  • Green chilies 8
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Curd 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Cinnamon stick 2 pieces
  • Kapok buds (marati moggu) 2
  • Nut mug flower pieces 3
  • Shahi jeera 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves
  • Garam masala powder 3 pinches (1/4 tsp)
  • Water 1,1/2 cup
  • Basmati Rice 1 cup

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add chicken, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, curd, ginger garlic paste and mix it well for...... And soak it for 2 to 3 hours......

  2. Now take a cooking vessel, add ghee and oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cardamom, cinnamon stick, nut mug flower, marati moggu, shahi jeera to fry. Then add chopped onions to fry it for 3 minutes.. When onions are softed then add mint leaves, green chilies mix it well then close with lid and fry it for 5 minutes in low flame.....

  3. After 5 open the lid and mix it, again fry it for lite brown color.. Onions are fried brown color the add ginger garlic paste and mix it well again close it with lid...... boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame...

  4. Then open the lid onions and ginger garlic is fried it came good smell, now add marinated chicken, garam masala powder mix it well for..... Again close with lid......
  5. Cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame, open the lid then add chopped tomatoes mix it well for again close it with lid......

  6. When chicken is boiled water will came it will be dried..... When chicken is totally boiled then add water, salt to taste mix it well.... Then close it with lid boil it...

         Hi friends, first I am say so sorry to all my viewers.. Little busy in my life :) friends... Today one different and tasty desi recipe Masala Vada Curry / Gravy.. So simple and tasty delicious recipe.. First prepare masala vada then prepared pulusu (curry)... In South side we prepare evening snack like to prepare masala vada, bonda, mrichi bajji's etc... When masala vada prepared evening next day morning we prepare with vadas pulusu (curry).. So i made Masala vada pulusu which is made using tamarind sauce. It s simple and delicious. You should try it out :)... This gravy goes well with steamed rice..... So friends lets see the process step by step process......

Ingredients :-

  • Masala Vadas 6
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes big 2
  • Tamarind big size lemon (soak it in water)
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds to fry. Then add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it....
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes mix it then close with lid and boil it for soft..... When tomatoes are soft then add red chili powder mix it well for....
  3. Then add soaked tamarind juice, water (as us like sour add water) and then mix it again close with lid and boil it for one boil.........
  4. And now take masala vadas in a side......
  5. One boil came then add masala vadas in to curry, then close with lid and boil it for 3 minutes in low flame.......
  6. After 3 minutes switch off the gas put it for 5 minutes, then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.......

  • Tamarind big lemon size (50 grams)

  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp (if u want more spicy then add 1/2 tbsp)
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry... Then add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder mix it well.. Fry it for onions are soft.. When onions are softed then add curry leaves and then mix it well...
  2. Then add chopped tomatoes mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes, tomatoes are be soft.. Now add chopped drumstick, red chili powder and then mix it well....
  3. And now close it with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in low flame.... After 5 minutes open the lid mix it slowly.. Now add soaked tamarind mash and make some juice add that juice and mix it well.. Then add raw mango pieces also...
  4. Again close it with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame.. When the gravy is thick( drumstick are cooked, tamarind will be thicked).. Then move it to a serving bowl and serve it........

         Hi friends, today one different taste fast to cook plain coconut milk biryani.... Its very simple and easy to cook this recipe.. Its easy and fast lunch box recipe.. Spicy south Indian flavoured rice which is a basic dish for lunch and dinner in road side motels and Biryani shops in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil nadu. Basmati rice is the traditional rice used with Indian dishes; it has a fine texture and a good flavor. As far as slow cooking goes, this is a fast dish, taking only about 20 to 30 minutes to cook; the end result is light, fluffy, and perfectly spiced. If you plan to be gone longer than it takes this dish to cook, plug the slow cooker into a timer and set it to finish when you arrive at home. But am cooked in cooking bowl.. Simple version of plain Biryani. Try this at home and Enjoy Cooking!!! So lets see the process step by step pics..

  • Basmati Rice 2 cups
  • Coconut Milk 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onions 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/6 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies 8
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 2
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Mug nut powder (or) small pieces 2
  • Mug nut flower pieces 2  
  • Shah Jerra 1 tsp
  • Bay Leaf 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Curd 3 tbsp
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil / ghee to heat, when oil is heated then add whole garam masalas to fry... Then add chopped onions, salt and then mix it again and fry it for lite brown color.. Now add chopped green chilies mix it...
  2. When onions are fried brown color then add ginger garlic paste, mint leaves and mix it well... Fry it for 1/2 minute, then add chopped tomatoes mix it...
  3. Then close it with lid and cook it for tomatoes will be soft... When tomatoes are soft then mix it again.. Now add red chili powder mix it..
  4. And then curd mix it cook it for 1 minute.. Then add coconut milk, 1 glass water mix it well and boil it for one boil... (Then check salt then add salt to taste) again close with lid..
  5. When water is boiled then put it in sim flame, then add soaked rice mix it slowly.. Then add bay leaf close with lid and cook it for....... 
  6. After 5 to 8 minutes open the lid mix it slowly, again close with lid and boil it for...
  7.  When rice is boiled then switch off the gas and leave it for 5 minutes.......

          Hi friends, today recipe is "Vankaya Bajji (Brinjal Mash) Curry"... In blog I will share so many types of brinajl recipes.. This my another different recipe in my cousin.. Actually this recipe also old.. My grand mother and amma prepare this in your home monthly twice.. My amma add in this recipe tamarind and red chili powder.. In this recipe am not using red chili powder and tamarind.. Am using in this for hot green chilies, for sour  using raw mango only... its new taste and new flavor... Very and simple to prepare this recipe.. Time is so save it preparation time only 15 minutes dish is ready.. So lets see the process step by step pics here...
Vankaya Bajji Andhra Style Recipe How to prepare

Ingredients :-

  • Brinjal (vankaya) 250 grams
  • Ram mango 1 medium 
  • Green chilies 10 to 12 (your spicy)
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onions 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander seeds only 5 (its different taste flavor you must add only 5)
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry.. Then add chopped onions, green chilies, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well.....
  2. And now add curry leaves, chopped brinjal, mix it.. Then add chopped tomato, peeled mango again mix it well.....
  3. Then close with and boil it in medium flame.. When brinjal is boiled then add 1/6 cup of water again mix it well...
  4. Close with lid and boil it for brinjal will be cooked. Brinjal boiled then move a side, then mash it like this....... Brinjal will be mash it....... 
  5. When the brinjal mashed then move it to a serving bowl.........
