I tried making a varuval with the simplest ingredients in my kitchen and it came out delectable. Simple method and easy to make this recipe but marinated the prawns for 30 minutes then start to prepare this prawns.. Ingredients :-

  • Prawns 250 grams
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Mint & Coriander leaves paste 2 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add prawns, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, mint & coriander paste, green chili paste and mix it well...
  2. Then soak it for 30 minutes, and then start the next process to make it (When the prawn is marinated the masala is catch the prawn, and the prawn is juicy and tasty).
  3. Next take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add marinated prawns and fry it low flame.... 
  4. Fry it both sides, then move it to a plate and then serve it hot... Its so simple and tasty recipe... 
And the dish is ready to eat.... So easy to prepare this recipe... you can serve this item for side dish are can serve with biryani, fried rice... Its so good to eat this.........
