Spring Onion Curry Recipe [How to Prepare]

Ingredients :-
  • Spring onions 1 cup
  • Urad dal 1 spoon
  • Cumin seeds(Jerra ) 1 spoon
  • Turmeric 1/4 spoon
  • Green chilis 3
  • Red chili powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Coriander leafs
  • Oil 6 spoons
  • Salt to taste
Method :-
  1. First take a wok add oil, when oil is heat then add cumin seeds, urad dal and fry it for. 
  2. And then add chopped onions, green chilis and fry it for 2 minutes.
  3. Next add chopped spring onions, chopped tomato and mix it for few more minutes.
  4. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry it for. 
  5. And then add garam masala powder, fried cashew nuts mix it well.
  6. Fry it for 5 minutes, and then add coriander powder and mix. And move it to a serving bowl and serve it.

Spring onions good to health. It take it roti , chappti, pulka what u like it eat this recipe....
