Desi Style Brinjal Mango Gravy Andhra Style How to Make

          Hi friends, today recipe Brinjal Mango Gravy, its very simple and fast to cook this... In my page I will share some brinjal fry's, curry's, and gravy's... Am using in this only tomato and onion only.. Its some spicy recipe.. So lets see the process to make this gravy!!!!!

Ingredients :-

  • Brinjal 250 grams
  • Onions 2 big size
  • Tomatoes 3 medium size
  • Mango 1 big
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Preparation :-
  1. First take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry.. Then add chopped onions, curry leaves mix it...  Now add salt, turmeric powder again mix it and fry it for onions are soft........
  2. When onions are softed, now add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder mix it well... Again cook it for tomatoes are boiled..
  3. Tomatoes are totally cooked, then add chopped brinjal mix it well.. Then close it with lid boil it in low flame for brinajl is cook......
  4. Brinjal also soft then add chopped mango pieces mix it, then add 1/2 glass water mix it then check salt and spicy now close it with lid again boil it for 5 more minutes..... 
  5. After 5 more minutes open the lid water will vapor then mix it slowly then move it to a serving bowl and serve it.......

Chicken Keema Fry Prepare It Andhra Style

             Hi, today recipe one different and tasty spicy recipe "Chicken Keema Fry"... Very simple to prepare this fry item.. Usually mince is also known as keema, kheema or qeema and can be made from any meat. The best part of chicken keema is you could use them as stuffing in samosas, parathas, sandwiches etc. And chicken keema tastes great when stuffed in bread with omelette and some sauce or chutney. But today I prepare Chicken Keema fry recipe for side dish..... Learn how to make Chicken Keema Fry recipe at home. 

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken Keema 1/4 kg
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Dry coconut powder 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil 2 tbsp to heat, when oil is heated then add cleaned chicken keema, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste mix it.... When water is came then add red chili powder again mix it.....
  2. Mix it well, then close with lid and put, it in low flame to cook this.... When water is vapour then open the lid mix it well then put a side for......
  3. Now take another pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add onion paste, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric powder and mix it well.
  4. Oil will oozes out, then add boiled keema mix it well for,  again fry it in slow flame........
  5. Keema is fried then add garam masala powder mix it well, fry it for 1 minute......
  6. After 1 minute, add curry leaves, coconut powder mix it well for, again fry it for 2 minutes..... When fry is totally fried then switch off the gas......... Then move it to serving bowl........

Ok lets start recipe details.Today I will share one different recipe Hyacinth Beans (in telugu Anapakaya) masala curry recipe.. Its very tasty and delicious recipe.. First time I eat this recipe in Kadapa (Rayalasema), my sister prepare this tasty bean curry in here home.. Its very good to eat with rice and chapati its great taste.. Ingredients :-

  • Hyacinth Beans (Anapakaya bean) 1 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2 medium size
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Coconut paste 1/4 cup
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1.  First take beans open it then pick seeds (beans) only.. Then move it to a cooking bowl add water, salt to taste (only for beans), turmeric powder little bit and boil it for bean is boiled.... After beans are boiled then strain water put the beans a side.......
  2. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds to fry, then add chopped onions, turmeric powder, salt to taste (for curry), mix it well for... Fry for 2 minutes in low flame.. When onions are soft, add ginger garlic paste mix it again fry it for good smell... When ginger garlic paste is fried then add chopped tomato pieces mix it..
  3. Tomatoes are soft, add fresh coconut paste, red chili powder mix it well for..... Fry it for 5 minutes oil will oozes out..... 
  4. Oil will oozes out then add boiled beans, garam masala powder, curry leaves mix it well for.... Fry it in low flame for 3 minutes. Then add 1 glass (medium glass) water mix it well...
  5. Then close it with lid and boil it for water will be vapour, open the lid, oil will oozes out then mix it well for... Then serve it for.....
Now the dish is ready to serve..... Its very tasty and delicious recipe... Its good to eat with hot rice, chapati, roti its super to eat... She will use in this peanuts, garlic cloves, its perfect combination.. My grand mom prepare so many varieties of chutneys its very spicy and delicious items.... My grand mom prepare some gravy she will add into sugar so she love's sweet and sour (off course i am also like it in my child hood :) but now nooooo)... K today my dish is very simple and tasty recipe.... First time i prepare this recipe in my home my husband like's very much....... So I will share this recipe to my loving viewers....... :) K lets see the process to make this recipe......
Ingredients :-

  • Drumsticks 2
  • Onions medium sized 2
  • Ground nuts 1/4 cup
  • Garlic cloves 5 to 6
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  1. First boil drumstick pieces, put it a side. Now take a pan add groundnuts dry roast it for 5 min in medium flame. After 5 min shift it to a plate.
  2. In same pan add oil to heat, When oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry and then add chopped onions and mix it well.

  3. Curry leaves, Turmeric powder, salt to taste mix it well. Fry it for 2 min in low flame. After 2 min add boiled drumsticks mix it then close it with lid. Boil it for 5 min in low flame.

  4. Now take a jar add fried groundnuts, Garlic cloves, little bit of salt, Red chili powder and then grind it fine powder.

  5. After 5 min open the lid just mix it for few sec(when onion and drumstick is fried) now add grind peanut powder mix it. Fry it for 1 min then move it to a bowl.

      Hi friends, today one different and spicy masala stuffed bhindi (ladyfingers) fry recipe... In my cousin recipe.. First time I saw this recipe in hotel, I taste it wow its very tasty and spicy delicious... My husband ask me you must prepare this recipe in your home.. But I dont know how to prepare... One day I search in google so many types of ladyfinger recipes... Then I saw one recipe in google, spicy's are very interesting. Next day I prepare this ladyfinger my style I use some spicy's dry fruits add in this fry.. And also add some tangy flavor I use lemon in this.. So simple and easy to prepare this fry recipe.. This Stuffed Bhindi recipe, with a punch of flavours gets juices flowing in my mouth. So lets see the process to make this fry......


Ingredients :-

  • Ladyfingers 250 grams
  • Peanuts 3 tbsp
  • Cashew Nuts 10 to 15 no
  • Raisins 15
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 3
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon stick medium piece 1
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Dry coconut pieces 2 tsp
  • Ginger pieces 7
  • Garlic cloves 7
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add peanuts, cashew nuts and dry roast for 1 minute.

  2. After one minute add coriander seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, raisins to fry for again one more minute. Then add cumin seeds to fry.. Now add dry coconut pieces, onion pieces to fry. And then add ginger pieces, garlic cloves and fry it for 1 minute.....  Switch off the gas and cool it for....
  3. When spicy's are cool then add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder then move it to a jar and grind it ruff paste.
  4. Masala is ruff paste then add little bit water, lemon juice again grind it paste.. like this paste.....
  5. Now take cleaned ladyfingers cut it like this (for stuffing)  and then stuff the masala paste into ladyfinger like this prepare all.. Then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add stuffed ladyfinger to fry in medium flame...
  6. One side fried then turn carefully fried all side.... Like this type..
  7. When ladyfingers are fried then add remain masala paste, mix it well... Fry it for 3 minutes, then add raisins, cashew nuts mix it well for........
  8. Then add curry leaves mix it well for, again fry it for 1 minute in low flame.... Then switch off the gas put it for 2 minutes in wok.... After 2 minutes move it to a serving bowl and then serve it for side dish......... to rice..

This recipe is my mother-in-laws, mother recipe its to old and traditional recipe..... After my marriage I learn this tasty recipe, my husband favor recipe thats y am learn it.. First time I taste this recipe in my sister-in-law home really its tasty is so delicious and spicy :)......   • Cluster Beans (goru chikkudu) 100 grams
  • Peanuts 50 grams
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes big 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind 20 grams
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Bengal gram dal 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
