Andhra Peanut Coconut Chutney Recipe How to Prepare

        Hi friends today am sharing recipe is chutney item for break fast.. Peanut coconut chutney.. Its so good to eat with dosa, idly, vada, pongal, bonda, any bajji items to serve this chutney.. Very simple to make this...  :)Actually we prepare this daily in morning break fast, we prepare like peanut chutney, roasted bengal gram chutney, coconut chutney etc.., we prepare friends... I will share all to u :).. Very and very tasty chutneys.. So lets move to details...

Ingredients :-

  • Peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 6
  • Onion small 1/2
  • Oil 1,1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic cloves 5 nos
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 2 or 3
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-


  1.  First take a pan add peanuts and dry roast it for, peanuts are fried.. Then take a pan add 1/2 tsp oil to heat, add green chilies, chopped green chilies to fry.. Green chilies are fried then switch off the gas and leave it for cool...
  2. When all ingredients are cool then move it to a jar, add garlic cloves, salt to taste, add some water and grind it fine paste... 
  3. And now move this mixture into a bowl add small glass water and mix it well.. 
  4. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chili pieces and fry it, then move it to mixture and mix it well.. Now the chutney is ready to serve with your favorite break fast :)...
Now the chutney is ready to eat with Idly, dosa, vada, pongal, uttapam, any south break fast is yummy to all guys....
