     Hi friends today recipe Fish Fry Andhra Style Recipe...... When u fry this fish its awesome everyone should try once at least. This masala is easy and very tasty....  Basically am from Nellore coastal area... Fish, prawn, etc... We are eat this regularly in our city towns... Of course am loved so much non veg especially fish and prawn.... My husband also liked non veg so I prepared non veg weekly twice... My amma prepared so much types of fish curry and fries she prepared like fish masala fry, fish curry, fish mango curry, green fish fry, ginger garlic fry, etc..., I like fry with little spices.. So I tried this recipe from my moms kitchen... Simple ingredients and simple process to make this but time will take, why means fish marinated and then put it rest for 2 to 3 hours.. minimum it will be taken for the fish ad soured all the spices and then it will be so tasty and juicy..... The only thing you need to double check is that you get some fresh fish & that they are diced into medium pieces. Medium pieces are prefect to prepare for fry.... Preparing Fish Fry in Andhra Style is very easy and tastes awesome. You will definitely prepare this again and again. Ingredients :-

  • Fish pieces 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup or 12 tbsp
Preparation :-

  1. First take cleaned fish pieces into a plate, and then add ginger garlic paste...

  3. Next red chili powder add and then mix it well for like a paste.......

  • Cashew nut paste 3 tbsp
  • Shah jerra 1/4 tsp

  • Cardamom 3
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3 to 4
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi crush 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1,1/2 tbsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

  1. First take a pan add butter to heat, when butter is melted then add cloves, shah jeera, cinnamon stick, cardamom, bay leaf fry it for....
