Paneer Butter Masala Andhra Style How to Prepare

        Hi friends, today recipe is "Paneer Butter Masala" or "Paneer Cashew nut Paste" is a very popular Punjabi recipe made from Indian Cottage cheese with gravy that is thickened by using butter, onion paste, tomato paste and cashew paste. Butter paneer masala which is also known as Kadai paneer, is widely known as Punjabi cuisine which is very popular in the northern part of India. Unlike any other Indian cuisine, butter paneer masala has more softer taste of spices as it is normally prepared or cooked with cream, and sometimes people also mixed with cashew paste in the cooking. Paneer Butter Masala has always been a firm favorite for many people be it restaurants or home. With a blend of spices and cashew paste, and  a thick yogurt, gives the dish nice silky and creamy gravy. But Iam not using in this recipe yogurt and cream just i use only cashew paste in this recipe.. If you like to add yogurt you can add 1/4 cup of yogurt use its taste also so good :).. The Paneer Butter Msala is accompanied with fried or steamed rice, and all kinds of Indian bread like chapati, pulkas, parathas, pooris and rotis. Really, truly delicious. Ingredients :-

  • Paneer 100 grams
  • Butter 4 cubes / 3 tbsp
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Kasuri methi crush 1 tsp
  • Cashew paste 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala powder 1,1/2 tsp
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add butter to melt, when butter is melt then add add onion paste and tomato paste to fry.. it will be live raw smell... When the onions are totally fried then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and then mix it well for 2 minutes in low flame....

  2. Mixture is totally fried butter will be oozes out, then add cashew paste mix it well then add crushed kasuri methi mix it well for...... Again fry it for 2 minutes in low flame.

  3. When cashew lives its raw smell, then add 1 glass of water and then mix it well for. And boil it for 1 boil came....

  4. When the mixture is totally boiled then add paneer pieces and then mix it well for.... Then add garam masala powder and then mix it again and boil it for 2 minutes..

  5. After 2 minutes check the salt and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it with chapati.......
