Andhra Style Goat Head Meat Gravy Recipe How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Goat Head Meat Gravy Recipe.. Actually this recipe is prepared my sister in law.. This is very famous curry in rayalasema... So easy to make this recipe, but time will taken friends min 1 hour.. Its time taking recipe friends so you must try this recipe in week days friends... You must boil it recipe in medium flame only.. Y means goat head will take more time to boil.. But taste is wow, my husband like to eat this goat head.. My sister in law will prepare this very taste so he love to heat.. I am not eat this gravy, so am prepare another curry next blog I will share my curry pics, and video... This is for only my hubby, my sister in law and my brother.. They both are love to eat this gravy guys... But smell is really awesome I like that smell.. But am not to eat!!!!! :) Ok then lets move to details 

Ingredients :-

  • Goat Head Meat full 1
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 6
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 to 12 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 10 nos
  • Coconut Powder 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves   
Masala Powder Ingredients :-

  • Coriander seeds 4 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Pepper seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 8
  • Cardamoms 8 to 9
  • Cloves 10

Preparation :-

  1. First clean goat head, then add to cooker, and then add turmeric powder, peeled cloves, turmeric powder salt to taste, oil 4 tbsp, add some onions and now mix it well and then move it to stove and mix it well and then close with lid (see in video like this) boil it for 20 minutes in medium flame... 
  2. After 20 minutes mix it well, and add ginger garlic paste again close with lid boil it till 5 to 10 minutes in medium flame.. After 5 minutes open lid again mix it well and then boil it for 5 more minutes.
  3. Now open lid add red chili powder, water 1 glass mix it well and then boil it for 10 to 15 minutes.. After 10 minutes close with lid put vissel boil it for 10 to 12 vessels...
  4. After 10 vissels switch off the gas, let it cool for... 
  5. Now prepare masala powder, take a wok add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pepper seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves roast it for good smell in low flame.. When spicy's are fried then move it to jar let it cool and then grind it fine powder...
  6. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add boiled gravy mix it well.. Then add curry leaves again mix it well and boil it for 10 minutes...
  7. After 10 minutes add garam masala powder, coconut powder and then mix it well... Then add brain, coriander leaves and boil it till 10 minutes in medium flame... After 10 minutes mix it slowly again boil it for 5 more minutes... 
  8. After 5 more minutes brain will boil are not check, when brain is boiled oil will oozes out then move brain to side... Mix it well and leave it for 3 minutes and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot........
Now so yummy and tasty recipe Goat Heat Gravy is ready to serve... Its so good taste and so yummy.. Smell is awesome, but time will taken friends.. Simple ingredients but taste is simple wow..         Hi friends today am sharing recipe is chutney item for break fast.. Peanut coconut chutney.. Its so good to eat with dosa, idly, vada, pongal, bonda, any bajji items to serve this chutney.. Very simple to make this...  :)Actually we prepare this daily in morning break fast, we prepare like peanut chutney, roasted bengal gram chutney, coconut chutney etc.., we prepare friends... I will share all to u :).. Very and very tasty chutneys.. So lets move to details...

Ingredients :-

  • Peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 6
  • Onion small 1/2
  • Oil 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic cloves 5 nos
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 2 or 3
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-


  1.  First take a pan add peanuts and dry roast it for, peanuts are fried.. Then take a pan add 1/2 tsp oil to heat, add green chilies, chopped green chilies to fry.. Green chilies are fried then switch off the gas and leave it for cool...
  2. When all ingredients are cool then move it to a jar, add garlic cloves, salt to taste, add some water and grind it fine paste... 
  3. And now move this mixture into a bowl add small glass water and mix it well.. 
  4. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chili pieces and fry it, then move it to mixture and mix it well.. Now the chutney is ready to serve with your favorite break fast :)...
Now the chutney is ready to eat with Idly, dosa, vada, pongal, uttapam, any south break fast is yummy to all guys....         Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Spicy Prawns Thick Gravy recipe.. Its so yummy and so simple to prepare this recipe.. This is also my signature recipe... Actually I prepare this recipe first in my home.. Its really so yummy and so delicious... I like this very much little spicy its mouth watering recipe friends :).. First time I am prepare this recipe, my husband taste this he told me wow am really so happy :):):)... Ingredients :-


  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken masala powder 1/2 tsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, curry leaves to fry.. Then add chopped onions, green chilies, turmeric powder, rock salt to taste and then mix it well and fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame..
  2. After 5 minutes open lid add ginger garlic paste and then mix it well.. And fry it for onions are fried like golden brown color..
  3. Onion are fried then add marinated prawn and mix it well (I already marinated prawns with turmeric powder only...)... Boil it for low flame for 5 minutes...
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes mix it for... Fry it for 5 minutes in low flame.. After 5 minutes add kashmiri powder, red chili powder and then mix it well and close with lid and boil  it for 5 minutes in low flame...
  5. After 5 minutes open lid mix it well, and then add garam masala powder again mix it well.. Then add chicken masala powder again mix it and fry it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas and leave it for 5 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl add some coriander leaves and then serve it hot....
So yummy and delicious recipe Prawn Thick Gravy is ready.. Its so simple to make this recipe, simple ingredients but taste is wow..        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is break fast recipe Chicken gravy for Idly.. Its so yummy and mouth watering recipe.. So good to serve this gravy for Idly, dosa, vada to serve so yummy friends.. Actually I prepare this is in Sunday sorry friends late post. Iam little bit busy so am posting late sorry... Ok then this gravy you can serve with flavoured rice, coconut rice, tomato rice, plain flavoured rice etc.., Its so yummy to eat friends so simple to prepare but time time will taken min 30 minutes time will take friends... So lets move to recipe details and step by step to show in video friends...
Spicy and Tasty Chicken Gravy Recipe

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coconut 1/4 cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp(ginger pieces garlic cloves 8)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Whole Grama Masala spices

Preparation :-


  1. Take a jar add coconut pieces, ginger pieces, garlic cloves and then grind it.. Now add water again grind it fine paste... 
  2. First take a cooker add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add whole gram masala spices to fry. Then add roughly chopped onions, green chilies to fry..
  3. Then add turmeric powder, slat to taste again fry it for soft.. When onions are soft then add chopped tomatoes, chicken pieces mix it..
  4. Roasted it for good smell (chicken will fried it gives good aroma) chicken is roasted water will be vapour.. Then add grind coconut paste and mix it well.. 
  5. Fry it till good smell oil will oozes out.. Then add water 3 glasses again mix it, then add chopped coriander leaves mix it.. Then close with lid boil it for 4 to 5 vissesls and then switch the gas and leave it for cooker will cool..
  6. Cooker is cool then open lid, mix it once then put it in stove add garam masala powder mix it well.. (Now you check salt and spicy).. And boil it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas and move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.......

         Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Karam Podi... This is for morning break fast karam podi for Idly, dosa, vada etc.., And also so yummy in hot rice also so good add some ghee and add this spicy powder and mix it well and eat this yummy taste friends.. U must try this Karam podi Andhra special... So simple to make this and taste is mmmmhhhh... No words to share you just make it taste it then U also told mmmmmmhhhhh... So friends lets move to recipe details..

Ingredients :-

  • Red chilies 20
  • Urad dal 1/2 tea glass (/) 1/2 cup
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Rock Salt to taste / Salt
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 8 to 10
  • Curry leaves 1/4 cup

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil, then add dry red chilies to fry, when chilies are came good smell then add urad dal and roast it till good aroma.. (fry it in low flame only)
  2. When it came good aroma, then add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fry it till lite golden color.. 
  3. Then add curry leaves 1/4 cup fry it for 1 minute in low flame, and then switch off the gas and leave it for cool..
  4. When ingredients are cool, now take a jar add this mixture in it add salt to taste and then grind it powder.. Then add garlic clove again whip it for 1 or 2 then move it to a side mix it then move it to a tight container and store it for 15 to 20 days.... 
Now the Karam Podi is ready to serve with Idly, dosa, vada etc.., Its yummy and so good to eat this friends..           Hi friends, good after noon to all.. Today am sharing recipe is Lady's finger gravy recipe so yummy and so taste.. Its so good eat with rice, roti and chapati.. This is also old recipe friends.. This is also lunch box recipe.. Simple ingredients and simple to make this gravy.. This is my grand mother,s recipe that's am telling this is also so old recipe.. In Andhra side we prepare gravy items regularly friends.. And also make pachadi items also.. In your side we make different types of pachadies we prepare like urad dal pachadi, green chili pachadi, brinjal pachadi, cucumber pachadi etc.., like this so many we prepare.. My grand mother prepare so many pachadi friends like ginger tomato pachadi, lady's finger tomato pachadi like so many type of pachadi prepare... My amma make pickles mmmmmhhhh no words friends so yummy.. My mother is great chef.. Love u maaaaa... I miss u alot... Ok then move it to recipe details...

Ingredients :-

  • Lady's Fingers 250 grams (1/4 kg)
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Rock salt / salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add tamarind clean it and add water sock it for 15 minutes....
  2. First take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry.. Then add chopped onions curry leaves rock salt, turmeric powder and fry it for soft...
  3. When onions are fried then add tomatoes mix it well fry it for tomatoes also soft.. Tomatoes are soft oil will oozes out, then add chili powder  mix it well.. 
  4. Then add chopped lady's fingers mix it well and fry it for 5 minutes in low flame... It gives good smell (lady finger are fried).. Then add mashed tamarind water (approximately 2 glasses water want this curry)  and mix it well.. And close with lid and boil it for..
  5. When gravy is boiled gravy will be thick then switch off the gas and then leave it for 5 minutes.. After 5 minutes open lid move it to a serving bowl and serve it...
Now so yummy and tasty gravy recipe is ready to serve... Its so good to serve with rice.. Not only rice you can serve with chapati also so good friends... This is also so fast to prepare friends..
