Bread Roll Preparation (Veg Stuffed)

Ingredient :-
  • Bread pieces  6 or 8 
  • Onions 1 
  • Carrot Grated 1
  • Boiled Beans 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Green Peas 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Jerra Powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Green chillis 3 chopped
  • Red chilli power 1/2 spoon
  • Chat masala powder for sprinkle

Method :-                                                                                                          
  1. First take a kadi add oil, when oil is heat add chopped onions fried it for.
  2. Next add grated carrot, boiled green peas, boiled beans, chopped green chillis mix it for fry.
  3. Then next add boiled potato mash it and mix in the mixture, and fry for 5 mins.
  4. Then move to a side put for cool. Then the curry is cool. Then shape it small round balls.
  5. Next take bread just deep in water, press it tight.
  6.  Next heat oil. And then curry ball take put it in the bread. Then roll the balls all is complet fry it in oil. They will came golden colour cames move it to a paper towel. 
  7. And serve it tomato sauce.                                                  
    Its very yummy and tasty recipe.... Its take in evening tea time. Cool cool winter, hot hot bread rolls............ Enjoy it.
