        Hi friends, today recipe is "Paneer Butter Masala" or "Paneer Cashew nut Paste" is a very popular Punjabi recipe made from Indian Cottage cheese with gravy that is thickened by using butter, onion paste, tomato paste and cashew paste. Butter paneer masala which is also known as Kadai paneer, is widely known as Punjabi cuisine which is very popular in the northern part of India. Unlike any other Indian cuisine, butter paneer masala has more softer taste of spices as it is normally prepared or cooked with cream, and sometimes people also mixed with cashew paste in the cooking. Paneer Butter Masala has always been a firm favorite for many people be it restaurants or home.           Hi friends, today one different recipe Raw Banana Tomato Curry... Very simple and easy to make this curry.. Actually this recipe is my moms kitchen recipe.. I like to eat raw banana but different type like roast, kabab, fry, masala fry or snack type.. But iam not so much like raw banana curry... But my amma prepare this type recipe I eat it.. So today i will show you to all my amma recipe.. Simple ingredients to use in this recipe, not only that it will time also save.. You can prepare this in morning time for lunch box also its fast recipe........ My amma prepare this curry to your lunch box prepare this curry for my school days monthly 3 to 4 times.. this is so fast recipe... But that day my lunch box is share my friends ha ha ha.. School days are golden days to me its so many memories to me guys.... You know am the leader of my friends batch..... We are 5 members daily we share boxes but one recipe am not share that is Prawn curry, Sambar, Kakarakaya recipes Iam not share to my friends.. But they don't leave me... Ingredients :-

  • Raw Banana 2
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste / rock salt
  • Curry leaves

Process :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry.. Then add chopped onions, curry leafs and fry it for 2 minutes... Then add ginger garlic, chopped tomatoes and then mix it well.. Cook it for tomatoes soft, then add rock salt / salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well for........

  2. When tomatoes are totally cooked, then add chopped raw banana mix it well for.... then close with lid and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame.....

  3. After 3 minutes, open the lid then mix it well for.....

  4. Then add 1/4 glass water, again mix it well for.... Then put the lid again cook it for water will be vapour......

  5. When water is purely vapoured, then add red chilli powder, coriander powder mix it well for and again fry for 2 minutes....... then move it to a serving bowl...

Now the dish is ready to serve.... Its good combination to rice, roti, chapati.. But I eat this with rice and chapati.. Gavvalu Hot and Sweet Snack Andhra Recipe How to Make

      Hi friends, today one Andhra snack recipe Sweet and hot item Gavavalu in telugu / Shell in english... Gavvalu is a famous snack item from Andhra. This a desi recipe, my grand mother (my amma mother) prepare this very regularly for.. My amma and my grand mother prepare this snack item for store for me and my family :)... I love so much this simple and easy to prepare this snack item.. So may sweet memories to me, my amma prepare this gavvalu I eat this very secretly in my home, you know guys in my childhood I will stolen this gavvalu in my home my amma don't know this guys..... it's top secret shhhhh!!!! :).. Its really golden days.. My amma send to these snacks to me for lunch box also I love u amma.... she is very care... But time will be taken to prepare this gavva (shell) shape... Actually in your Andhra gavvalu board have, a small board with zig zag surface to give that shape to the Gavvalu. I ended up with two easy alternatives which are - a mat or a comb! I tried with both, but for giving a nice shape, I felt the comb better than fork. These days, I am maintaining a separate comb in the kitchen exclusively for Gavvalu preparation! These sweet shells goes well with a cup of hot tea or coffee. Or simply you can eat them anytime (like me??) :) Be cautious a bit while eating Gavvalu..coz you can't stop munching them!! Seriously addictive, it is very hard to stop with just a few!. :) Today I will share two sweet and hot gavvalu.... So lets see the process.......:)

  • Maida flour (cake flour) 1 cup
  • Salt 1/6 tsp
  • Cooking soda 1/8 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt just sprinkle for use

Preparation :-

  1. First take plate add flour, salt, cooking soda, oil 4 tbsp and mix it well.. Then use water and then make soft dough..... And then put it rest for 30 minutes........

  2. After 30 minutes take the dough and then make small little balls, and now take cleaned or new comb... And then take ball and then press it like this shape....

  3.  Second method take cleaned mat press it your hand like shell shape (but first method is perfect to shape) so you like to prepare this...... Shape all shells (gavvalu) and put it a side.......

  4. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then drop each gavva (shell) into oil fry it for golden color in medium flame......

  5. Now take a bowl add sugar 1/4 glass water and boil it thick sugar syrup to boil.... When sugar is totally melt it will be thick....

  7. Second type hot item.... Same process fry it in oil then move it to a plate then sprinkle salt, and red chilli powder also sprinkle(you must sprinkle both gavvalu is must to be hot..... that only catch salt and red chilli powder)..... like this...

Now my favorite snack item is ready to eat...... Sweet is for me and hot is for my husband.. He like hot, but I like sweet so I prepare this for me and my husband.. It will completed in my home with in 2 day only guys..... ha ha ha.. You can store this in almost a month guys... Perugu Pulusu Andhra Style Recipe How to Make

    Hi friends, today one simple and easy to prepare "Perugu Pulusu Recipe"(Curd Curry Recipe)... In Andhra we prepare this regularly in your lunch time or dinner time... Very simple so easy to prepare this recipe and also this is lunch box recipe guys... There are so many versions of seasoned or spiced yogurts in Indian cuisine. Apart from the perugu pulusu or Majiga pulusu, is another seasoned yogurt dish from the Andhra cuisine. Perugu pulusu is made with onions, curd, green chillies.. Some people will add vegetables also, like snake gourd, bottle gourd it good combination to this perugu pulusu.. But now am not using any vegetable.. In this recipe you must take curd not fresh curd, it will be one day are two days before curd will be used in this.. Why means fresh curd is sweet, but in this recipe we just take little sour curd is perfect to this recipe... So friends you must take this.. If you like fresh curd you can try that also but taste it will be little sweet.. before one day curd will be little sour the taste simple wow..... As you like to prepare this guys....... To make this perugu pulusu, onions are slightly fried and then added to the yogurt along with tempering. There are also many versions of this dish.   • Red Chillies 2

  • Urad dal 1 tsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add sun-dried chillies (uppu mirapakaya) and fry it for... When chillies are fried then move it to a side... And then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry.. Then chopped red chillies fry it for....

  2. Now add finely chopped onions mix it well for.....
  3. Fry it for lite pink color.. When onions are fried then add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and then mix it well for...
  4. Green chillies also fried for 1 minute. Then add turmeric powder, salt to taste again mix it well for 2 minutes...
     
  5. After 2 minutes switch off the gas, now take curd mix it lite.. then add onion mixture into curd......
  6.  Mix it well for... Then check salt again mix it well for.....
Now the dish is ready then add fried sun- dried chillies and then serve with hot steam rice...... Its very simple and easy to prepare and taste is delicious...            Hi friends, today one different delicious so easy and simple dinner / morning break fast or lunch box item "Stuffed Egg Chapati"..... Chapatis are my favorite, so I make them really very regular. I make it me and my hubby and when I make it I do some tasty variations, me and my hubby loves very much....  Actually I prepared egg chapati in my college days, I love it so much.. After marriage first time I prepared this for my hubby he also loved it so muchhhh :).. During such days, these egg chapatis always comes to my rescue, I either make the plain egg chapatis or the masala chapatis. But I prefer the masala egg chapatis more often as they give a better flavor and aroma to the chapatis. You can make the plain egg chapatis for the kids. Some call these egg paratha but I do not prefer to call it so, because parathas do look and taste different from chapatis. In this egg chapati so me little bit care for this.. Y means egg mixture beat, then add to chapati and then close all side its must be careful to prepare this and then after turn it carefully..... Its very simple to prepare this.......        Hi, today recipe Kakarakaya vepudu / Bitter gourd fry, just like the name,very bitter in taste but what many people doesn't know is it's really good for health. I like Kakarakaya. The way my mom makes the curry with grated coconut it's really yummy. Another easy way to cook is deep fry. Even though I like deep drys I make them only once in a while. Kakarakaya / Bitter gourd, I would call a wonder vegetable especially for Type-2 diabetes people. It contains plant insulin which helps lower the blood glucose levels. Rich in folate this is good for pregnant woman. Also it is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. With so many good things makes it worth to eat this  bitter vegetable. I have used big pieces of Kakarakaya in this recipe which gives soft pieces after frying. And also i use in this fry coconut also for more taste... Kakarakaya fry goes well with rice served along with plain dal (cooked lentils) or any dal recipes and also serve it side dish for rasam....   • Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic 6
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
 Preparation :-


  1. First cut kakarakaya round pieces, then move it to a bowl... Then add salt to the kakarakaya and then mix it well with your hands for 5 minutes......

  6. Fry it for 2 minutes in low flame, then add curry leaves again mix it...

Drumstick Cucumber with Raw Mango Sambar Recipe

       Hi friends, today recipe Sambar.... "Dosakaya Munakaya with Raw Mango Sambar"... Sambar is a South Indian curry recipe which is made with lentils, vegetables, tamarind and a special powder called as sambar powder. This sambar powder is readily available in all Indian stores and nowadays, you find this in amazon also. But today I use only coriander powder in this sambar.... You can use Sambar powder also its so good taste....  I have cooked the toor dal in pressure cooker.  Cooking in pressure cooker reduces cooking time.  Since I have used drumsticks, cucumber and raw mango as the main ingredient, I have cooked it separately.  The drumsticks which I used were very fresh and tender, and they cooked very easily in less time. Usually, while making sambar, the dal/ lentils are cooked separately and the vegetables are cooked separately.  Then the mashed dal is added to the veggies and cooked once more. Drumstick and cucumber very often used in making sambar alone or in combination with other vegetables.  It gives a nice flavor to the sambar.  There are various other drumstick recipes which are very commonly made in South India..  Apart from its taste and flavor, it has a lot of medicinal properties also.  It is rich in vitamins like folate, vitamin B6, thiamine, vitamin A and vitamin C. Now let us see how to make Munakaya Dosakaya with Raw Mango sambar with step by step pictures.

  • Drum sticks 2
  • Yellow Cucumber (medium) 1
  • Raw Mangoes 2
  • Tomatoes (medium) 3

  • Green chillies 8
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Tamarind big lemon size
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Hing powder 4 pinches
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-
  1. First take a bowl add water, tamarind and soak it for soft... Now take  a cooker add yellow lentils, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, water and close with lid and boil it for 5 to 6 vissels.....

  2. And then take a big bowl, then add 1 tsp oil then add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped drumsticks, chopped cucumber and then mix it well for.... Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame.....

  3. Then add 2 glass of water, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and then mix it well for..

  4. And then take soaked tamarind mash it and make it juice...

  5. Then add this tamarind water into vegges and then mix it well..... (water will be take minimum 4 glasses.. you must check it the sour adding water.. this is not a measurement so pls check sour your taste...) And then close with lid and boil it for...

  6. When vegges are boiled 60% then add chopped mango pieces and then mix it well for.... Again put the lid boil it for 80%.........
  7.  Now take cooker open the lid, and mash the dal like a paste.... Then add tamarind water 1 glass and then mix it well for..... 
  8. When dal is totally mixed then add to boiled vegges and thne mix it well.... 
  9. And then add salt to taste mix it well for...... Then close with lid and boil it in medium flame........
  10. Boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame.... Then add coriander powder mix it well for..... (Once check salt). When sambar is thick... Then take a wok add oil to heat, add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic crush, red chilies, hing powder, curry leaves fried...
  11. Then add to sambar, mix it well for...... Then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it......
