Hi, today dinner recipe Egg Porutu (Egg Burji)........ One of my favorite dish.. Its so simple and easy to prepare this recipe...... Simple ingredients and easy to cook..... Its time take only 10 minutes... Bachelors also can prepare this. I thick almost people know this recipe. Some people calls this dish as EGG BURJI, in Andhra people calls as EGG PORUTU, and some other people calls as SCRAMBLED EGG. What ever u call, we can tell it is a universal favourite dish. Its good to eat in morning break with bread, after noon lunch time you can serve this with rice, and side dish also you can serve..... In dinner time serve it with chapati, roti, etc.., It is very easy to make and good combination with rice and chapati. So friends try this easy and tasty Egg Porutu (Egg Burji)....... Lets see the process to make this fry.... Step by step pics.
Ingredients :-
- Eggs 3
- Onions medium size 2
- Green chili 1
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 6 tbsp
- First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add finely chopped onions, chopped green chilies, salt/ turmeric powder and then mix it well for......
- Fry it for till brown color.....
- When onions are fried, then add red chili powder and then mix it well for.....
- Oil oozes out, then beat 3 eggs cook it for 1 minute in low flame.... (Don't mix it for 1 minute more)..
- When egg is fried lite then mix lite (don't mix fast just mix it for it will be will the smell).. And cook it in medium flame for 30 sec.....
- After 30 sec mix it well for like porutu (burji) and then fry it for red color....
- When porutu (burji) is came red color then switch off the gas......
