Ingredients :-

  • Bread pieces 6
  • Besan flour (Gram flour)1 cup
  • Cooking soda little bit (or) Baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Red chilli powder 2 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 spoon

Method :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then start next process to make the bajji mixture...
  2. Next take a bowl add besan flour, salt, red chili powder, cooking soda, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. And then add water again mix it like a bajji batter.
  3. Next take a bread pieces and cut it in to a triangle shape and then dip into besan, and move it to oil for deep fry.
  4. Fry it golden color both sides, when the bread is fried both sides then move it to a paper towel and then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with tomato sauce...
