Andhra Style Goat Head Meat Gravy Recipe How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Goat Head Meat Gravy Recipe.. Actually this recipe is prepared my sister in law.. This is very famous curry in rayalasema... So easy to make this recipe, but time will taken friends min 1 hour.. Its time taking recipe friends so you must try this recipe in week days friends... You must boil it recipe in medium flame only.. Y means goat head will take more time to boil.. But taste is wow, my husband like to eat this goat head.. My sister in law will prepare this very taste so he love to heat.. I am not eat this gravy, so am prepare another curry next blog I will share my curry pics, and video... This is for only my hubby, my sister in law and my brother.. They both are love to eat this gravy guys... But smell is really awesome I like that smell.. But am not to eat!!!!! :) Ok then lets move to details 

Ingredients :-

  • Goat Head Meat full 1
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 6
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 to 12 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 10 nos
  • Coconut Powder 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves   
Masala Powder Ingredients :-

  • Coriander seeds 4 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Pepper seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 8
  • Cardamoms 8 to 9
  • Cloves 10

Preparation :-

  1. First clean goat head, then add to cooker, and then add turmeric powder, peeled cloves, turmeric powder salt to taste, oil 4 tbsp, add some onions and now mix it well and then move it to stove and mix it well and then close with lid (see in video like this) boil it for 20 minutes in medium flame... 
  2. After 20 minutes mix it well, and add ginger garlic paste again close with lid boil it till 5 to 10 minutes in medium flame.. After 5 minutes open lid again mix it well and then boil it for 5 more minutes.
  3. Now open lid add red chili powder, water 1 glass mix it well and then boil it for 10 to 15 minutes.. After 10 minutes close with lid put vissel boil it for 10 to 12 vessels...
  4. After 10 vissels switch off the gas, let it cool for... 
  5. Now prepare masala powder, take a wok add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pepper seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves roast it for good smell in low flame.. When spicy's are fried then move it to jar let it cool and then grind it fine powder...
  6. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add boiled gravy mix it well.. Then add curry leaves again mix it well and boil it for 10 minutes...
  7. After 10 minutes add garam masala powder, coconut powder and then mix it well... Then add brain, coriander leaves and boil it till 10 minutes in medium flame... After 10 minutes mix it slowly again boil it for 5 more minutes... 
  8. After 5 more minutes brain will boil are not check, when brain is boiled oil will oozes out then move brain to side... Mix it well and leave it for 3 minutes and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot........
Now so yummy and tasty recipe Goat Heat Gravy is ready to serve... Its so good taste and so yummy.. Smell is awesome, but time will taken friends.. Simple ingredients but taste is simple wow..
