  Hi, today recipe is healthy and tasty smoothie "Apple smoothie pie with yogurt drink recipe". 
Don’t know what to have for breakfast?  For me there are some days when eggs or cereal just don’t sound appealing. I definitely don’t want to skip the most important meal of the day. So on days like these, I know a smoothie with satisfy me. It is so important to start the day off right and a smoothie is an easy way to get your nutrients. They are quick to make and ready in just a few minutes, you’ll have no excuse for skipping this meal.
    There are so many flavor and ingredient combinations! I love that you can substitute one ingredient with another and come up with a new smoothie to satisfy your taste buds. Red Delicious Apples are perfect for a smoothie, so I used these apples to make a Red Delicious Apple Pie Smoothie…
     Apples are a heart healthy food. To get the most benefits out of an apple. Apples are loaded with pectin, a cholesterol-lowering soluble fiber.
      Yogurt is an excellent source of protein, calcium and potassium. Greek yogurt which has become very popular is creamier texture and higher protein content. Greek yogurt actually has about twice the protein, half the sodium and half the carbohydrates as regular yogurt.
      Remember when you were a child and you never understood why you couldn’t have that leftover pie from last night’s dinner for breakfast? (Or maybe that was just me…) Well, it’s time to break that rule. This smoothie is filled with all things good, tastes just like apple pie and is great for a breakfast on the run. So lets start the process....

Apple Smoothie Pie With Yogurt Drink
 Ingredients :-

  • Apples  3
  • Dates 10
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Cool Milk 1/2 cup
  • Little bit cinnamon powder 
Method :-

  1. First cut the apples small pieces, and then cut dates also.
  2. Now take a jar add apple pieces, dates and grind it smooth paste.
  3. Next add Yogurt again grind it smooth paste, when the mixture is came smooth and then add chilled milk and again  grind it fine smoothie..

And now move to a fancy glass and add some pinch of cinnamon powder and serve it cool...
