       Hi friends Happy New Year delayed to all my viewers and my family member... I hope all are enjoyed this New Year... Today recipe is Paneer Vegetable Biryani... Paneer Vegg Biryani is a rich and very delicious rice preparation. In this recipe I fried all vegges in olive oil and then use for this biryani.... Basmathi rice and vegetables are put together and cooked on low heat to release the flavors. We can never get tired of the flavorful and aromatic rice – Biryani and what can make it more interesting than having it along with the soft and succulent Paneer (Cottage cheese). Paneer Vegetable Biryani is a delightful variation to the regular Chicken Biryani, Dum Biryani, Corn Biryani, Mushroom Biryani and so on. Its quick to cook and makes a healthy and perfect lunchtime dish for kids and people on the go. This is a simple version of Vegetable Biryani which is served along with raitha.   • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Basmathi Rice 2 cups
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Raisins 10 
Preparation :-


  1. First cut all vegges like this.....

  2. Now take a wok add oil & ghee to heat, when ghee is melted then add cloves, cinnamon stick, shah jeera, mace (japatri), cardamom, bay leaf to fry
  3. When all are fried then add cashew pieces, almond pieces to fry.....
  4. Now add fresh mint, chopped spring onions, cilantro (coriander type) to fry, then add chopped onions also add and then fry it for.........

  5. Onions are fried, then add raisins, and then then fry it for.......

  6. Now take a pan add 3 drops of olive oil and then add chopped capsicum pieces and then fry it for... It will be remove raw smell and then move it to a side.....

  7. In same pan add 3 drops olive oil, and then add peel potato pieces and then fry it for lite golden color...... And then move it to a side.....
  8. Next add olive oil 3 drops and then add carrot pieces and then fry it for, golden color and then move it to a side.....
  9. When onions are fried brown color, then add ginger garlic paste and then mix it well for....
  10. And then add fried capsicum pieces and then mix it well for...... And cook it for 2 minutes....
  11. Now add fried potato also and then mix it again, for the all masala will be catch for it... Then add chopped tomato pieces and then mix it well..... Cook it for tomatoes are totallt fried........
  12. When tomatoes are also fried, then add fried carrot pieces also and then mix it well for.. Then add salt to taste, red chili powder, turmeric powder and then mix it well....
  13. When all masala's are totally fried, then add soaked rice, curd and then mix it lite.... and then put it for 2 minutes......
  14. Now add water 1,1/2 cup and then mix it well, then close with lid and cook it for.....
  15. Now take pan add 3 drops oil, then add paneer cubes and then fry it for..... then move it to a side...
  16. When rice is boiled 90%....
  17. When rice is boiled, then mix it carefully, and then put it into dum..... for 10 to 15 minutes.....
  18. Cook it for 10 minutes in dum, and then add fried paneer pieces again close with lid and then cook it for 5 more minutes......
  19. After 5 minutes open the lid and then mix it lite and then move it to a side......
Now the rice it ready to serve with raita......... Its very simple and easy to prepare, but time will be taken for.. First all vegges are fried and then star this it will be fast.......
