     Hi friends good morning to all, today one interesting break fast recipe "Honey PanCakes"... So easy to prepare in home.. Daily we eat boring idly ,dosa, vada, pongal... Kids will not Accept this in holidays so try this Pan cakes to your kids they also so happy to eat this.... Pancakes are a type of bread with sweet taste. It can be eaten plain or with some dressings like honey, powdered sugar, cream cheese, ... In some countries pancakes are served as breakfast as in USA and Canada but in other cultures pancakes is considered a desert or a side dish. Pancakes are easy to cook using flour, banana and oil or butter. Pancake is a quick recipe, you can prepare and keep in a bottle in your fridge and use it for days.. Ohhh mercy these gloriously golden discs are good! They're easy to prepare too! No whipping eggs or melting butter is involved. In fact, sometimes laziness completely takes over and I mix everything in one bowl. Swap the maple syrup for honey and a squeeze, and you're in for an extra special treat. Ingredients :-


  • Banana 1 
  • Grated Coconut 2 spoons
  • Baking powder 1 spoon
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter/Ghee for fry the cakes 
  • Honey 5 spoons

Method :-

  1. First take banana, then  peel it and cut into small pieces and now add to a jar. 
  2. And then add sugar, grated coconut, maida powder, baking powder.
  3. And now grind it once's, then add some milk again grind it for fine paste.. When the mixture is totally pasted then add milk then turn to a bowl....
  4. Next take pan add 1 spoon butter, when the butter is melted then add this banana mixture to pan and spread it like a small cake. 
  5. Next add ghee and put lid for fry it one side. Next turn another side fry it for.
  6. Same all like that prepare. 
  7. Next take a plate add honey and serve it.......
Its very yummy & tasty healthy food. Its butter to morning break fast recipe. Its time to prepare just 15 to 20 mins. Children will like it so much..... Once try it this recipe......

Can also prepare with apple, sapota (Sapodilla) try it...  If can use chocolate chips also in that ingredient. If u like chocolate syrup, or starry berry syrup also use.......
