Ingredients :-
- Spring onions 1 cup
- Urad dal 1 spoon
- Cumin seeds(Jerra ) 1 spoon
- Turmeric 1/4 spoon
- Green chilis 3
- Red chili powder 1 spoon
- Garam masala powder 1 spoon
- Cashew nuts 10
- Tomato 1 cup
- Coriander leafs
- Oil 6 spoons
- Salt to taste
- First take a wok add oil, when oil is heat then add cumin seeds, urad dal and fry it for.
- And then add chopped onions, green chilis and fry it for 2 minutes.
- Next add chopped spring onions, chopped tomato and mix it for few more minutes.
- Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry it for.
- And then add garam masala powder, fried cashew nuts mix it well.
- Fry it for 5 minutes, and then add coriander powder and mix. And move it to a serving bowl and serve it.
Spring onions good to health. It take it roti , chappti, pulka what u like it eat this recipe....
