  • Apples  3
  • Dates 10
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Cool Milk 1/2 cup
  • Little bit cinnamon powder 
Method :-

  1. First cut the apples small pieces, and then cut dates also.
  2. Now take a jar add apple pieces, dates and grind it smooth paste.
  3. Next add Yogurt again grind it smooth paste, when the mixture is came smooth and then add chilled milk and again  grind it fine smoothie..

And now move to a fancy glass and add some pinch of cinnamon powder and serve it cool... Veg Potato Balls Snack Item How to Prepare

   Potato is one of the most popular vegetable, has innumerable health benefits and because of its sweet flavor is loved by adults and children.  When I made my mashed potatoes for this recipe I used a hand held masher and mashed the potatoes as best I could.  However there will still some lumps which did interfere a little with the stuffing.  However it was still doable.  If you have a potato ricer, I would recommend using that to mash the potatoes so that you end up with a smooth final product. Flour and mashed potato balls add some spices to extra flavor. Its hot and spicy snack item.It is rolled into balls. Then it is coated with cornflour and bread crumbs. The recipe given below can be taken as an evening snack. Children will like it so much to eat this recipe. Serve with tomato sauce..

  • Boiled Potatoes  250 grams
  • Maida flour  2 tbsp
  • Rice flour  2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  1/2 cup
  • Green chili   3
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts Powder  (Rough powder) 3 tbsp
  • Semolina flour  for roll
  • Bread Powder for roll
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Tomato sauce

Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add potatoes boiled, when the potatoes are boiled and then move it a side cool it for. 
  2. When the potatoes are cool and then peel it. And now add a bowl and  mash it well.
  3. Next add salt, maida flour, rice flour, corn flour, green chili pieces, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cashew nuts powder and coriander leaves.
  4. And then mix it well like a soft dough, when mixture is ready.
  5. And then take the mixture, and then prepare it small balls, and now roll it in semolina flour and bread powder and then put a side.
  6. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when the oil heat and then drop the potato balls in to oil and fry it golden color. Fry it in medium flame for fry.. And then move it to paper towel.

     Hi, today one different special recipe "Nellore Fish Curry" famous in Nellore Andhra pradesh. Actually I am from Nellore. In this city famous special recipe, that's Nellore Chepala Pulusu (Fish curry). The world famous fish curry recipe which is cooked using only fresh water fish.. Nellore Chepala Pulusu has a very special recognition in Andhra cuisine.. Nellore is very famous for its authentic Chepala Pulsu recipe. In AP, most of the cities and towns will definetly be having a Nellore Mess which serves this curry. This is prepared without any masala (ginger,garlic,garam masala). My amma & Naan (Dad) went to market then get fresh fish and cleaned it there only. Then came to home again my mother cleaned with crystal salt and lemon juice mix it well for the fish then add water and cleaned it..   • Green mango 1
  • Tamarind 150 grams (Soak for 1/2 hour)
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek  1/2 tsp
  • Green Chillies 4
  • Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder  5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 12 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
Nellore Fish Curry How to prepare (Nellore Chepala Pulusu)
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heat and then add mustard seeds, fenugreek then fry it. 
  2. Then add curry leave, chopped green chili, chopped onions, and fry it for 5 minutes. 
  3. And then add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry it for 5 minutes.
  4. Next mash soaked tamarind like a thick paste. Add it mix well, then add some water and it for for 5 minutes.
  5. When the curry is boiled and then add fish pieces in the curry. And then add green mango pieces.
  6. And now boil it the curry for 10 to 15 minutes. When the curry is came's thick and then add chopped coriander leaves and then switch off the gas. And put it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes and then serve it...

Its yummy + great for health.  We were eating it about once a week, it’s tasty, healthy and quick, and fit in perfectly on those evenings.Now, when I like something, I tend to talk about it, this curry is prepare my sister awesome taste and spicy   prawn curry.  It requires using masses of fresh tomatoes and a fresh coconut or use dry coconut powder. But today we prepare this curry with dry coconut. It really is super quick once you’ve ground the spices, I would estimate no more than half an hour, although try to buy peeled prawns to save your self time. Actually we want to market that they had so people to clean the prawns and fishes to clean in the market. Than we pay for it the cleaned items. That's we got some more time save... Then came to then once again clean it neatly.. Now to prepare to ready prawns..... So lets see the prawn curry how to prepare it in South Indian style.......

  • Prawns  1 kg
  • Onions  one big size
  • Red chilli powder 3 tbsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Turmeric 1/2 tbsp

  • Garam masala powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2, 1/2 tbsp
  • Dry coconut 50 grams

Method :-

  • First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated and then add some onions to fry it for few minutes.

  • Next add turmeric powder, salt, curry leaves fry for and then add prawns and  mix well and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame.

  • Next take a jar add fried coriander seeds, dry coconut pieces, ginger garlic paste and grind it  fine powder. And then add some water and then again grind it fine paste.

  Hi friends, today recipe is "Pappu pongal". Its south Indian dish, its very famous in south Indian break fast recipe. In  Andhra we specially prepared this recipe in morning break fast regularly. Almost in south side its compulsary prepare in restaurants, hotel. Not there in your temple also give to use prasadam. Its very traditional and its old recipe. In this pongal we prepare two types one is hot and spicy, another one is sweet pongal. Its both are very tradition recipes. I will give to share sweet pongal in my blog.. Its very tasty and delicious..  In my home we prepare this recipe weekly one time in our break fast menu. I love it so much. We use to ingredients also so simple, rice and moong dal. For more taste we use some ghee for different taste. Its very good to kids, its very healthy and tasty food "Pappu pongal". So try this recipe in your home, and enjoy the new delicious tasty of.. So lets see to how to prepare this taste recipe.. 

Ingredients :-

  • Rice 1 cup
  • Moong dal 1cup
  • pepper powder 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • water 6 cups
For fry:-

  • Oil / Ghee
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Hing 1/4 tsp 
  • Red chillies 2
  • Cashew nuts 10
How to Preare Pappu Pongal recipe
Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add rice, moong dal, salt, and then add water 5 cups, and then close with lid and boil it for  4 vissels.
  2. When the rice is boiled, and then put a side for 5 minutes. The pressure will gone and then open it cooker lid.
  3. Now open the cooker lid and then mix it well for.  And then start next process to the pongal.  
  4. Next take a wok add ghee, when ghee is  heat and then add urad dal, jerra, mustard seed, red chilli pieces, cashew nuts, hing powder and add fry it 2 minutes and then add curry leaves.
  5. And then move it the mixture into pongal and then mix it well for, and then add pepper powder also add and then mix it well for.
  6. And then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot... And the spicy and hot "Pongal" is ready to eat...

  • Red chillies  7
  • Coriander seeds  2 tbsp 
  • Tamarind lite bit
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp 
  • Salt 
  • Oil 3 tbsp
First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil heated and then add red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fry it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes and move it a side and then cool it for. And then take a jar, and then add salt, tamarind and grind it fine powder. And then add little bit of water and again grind it fine paste. And then move it to a bowl and serve it with pongal. And now the red chatni is ready to eat.

   Bread Manchurian recipe is another healthy dish. The recipe contains capsicum, bread, corn flour as main ingredients. Manchurian in general is liked by all. Especially kids. I love manchurian too. Generally in my family member are more that's y we meet every weekend. One time in my house another my aunty's, uncles home we went. So we all are  had a small get together. This time in my home, so I thick today I prepare some new and variate. Actually my friend will told to me this recipe how to prepare this recipe. She is North Indian girl. She can share this recipe to me and then I add some more ingredients also to more taste and spicy of this dish. So I tried this Bread Manchurian. This dish is so tasty with crispy breads in some sauces. The crunchy capsicum and the spring onions adds a great value to the taste. Its very simple and tasty snack item. And process also so easy yo make this tasty recipe, ingredients are almost have in every home we want bread extra.. I will try this recipe with Idly also, wow its also nice combination to sauces so good and so spicy... I our home we spicy in A.P we eat spicy dishes... We love to eat chat, spicy, sweets we like it so much that's y in my blog almost I tried recipe's some spicy some sweet... Bread Manchurian Snack :-

  • Bread : 4 slices
  • Onions : 2
  • Capsicum : 1
  • Garlic : 5 cloves
  • Green chillies : 2 or 3
  • Ginger :  ½  piece
  • Tomato ketchup : 4 spoons
  • Soya sauce : 1/2 spoon (or) 1 spoon
  • Chilli sauce :1spoon
  • Vinegar (or) lemon juice : ½ spoon
  • Cornflour : 5 spoons
  • Coriander leaves : to garnish
  • Lemon juice: 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper 1 spoon
  • Oil for frying
 Snack Bread Manchurian Recipe How to Prepare
Method :-

  1. First take a bread, and then cut small pieces and then move it to a bowl.
  2. Next take a bowl add corn flour, salt, black pepper, chili sauce and then mix it well like a thick paste and then put they a side.....
  3. And then take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then take bread pieces and then dip into cornflour mixture and then add to oil for deep fry,  it came golden color and then move it to a plate .
  4. Now take a wok add 8 spoons of oil to heat, when oil is heated and then add chopped onions to fry, and also add some salt and then mix it.
  5. When onions are fried and then add chopped capsicum pieces and then fry it for.
  6. Next add ginger pieces, garlic pieces and fry it for 1 minute.
  7. And now add chopped green chilies and then fry it. When then capsicum is fried and then add pepper powder, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and then mix it for minute.
  8. And then add fried bread also and mix it well for... When the sauces are all ab soured to bread and then  fresh coriander leaves and then mix it.
  9. And then move it to a bowl and then serve it hot.. Serve it with tomato sauce...
