little bit of water, and then add sugar, jaggery and boil it for syrup. 
  6. Next take a bowl add  milk to boil, when milk is  boiled and then switch off the gas.
  7. Next sugar syrup  came's one thread continuances and then add boiled moong dal, roasted oats, ghee and mix it well. And then add milk also and then mix it well for thick the pongal will came's.
  8. Then cook it for 10 minutes. Then add some cardamom powder, fried cashew nuts, almond, raisins add mix it for a minute. 
  9. And then  turn to a serving bowl decorate with some cashew nuts, almond pieces pista pieces and then serve it are cool.

Kesari Dry Fruits Bondalu Sweet Recipe How to Prepare

  This is not a common sweet, but a unique dish from south TamilNadu's tea stalls. My grand mother (my dad mom), she will live's in chenni. In my childhood I went to my grand mother house. She will prepare to me so many dishes, likes hots variety's food will prepare to me... I really enjoyed to eat that recipe. One day my grand mother prepared kessari sweet  prasadam to temple. We want to temple, and then we move to your place then I saw one different and looking tempting snack in tea stall. Than I asked to my grand ma, please I want that snack. mmmmhhhh!!!! But my grand mother will not buy to me that sweet. So I will not talk to my grand ma. We went home, then she will prepare that recipe to me and then given to me the tasty and juice snack I eat.... Wow the taste is really so good... My grand mother will prepare that... Love u grand ma.. Next my mother also prepare this recipe in festival's any occasions my prepare it... Really so juicy and tasty recipe it is.. Preparation also so easy... One day I tried this recipe, I will take my mom's help to prepare this sweet... Not bad... Right now mmmhhhh... I will prepare this wow..... Am really so happy to share here....  So lets see the process and then try this sweet in your home.... 

Ingredients :-

  • Suji (rava) 1 cup
  • Ghee 10 spoons
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts 10 to 15
  • Raisins 10 to 15
  • Badam 5 to 6
  • Grated coconut 5 to 6 spoons  
  • Saffron pinch 
  • Pineapple essence 1 or 2 spoons 
  • Besan (gram flour) 1 cup 
  • Salt 1 spoon
  • Cooking soda 4 pinches (baking powder 1 spoon)
  • Oil for deep fry

Method :-

  1. First take a fry pan add 2 spoons ghee and fry rava, its came good smell.
  2. Then take a plate add sugar, grated coconut also and mix it.
  3. Next same pan add 3 spoons ghee add cashew nuts, badam, raisins fry it, then move a bowl. 
  4. Then add 1 cup milk, 1 cup water and boil it for.
  5. When the milk is boil add rava, pineapple essence and mix it well for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Then add ghee and mix it well, and also add fried dry fruits, Saffron milk and mix it well....... Put it a side and cool it.
  7. Next take a bowl add besan cooking soda, salt, sugar 3 to 4 spoons, water and mix it like bajji paste.
  8. Next the rava is cool take small balls and dip in to the besan liquid and drop in to heat oil, for deep fry, it became golden colour came move to paper towel and then sever it.........
And now Kesari dry fruit bonda is ready to eat.... We prepare this sweets festival for prasadam. We prepare especially for vara lakshmi varatam for this sweet......

Sweet Banana Kesari Halwa how to preapre

   One of the most basic and loved sweets in the whole of India - Semolina Pudding. The North Indians refer to it as Sooji or Suji Halwa while the South Indians know it as Rava Kesari or simply Kesari. As I mentioned, it is one of the simplest sweets to make among the myriad (and complicated!) Indian sweets. Gets done in a jiffy, involves minimal ingredients and the effort is minimal. For all the "minimum" so and so, the taste is par excellence. It is one of our favorites and is among the rare sweets we like. The amount of sugar can be adjusted to your liking and that makes it easier for us to use as little as possible. Now I prepare Banana rava kesari, is a popular south Indian sweet which is easy and quick to prepare. Banana kesari rava is prepared with semolina, Bombay rava, which is roasted and added in sugar water, with colour and flavour of your taste. In Chennai and other south Indian restaurant’s you will find banana kesari either plain in colour or orange or yellow colour is added. I love to keep it plain for banana kesari rather than adding colour but sometimes I do add. Banana kesari bath. First time I eat Banana kesari in my relatives marriage, wow the taste is amazing so soft and sweet... And also prepare sweet in temples also. 

Ingredients :-

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 2  cups
  • Yellow food colour
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Badam 10
  • Raisins 15
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Banana  2
  • Cardamom  powder 1 tbsp
Method :-

  1. First take a wok add ghee 2  spoons, and then add semolina and fry it for 5 minutes. It came's good smell and then turn to a bowl.
  2. Next take a pan add milk to boil, when milk is boiled and then put gas sim flame and then add fried semolina and mix it well.... (like a upma).
  3. And then boil it for 5 minutes, next add sugar again mix it well, boil it in sim flame only..
  4. And then add banana Pulp or chopped banana pieces and again  mix it for.
  5. Next add ghee, food colour  and then mix it well for boiled againm when mixture is came like halwa Constance.  
  6. Next take a wok add 3 spoons of ghee to fry cashew nuts, almond, raisins fry it for lite colour. 
  7. And then add the fried dry fruits in to kesar, and mix it for 5 minutes and then turn to a bowl. And then garnish with some almond, cashew nuts, raisins and then serve it....
And then soooo sweeettttt "Banana Kesari Halwa" is ready to eat... So tasty and juicy recipe... Preparation also so easy.. So try this recipe in your home and enjoy it....

How to Prepare Mirchi Bajji Andhra Style


        Hi friends, rainy season hot hot snacks recipe Mirchi bajji...  Today's recipe one snack item.. Actually this is street food recipe, famous in Andhra... I love it to this recipe... In my college day am really enjoyed street food "Mirapakaya Bajji". When I went to my home after college we definitely eat this bajji wit my friends we all are enjoyed to eat this spicy bajji... In your Nellore city its very famous street food.. We loved very mcuh....Its so spicy and delicious recipe... Specially we eat in rainy days and off course we eat regularly :-)... And also sip hot cup of tea with combination of snack... In south street bajji don't have stuffed inside the chilli.. But in home we tried this recipe we can stuffed potato, some masala's as we like.... In this easy recipe, the long green chillies are stuffed , coated with besan flour mixture and deep fried in hot oil until crisp. The batter consistency is very important for preparing nice , crispy Bajji’s.. Mirchi bajji also called as mirapakaya bajji in telugu, milagai bajji in tamil or chilli bajji is a popular street food of South India. So lets see this hot and spicy green chili bajji preparation easy to cook... And then enjoy this spicy snack in evening tea time......

Ingredients :-
  • Green chillis 10 
  • Ajowan  (Vamu in telugu)4 tsp
  • Besan flour  250 grams
  • Cooking Soda 1/4 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Coriander leaves

Method :-
  1. First take green chilies and then clean it well, next cut it straight for stuffing mixture to the chilli.
  2. Next  take a jar add ajowan, salt for it only and then grind it  fine rough power.
  3. And then take the chilies, remove seeds  and then put the ajowan powder in to that and close it.
  4. Next take a bowl, and then add besan flour, salt, cooking soda and mix it well. 
  5. And now add  water  for mixing the batter like a thick paste and then put a side.

  6. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat and then take chili dip into bean flour and then move it to oil to fry the chili...
  7. Fry it in medium flame to fry the bajji to cook well, and then it came's golden color and then move it to a paper towel...
  8. Next take onion finely chopped it, and then cut the bujji straight and then stuffed onion pieces, chopped coriander leaves, sprinkle chat masala powder. And then turn to a serving plate to set all the bajji and then serve it with tea.....

Chicken Lollipop Recipe. Its Very Yummy.......

    Hi, today recipe is "Chicken Lollipop" recipe, its so hot and spicy delicious reciep. What can beat a perfect starter other than Chicken Lollipop? this is my all time favorite and its been in my list of to-do recipes for so long. Some call them chicken lollipop others chicken drumstick. We had guests over the weekend and I just knew I  had to do this recipe for starters. You must be knowing by now what happens when I start frying the chicken. Chicken Lollipop made from the chicken wings. Chicken lollipops are every easy recipe and which can be made with very less ingredients and it tastes yummy. It is one of the delicious recipe served as a starter. The batter which is coated to the chicken gives nice taste we even use bread crumbs to the chicken for coating and it gives crispy. Chicken lollipop is made from the middle (and sometimes inner) segments of chicken wings. The middle segment has one of the two bones removed, and the flesh on the segments is pushed to one end of the bone. These are then coated in a spicy batter and then deep fried. When ever we went to restaurant and we have ordered chicken lollipops. My dad and my sister's son will like it so much that's y we compulsory have in your menu... So lets see the "Chicken Lollipop" recipe here..  

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken wing 8 pieces
  • Corn flour 5 tsp
  • Maida  5 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 2tbsp
  • Soya sauces 2 tsp
  • Tomato sauces 5 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 3 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Oil for deep fry
CHICKEN LOLLIPOP RECIPE
Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add chicken wings, and then add some salt and mix it well. 
  2. Then take wok add  6 spoons oil, when oil heat and then add chicken wings to fry for 5 to 10 minutes. 
  3. When chicken is fried and then move it to a plate and then cool it for 10 minutes.
  4. Next take a bowl add corn flour, maida, soya sauces, tomato sauces, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, egg, salt, and then mix it well like a thick paste.
  5. Now add the fried chicken wing  and mix it well, and then soak it for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes, start next process to chiken wings.
  7. Now take a wok add oil for deep fry, when oil is heat then take the chicken wings and roll it in bread crumbs and then drop it care fully to oil for deep fry..
  8. Fry it in medium flame to boiled the chicken for... It came's golden brown colour and then move it to a paper towel.... And now the tasty and juicy chicken lollipop are ready to serve.... 

Now the dish is ready to serve... U can serve this juicy yummy tasty chicken lollipops evening snack time or in dinner time serve it and surprise u r family....... 

Hot Tomato Cheese Puri How to Prepare

     Hi, today one different and tasty dinner time recipe "Hot Tomato Cheese Puri". Its so delicious and so easy yo prepare. Tomato puri is a puri flavoured with tomatoes and cheese combination reciep. When I was thinking that I should prepare something new type of puri with the combination of Aamras. Its so taste and delicious recipe. Ingredients also have in every home, I use to prepare some style and new taste. In home my dad and my sister children want new taste and new variety want. So am try some new variety's. First I saw this tomato puri in T.V. I think y don't to use cheese in this recipe and then I tried this amazing the taste wow... So I am share the recipe here. This puri is tangy and spicy and blended well with Aaamras..

Ingredients :-

  • Tomato Pure  1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup 
  • Maida flour 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp 
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Cheese 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • coriander leaves
Hot masala tomato cheese puri
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add wheat flour, maida flour, tomato pure, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, 2 tbsp oil and then mix it well.
  2. And then add water to mix the batter will contains like soft puri dough. And then put a side for soak it for 30 minutes for smooth and soft.
  3. After 30 minutes, take a wok  add oil to heat. When oil is heat then start the next process. 
  4. And then take the dough shape it like a small ball, and then press it like a chapati with the help of dry flour.
  5. And then take cheese grated add some chopped coriander leaves, red chili powder and mix it well.
  6. And then add to the puri and then  roll it again press it like puri shape and then drop it to heat oil and then fry it. 
  7. Fry it both side, it came's red colour and then move it to a paper towel and then move it a side. Next again do all like this type...
  8. And then serve it hot... serve this direct are take any side dish, like green chatni, or any masala curry's to serve this recipe...
