Andhra Spicy and Tasty Karam Podi Recipe How to Make

         Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Karam Podi... This is for morning break fast karam podi for Idly, dosa, vada etc.., And also so yummy in hot rice also so good add some ghee and add this spicy powder and mix it well and eat this yummy taste friends.. U must try this Karam podi Andhra special... So simple to make this and taste is mmmmhhhh... No words to share you just make it taste it then U also told mmmmmmhhhhh... So friends lets move to recipe details..

Ingredients :-

  • Red chilies 20
  • Urad dal 1/2 tea glass (/) 1/2 cup
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Rock Salt to taste / Salt
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 8 to 10
  • Curry leaves 1/4 cup

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil, then add dry red chilies to fry, when chilies are came good smell then add urad dal and roast it till good aroma.. (fry it in low flame only)
  2. When it came good aroma, then add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fry it till lite golden color.. 
  3. Then add curry leaves 1/4 cup fry it for 1 minute in low flame, and then switch off the gas and leave it for cool..
  4. When ingredients are cool, now take a jar add this mixture in it add salt to taste and then grind it powder.. Then add garlic clove again whip it for 1 or 2 then move it to a side mix it then move it to a tight container and store it for 15 to 20 days.... 
Now the Karam Podi is ready to serve with Idly, dosa, vada etc.., Its yummy and so good to eat this friends.. Add this karampodi and serve with idly add some ghee and serve it hot...  So friends try this recipe in home taste it share it and like my channel and my page... Love all bye take care...
